This donut shop is truly amazing and so much more! I love their variety, the quality of the food and the owners are wonderful! Every time I come here I leave with more than I planned to get, because they offer so much delicious food! I love their breakfast bacon/egg/cheese croissant sandwich, their mango fruit tea and practically every donut they have! If you haven’t been by here yet you have to give them a visit. There is definitely something here for every donut lover! 🍩 🍩 🍩🍩

This place was good once, but horrible thereafter. Stale old donuts, not once but 3 times Have forgotten to give me my entire order. Recently went to get Donuts before they closed and waited for someone to serve me at the window. Instead of being greeted like a customer should the girl at the window said to my face as soon as she opened the window. you havent even been waiting a minute then shut the window on me and locked the front door and would not serve me. I told her all I wanted were donuts and she did not have the right to have an attitude and be rude to me. She then called her boss and the cops on me. I did nothing to this employee. All I wanted was to order my donuts before they close. It is really sad that they treat their customers this way. She even told me I have crazy eyes and I looked wiered. Could she have been anymore rude to me? Its my day off from work and yes I was in pjs and my hair was a mess since I just got done cleaning my house all morning! Still this was uncalled for!Especially for me since I just moved to Springfield. They have lost my business for ever! I will never recommend this place to anyone. Just sad and completely unprofessional! If I could have put zero stars I would have!

They have delicious doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches and even Boba milk tea! Great for your morning breakfast or to pick up for a group.

Absolutely fantastic. I think this is my new favorite donut place. The owner was super nice patient and helpful. Theyre savory bakery treats were great as well will definitely be going back many many times. Finally an apple fritter in this town made correctly.

Ive been looking for a place that has Kolaches since I moved back to Springfield from Alabama 4 years ago! This place was mentioned in a Facebook group to have them. Figured they wouldnt be the same but I had to try... OMG! They are exactly the same! Soo good! I very excited to find this gem!

The donuts were amazing! I had a chocolate glazed Long John, and the glaze was delicious.

We ordered a caramel frappe and an Oreo cookie frappe and they were so salty that no one could even eat it.

Service is great! Everything Ive had here has been amazing from the frappe to the kolaches. The twist donut is my absolute favorite thing but all of their donuts are light and fluffy and perfectly glazed. The fact that they fill the donuts to order is more than anybody could ask for!

Great place! Springfield is lucky to have such an amazing Boba place with great teas & the sweetest & kindest customer service! They make you feel like you are the most important customer of the day. That was just the first impression too! We will be going back!

This place has amazing donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. They are pretty much the only place I can find real authentic kolaches (like from Texas). They are delicious!

They have good food but the lady was really rude they mixed my order up I came through the drive-thru and she was completely rude about it whenever I called and tried to tell her about it she just jumped all over me and said we told you we didnt have any jalapeno sandwiches and no she didnt tell me that she said they didnt have any jalapeno sausage sandwiches and thats not what I asked for so thats very bad for business cuz the customer should be right and I know what I ordered so I was a customer I came in every single day but because she was rude with me they just lost a good customer

Customer service was awesome even though I showed up 10 min before closing time. I ordered a cronut with cream cheese frosting and fruit, as well as strawberry cake donut and bear claw. Everything looked delicious. They have coffee drinks, too. I will be coming again!

Drinks are excellent.. boba teas are my favorite right now, I suggest the taro flavor if you want to try it out.. also the donut holes are always a go to.. and the staff is always helpful and sweet

S&L donuts offers a great variety from donuts, breakfast sandwiches, boba tea, smoothies and more. I go here for work and with my family and I always have a great experience with both dine in and in the drive-thru with fresh, delicious food. One of my personal favorites is their “cronut” - if you haven’t tried this you definitely have to!

Went here on a Wednesday morning around 9:30. They still had a good selection of donuts. Service was prompt and very friendly. The caramel-iced long john was good, very light in texture but not underdone. The icing had a nice praline-like texture and good flavor. The plain glazed sour cream donut was a little heavier, and had the right chewy/crusty exterior and smooth/soft interior. Good flavor. Overall, a little lighter and sweeter than St. Georges, but not too dessert-like. Excellent experience.

I visited S&L for the first time today. Not only were the smoothies great, but I received complimentary donuts that also tasted amazing! The service was quick and very friendly. Highly recommended and will visit again.Thank you!

For starters, my fiancé and I are highly disappointed for our first visit here. We stopped at your store in the morning when you opened up and was told that all you had at that time was cake donuts and that everything else will be done 2 HOURS AFTER YOU OPEN. Instead of getting the Cronuts we wanted, we got a cheddar Kolache which was very clearly microwaved and was so tough it was hard to chew.We decided to come back later in hopes of getting some fresh cronuts and were told that there were none only 3 hours after 7. Im not sorry to say that this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any establishment and Im a very easy person to please.Number 1) Have ALL of your products available by the time you open, get to work earlier, or open your doors at 7 when everything is available. 2) Make enough product to last more that an hour or start working on it when you start running low. Ive worked for several similar establishments and still do. Not only would this work ethic be frowned upon, but at the same time it would be taken at a point of laziness in the workplace. It is very clear that this establishment bases their work ethic on unpreparedness and poor planning which is not how you run a business.

The food is really diverse for everyone to enjoy. The bread is very good in of itself. The kolaches are the best Ive had outside southern states. If youre in Springfield and want some kolaches or just a good breakfast, then look no further than S&L Donuts.

Really good donuts. The cake ones with frosting and sprinkles are my favorite. Have just a tiny bit of crispy outer layer. So good.

Id give 5 stars to the cronuts alone, but when you add in the friendly service and the fact that EVERYTHING here is fresh and delicious, they EASILY deserve double that. Oh, and is S&L low-key one of the best cups of coffe in SGF? I think so.

Fantastic donuts and drinks. Im not sure where these people are from, but myself coming from California this place hits close to home. Just the right amount of sweetness unlike other places where its just waaaay too sweet. Fanciness doesn’t compare to these donuts either. Its very rare to find a decent restaurant here in the midwest when Cali runs in your blood so all I could say is, yes, finally, thank you!

Awesome food! Line is often super slow though for drive-thru as you have to wait until you get to window to order. Maybe install a menu with speaker box behind the building so you can get your delicious kolaches into our eager bellies sooner?? Also - my friend and I miss your biscuits and gravy! They were great!

Not too sweet, very light and fluffy, and in addition to the sweet pastries, they have a wonderful array of breakfast pastries that are great to grab on the go.Id also highly recommend the yogurt shakes for a unique, refreshing diary treat.
