Hate seeing such an average review rating for such an excellent company. Theyve provided gasoline delivery to 2 locations for my business for 2 or 3 years now. Theyve done amazing for us. Prior company let us run dry a number of times and didnt seem to care. Duncan has never let us run out and we really go thru it at times. These are great people doing a great job.Yes, they charge you for what the service they provide. No, thats not a good reason to leave them a poor review.

Showing up to take someone’s heat source during winter with no prior notification or contact is not acceptable. Especially when there is an infant child in the home. Do better.

A while ago I told Duncan to fill up my homes propane tank half way. They filled up the entire tank. I couldnt afford to pay for the entire thing to be filled. I told them this when it happened. They decided that it was my fault and have done nothing to fix the issue. They have not called me or emailed me to provide solutions to their mistake. They are now sending me to collections for non-payment. Watch out for this company! They will do what they want and then blame you for their own business process issues.

Most of the one stars are from disgruntled employees, ain’t sure why they picked google reviews to vent.Duncan Oil is one of the few human fuel businesses I’ve seen. The main concern isn’t how much money they can make but it’s the customer. They have helped us out whenever we have had issues with our tanks or when we had any kind of spillage; even if it was after hours.

They give good fuel, good customer service and give back to the community. Me me love them

I was promised a job and after 3 months of contacting and being pushed off by them they finally informed me that they didnt want me, claimed they never promised me work (that I was mistaken) and that I should have gotten a clue they werent interested when they werent emailing me back.I was promised a full-time job, after leaving my past job they decided they didnt have the finances to hire me, then wasted 3 months of my time trying to cover up there mistake, I would have appreciated if up front they just told me they didnt have the finances before I quit my job and moved states for them.
