My wife has been wanting to go here for years, and we finally stopped by! The girl who checked us out was friendly, and helpful which was nice. The donuts were really varied, so we got a dozen. They tasted just as good as we had heard, our only complaint was that they were just too much in the sugar dept. Clearly when you buy donuts youre buying sugar right? But these were absolutley loaded down with toppings and such that took it up to a whole new level. Our favorite was the Jose, which tasted like a churro in donut form. We also liked the pumpkin spice one(basic white people I suppose. Lol)

It was my Mothers First Time to Visit a Hurts Donuts ! With CoVid jacking things up, we werent able to sit in and Enjoy the atmosphere they offer! Which Is BTW pretty Outstanding! It was a Fun Morning! I Love taking my Mother to New and Exciting Places I Know shes going to like!

Hands down the best donuts on the PLANET. My life is complete! This place does not disappoint. Variety of donuts that will leave your soul in heaven. Homer donuts, cookie and cream, red velvet, Blueberry, and so many more. The red velvet with chocolate icing, is a must!!! Go by and check them out. You didnt know you needed these in your life, and it will hurt if you.dont satisfy your soul.

The donuts I tried at Hurts Donut Company were very good. They had a great selection of creative offerings including a special flavor made for the weekend, Apple Crisp, which was delicious.

Although there is NEVER ice cream shakes.... The doughnuts are pretty good very sweet and hit the sweet tooth!

It WAS late at night, but didnt have a great selection, considering this is all they do. Definitely just a place to eat sugar after a night on the town

Donuts were good, the original was different tasting than expected. If its sour cream donut Im guessing it was a different sour cream but I still liked it (wife didnt)We picked out 5 and it was 10 and change so decided to get half dozen because it was a dollar more... She said we got to pick 2 more so we did. I didnt think anything of it until we went to eat them and the one my oldest son picked out want in there. Didnt matter he liked them anywayBeen asking my kids off they want hurts dont it their whole life so it was great to take them here so they would finally say yes and I could punch them (joke)

Always enjoy this place. Theyre so much nicer than their other locations in OK. Always stocked on a variety of good desireable flavors and its one of the couple of food establishments open past the late hours. Something you can always rely on is the quality of their doughnuts and their hours.

The employees were amazing! I personally like the other location better seems they have a bigger selection and it is closer to where I live. Would go back if Im ever downtown again.

The only option you can get in the evening is to buy stale donuts. They dont make them fresh, or to order. This place would be awesome if they would at least make them fresh for any customer.

Great donuts but the only employee working was quite rude. She made me feel rushed despite being the only customer, seemed bothered by the 2 general questions I asked in reference to donut prices, and charged me for a large coffee after telling me the were out of medium cups & I could only have a small! Hurts donuts are such a treat to me, as I live 3 hours away from any location and RARELY get a chance to treat myself to one, but this employee about ruined the experience. Manners dont cost a thing & it doesnt Hurt to be nice 😒

Hell. Yes.Im from Austin, we have VooDoo donuts as our modern hip donut shop. This place stomps it into the dirt and uses its remains for the dirt n worms donut.Definitely worth checking out if youre in Springfield

The staff worker who worked with us was so kind hearted and helpful. He was patient with me and my friends as we were so indecisive. Hearing the news that they are getting a new location was so exciting and I can’t wait for the new heights they’ll achieve.

It’s open 24/7 but that does not mean fresh donuts are available 24/7. I went a little after 5am. Decent variety but looked very picked over, so trays had probably been out many hours at that point. I bought 4 (different kinds), and 3 were stale. Guy at counter was friendly enough but very confused when I asked if they had stickers, shirts, swag, etc. With all the hype around this business—I’m from Ohio and I’ve heard of them even though they have no stores near me—you would think they would have something on hand.

Phenomenal donuts. Theyre creative and tasty. I had a delicious German chocolate donut. The fritters are insane. A friend of mine ordered one while I was getting a drink. I thought he ordered a dozen donuts when I saw the box. Turned out the fritter just required a box that big because it was massive.

Mm I got the lemon pie donut, it was so good and yummy. They always have all the donuts ready so its very quick in and out. I know its covid out right now but there wasnt a line on a Saturday at noon.

Wow!! That about sums up this place. So many options for donuts. These are quite possibly the best donuts you will ever eat. Every day brings a new selection of awesomeness, but if you are old school, they still have regular glazed donuts also. The sign says open 25/8 so these bad boys are available whenever the urge for sugary goodness strikes. Highly recommended place that is constantly busy. The staff are experts in their field of donuttery and can help guide you through your selection process if you become overwhelmed.

I love Hurts donuts, but I was disappointed that they still have no inside seating at this point in the pandemic. Naturally, this really takes away from the atmosphere and experience. I recommend the traditional and blueberry cake donuts.

The variety of donuts is par none. They make fantastic creations in donut form in a fun and up beat atmosphere. I could tell they where smiling behind the dreaded covid masks!

Best glazed donuts I have ever had!!! Melt in your mouth. Staff is super friendly. Miguel recommended the raspberry filled donut and gave me one to try. Wonderful, not too sweet and perfectly textured donut. I will be stopping every time I come through Springfield. 😊😊

If youre looking for variety, theyre better than Krispy Kreme. I suppose their specialty would be best described as Craft Donuts. They are also open 24 hours. If youve never been here and you like donuts, do yourself a favor and check it out.

Service was HORRIBLE. The woman behind the counter made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her by coming in to get donuts. She did not explain that ONLY the round donuts were included in the “dozen. She did NOT pay any attention to which donuts we said we wanted. Half the donuts in the box were not even the donuts we had chose. As far as the donuts, the ONLY one that was delicious was the Bacon Maple donut. The rest of the donuts were cake donuts and They were extremely thick and heavy and very dry with a lot of hard crusted toppings on them. The Oreo donut had a slightly moldy taste to it. I seriously don’t think I’ll ever get anything here again.

The donuts are AWESOME!! My favorite donut is the maple bacon donut but it is even better in a milk shake. They might say that they have to go check with the cook or whatever just say that have gotten it before. The Andes mint is delish too. Hurts donuts comes up with so many great flavors. The cereal killer donuts are good for breakfast. Id you havent been you should go!!!

Delicious, creatively named donuts available 24 hours a day!!! Who could ask for more? Asking for the staff choice 1/2 dozen saves a few bucks and might even take you out of your comfort zone. I tried a completely new group of donuts by this. If you are not super picky then you cant go wrong with anything they choose to put in the box. Enjoy!

This is something everyone needs to experience. The assortment of creative flavors here was enough to fill a box of a dozen, plus 2 more I didn’t see in time. The maple bacon long john pictured with my review is definitely my second favorite and a must try, but my absolute favorite was the salted caramel. My only regret is my wife couldn’t have any of them due to gluten and milk allergies.

Its always a treat to go in and get a maple bacon 🍩! These are some very nice people and they run a clean and pleasant donut shop.

The 24/7 hours are great -- we were able to plan our trip to Springfield and not worry about when we would make it over for donuts. Late on Saturday evening, the selection was good, and the line was short -- that is, until a nearby theater emptied. But even with a line to the door, the wait was less than 10 minutes.We tried 4 different varieties, and really liked them all. My favorite is the regular with strudel, but I enjoyed the fancy ones I tried too. Better than any other donut in Mid-Missouri.

When I asked my Jr high kids where they wanted to go on a field trip this was their request. When I told them I had made the arrangements they were thrilled. I saw the fascination when we arrived. The specialty donuts were very creative. A bit pricey for me though. The cereal on mine was a little stale tasting. The staff was very accommodating.

First time going to hurts donut it was really good. Wasn’t a fan of the red velvet with cream cheese frosting it didn’t have a lot of flavor. But my little sister got a cinnamon roll and when I handed her the box and she felt the weight of it she asked me what she supposed to do with it it’s like a damn cake

This should be your donut go to when you feel the need to splurge on your diet. Prices are reasonable. You can buy just one, pick a dozen or let them box you a dozen to go.

Really good doughnuts, the only reason I gave this place 3 stars vs 4 stars is because the coffee was probably hours old. One of the two coffee carafes where completely out, and the second one was somewhere between warm and hot. Obviously it was old. $8 for 2 doughnuts and old coffee.

These donuts are GREAT! They are really unique flavors some I have never even thought of. I really like the maple bacon bars and the glazed the most. Nothing beats a Hurts!

Great choice for doughnuts, but will never return to the Springfield location - discrimination is unacceptable. I will only go to the location on Republic, better customer service.

Love the variety of crazy donuts and all the flavors they have. Quite pricey though and inside it was dirty. The table, booth, and floor were all dirty. A bit disappointed honestly.

My wife and I were “asked to leave the store” because we didn’t have masks. Being from out of town, we had forgotten to bring masks and asked if they had some we could use. They said they did not and if they were fined $1,000 dollars from the city, we would be required to pay it. We agreed to the risk, albeit slight and unlikely, but were told again to leave anyway. They were quite rude and lost our business.If you’re going to enforce a mask mandate and want to keep your customers, consider having masks on hand to give out. Also, if you threaten your customers with a fine and they agree to the risk, don’t kick them out anyway. Don’t use threats to scare away your business.

First off the donuts hurt so good I want more of it! Im gonna have em put two of the maple bacon donuts in my casket so I have something to munch on.

The best most creative donuts ever! I get a donut everytime Im in town. My favorite thing is there donut shakes and donut can be a shake worth it. Good prices for great food plus they are open 24/7. I reccomend to anyone whose down for fun and a new experience. Never disappointed!

The donuts are fine, I guess, but a little goes a long way - I get that the over-the-top donut is trendy and all, but my GOD, donuts are already bad enough for you let alone these sugar bombs. No one should eat these more than mayyybe once a week. The staff is always friendly, the store is super clean.

The donuts are creative and delicious. Your biggest problems will be long lines (because delicousnes) too much sugar (cheesecake donut pictured) or less than fantastic coffee.

Always the best! Can’t describe in words how great it is. Good service, great menu options and just unique. Go see for yourself! 2nd time here and we always make a stop when we are in downtown.

This place doesnt offer your standard glazed donuts so dont go in expecting anything simple. They have specialty donuts like The Homer which is pink frosting covered with sprinkles inspired by The Simpsons. Its hard to choose which one to get because they all are good.

COOKIEEEE MONSTERRRRR!!!! Oh Jesus! YES PLEASE! Well take both! We accidentally came across this lil gem and were very happy we did, even though our blood sugar level went sky high. Too bad we dont live closer, but then again, if we did, wed become diabetic or weigh two tons because each bite was delicious.

There was 6 of us that went in together. Fortunately, I was the last one to order my donut. The fella who waited on us was also running the cash register. He didnt change his gloves at all after he handled the money. I had to ask him to change them before I told him what donut I wanted.
