Bad service, staff dont wear masks properly and allow people in with no face coverings

Love the gas prices.

90% of Staff is super friendly and helpful! If there is a huge line is either cause 1) Some person did a lot of lotto or 2) Monique is working. I got corporate number from one of the good employees to call in about Monique (who is very friendly but seems unable to move beyond a snail pace and cant remember what cigarettes you want for more than 5 seconds so have to repeat at least twice) but that number is useless as every department is gone when you have time to call them if you are a working person.

Gas and very dirty bathrooms.

Nice place, put gas in the truck, clean restrooms, lots of munchies to choose from.

I tried two different pumps and was unable to pay at the pump. With three little girls in the car I couldnt go inside on a snowy day to pay. pushing the help button didnt get anyone to respond so we left without getting gas.

Parking lot is a disgusting mess...of course, the garbage falling out of the trash can was no clue to patrons to use a different one.. .having to stand in the garbage to pump fuel, is not my thing...I mentioned it to the only employee in sight...she smugly responds with, I have to do and so I can not do it rite now..as you can see, I am the only one here..as if I am psychic..how was I to know if another employee was not on duty.First off, I can only speak for myself, but...I would rather wait to pay at register for an employee to empty a trash can versus stand in the bacteria filled trash pumping fuel !!!I will also say this..Way to many fuel stations out there to deal with level of customer service. Having to give this a one star rating, is above what they actually earn.My actual rate is a negative 1

Had to switch pumps because they said the sun shines on it and causes it to not work right. Any time Im here there machines never have paper for receipts. Very inconvenient to pump gas hear. I prepay at pump for a reason.

I stopped in there today to get gas. Since I wasnt sure if I could write a check because 1.) I didnt know if they accepted checks and 2.) I was from out of town, I didnt pump gas and went in to ask them if I could write a check. There was only one register open. One girl was counting change and I have never seen anyone count so slow in my life. The lane that was open had a long line and Chris wasnt moving very fast. After spending AT LEAST 5 minutes I finally got to ask Chris if I could write a check for my gas and he said yes. I asked him if I could pre-pay and he gave me a dirty look and said thats the only way to get gas. I told him, Listen, I dont get gas here so I dont know how you guys work. The only reason I stopped now is because I need gas. He shot me another dirty look and I started to write out the check and I asked him if I made it out to Marathon or Fas Mart? And he said Fas Mart. I thought he said Fast Mart and while I was making out the check he screamed at me and said Fas Mart. Well I was concentrating and thought h e said Fast Mart, just confirming. After the 3rd time of him screaming at me I finally caught on to what he was saying. Then he got snotty with me again and said I cant take that. So I crumbled up the check, put it in my wallet and wrote out another check for $5. He took the check over where the machine is at that they run checks through and just stood there and talked to the girl who was STILL counting change. He did nothing with my check, brought it and my drivers license back and said the machine wont read my check. So I crumbled up my check, got in my car and left. Made it all the way to Taylorville with my gas light on. Lesson learned? I will keep my money in my community where it belongs and where no machine here has any problem with my check. I am going to try to submit this with no rating because the South Grand store doesnt deserve a rating, Its that bad, But if I have to rate it, it will be a 1 and they dont deserve that! Horrible, horrible customer service. Ive worked in a convenience store and I would have been fired had I treated a customer the way Chris treated and talked to me. If I can find a way to complain to corporate or a boss, thats going to happen.

This place never has window wash available or towels.

TRASH is ALWAYS Full! Gas RECEIPT PAPER is NEVER Filled! Must be Incompetent Management, Employees should be made to check these things in the morning & pre evening shifts. Will NOT return.
