We developed a relationship with a number of people at the company, all of whom made us feel like we were a priority for them. They delivered exactly what they promised, when they said they would. The quality of the work was top-notch and we are prepared to use them again for future work.

All the staff was very professional and the detail of the roofing services offered was excellent. The presentation about the company, the evaluation and inspection of the roof from the inside and outside was impressive. I also appreciated the honesty of the answers to questions and realized that there were items that were not needed. No sales pitch just facts about the job. As with many companies, the job needed to be scheduled which was about six weeks after contract signing. The quality of the work was superb! However, there were some key items of the job that were initially missed and the crew needed to return with two false starts of the return date. Also, the crew supervisor needed to be contacted as the initial nail clean=up was inadequate. Overall a good experience.

As a remodeling contractor who just didn’t have the time to get our basement windows replaced, I was pleased to do business was with Tony from Exterior Medics. Everything takes longer to get these days, and I appreciated Tony checking in with me regularly to let me know what was going on, even when it was news that the windows weren’t quite ready yet. We found this company through BEST PICK REPORTS, Quality Home Services Guide. Their sales consultant Julien was extremely thorough in identifying the issues with existing roof. He gave us a detailed presentation of the existing issues and how roof replacement could resolve these issues. Their process is very detailed and professional. They were easy to reach to in case any questions or concerns.

We had all our shingles, gutters and downspouts replaced. The trim was repaired at two places. A short section of gutter was added and some downspouts were rearranged. Paul, their rep for us, listened to our concerns carefully and came up with a set of remedies. We are well satisfied with the results. If you need to have a new roof and especially if you have particular issues to take care of, Exterior Medics is a good choice. The name of the company is very appropriate.

Masonry and rebuilding an awning with gutter was professionally done. The subcontracted deck preparation and staining team was not. Half of the prep time for the deck the crew was just streaming videos and texting others. Needed to bring manager to site. I will update after winter whether the quality of the prep work was worth the $$$.

Needed a new half-circle pediment over 2 front windows. When the one ordered arrived with the installer, it was too small. He came the next day and built a custom pediment with the design we wanted and painted it 2 coats of paint by mid-afternoon. The work site was cleaned up well.This is a good company to call when a non-standard job is needed. I have used them twice for small jobs that other companies cant or wont handle.

After an initial hiccup in communication on the timing of the work, the project lead was very helpful in accommodating the project dates I needed and the work was completed by a professional and polite crew.

I was very impressed by Exterior Medics. I called around for many quotes and they had a very fair price. The other businesses gave me a timetable of about 12-14 weeks for delivery and installation. Exterior Medics have me an estimate of 8 week. I had the door installed 5 weeks from the day I order it. Time was my biggest concern and they made it happen fast. The door looks great and my basement is no longer a freezer.

Professional install and I love the look of my new door. Had to special order it since I wanted the glass tinted. It took some time to receive it but the project manager updated me at every step. Could not have gone better.

Ron didn’t try to sell me a new roof or expensive repairs. He removed a branch that was growing under some shingles, checked for damage, looked in the attic, and explained which areas I should keep an eye on -- and didn’t charge anything. He gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate for a new roof, without any pressure to replace it now.

We had a unique situation that required a custom, problem-solving approach. Sales Consultant Yong Hwang visited to get the necessary details that he shared with the production team. Production manager Ryan Conoley followed up and was on site for the repair work (replace and paint wood soffit above garage, repair and replace flashing under siding). He inspected the work and provided photos for us as well. The two repair and installation crew members on this job worked from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and were very neat and respectful of not only our property but that of our adjacent townhouse neighbors. They left the work site looking as clean and neat as though they had not even been there! We felt that everyone on the team was dedicated to helping us solve the problem (overflowing gutter and rotting garage soffit) and make the needed repairs. Everyone was very responsive to our concerns and questions. We had worked with Exterior Medics some years back when they replaced the siding on our home. We engaged Exterior Medics for a reasonably complicated roof / water damage repair—all of which was exterior work. From our first contact, they were extremely good with communication through the estimating, quoting, and project execution phases. They were accommodating and speedy with changes I requested after starting, and when disassembly of the damaged areas showed more damage than originally assessed, they were speedy and reasonable with the change order quote for a more complex repair. The teams performing the work did excellent work which was completed on schedule—despite the changes and additions in scope. During the project the EM project manager (Arash) did an excellent job keeping us informed about progress and what was going on. They also took and furnished pictures extensively throughout the repair, documenting what they found and what was required to remediate everything. For the quality of work, the transparency, communication, and reliability, I certainly felt we received a good value for our money. They worked to make a potentially-stressful engagement as painless as possible.

Exterior Medics just completed redoing the roof, gutters and chimney on our home. We were very pleased with the work that was done. They did a great job to setting expectations and then meeting or managing them. We always knew what to expect and when to expect it. When the work crew came, they were careful to comply with COVID-19 guidelines communicating as necessary while maintaining appropriate distancing. I watched the crew carefully throughout the process and they concentrated on doing quality work. I did not observe any corner cutting or sloppy work in order to finish quickly and get on to the next job. They had two people on site that did nothing but keep things cleaned up while the work was proceeding. It was great. When they finished the left the yard clean and neat. They added vents to the roof for bathroom fans for us, took out the attic fan, blocked gable vents, recapped the chimney with a new concrete cap, power washed the chimney and adjusted overall attic ventilation to improve the life of the roof. Their work was done carefully and in accordance with agreed upon specifications. The gutter and gutter cover to keep out leaves was done very professionally. Drains were redone in areas that were not efficient and places where gutters from the second story of the house emptied onto the roof of the first story were redone to channel second story rain water directly to the gutter and downspout that emptied away from the house. Gutter downspouts were connected to a previously installed underground system that channeled the water away from the foundation of the house. The gutter installation crew was not as neat as the roof crew. They left behind a lot of large gutter spikes and debris. The roofing crew made a special effort to make sure all nails were picked up and all debris was hauled away. There were a couple of small go back issues after the job was completed. I called my project manager and someone was there to follow up and take care of them the same day. Overall I though the quality was very good. Their prices are not the lowest, but they are also not the highest, I think the value was excellent. Outstanding professionalism and responsiveness. I especially liked the fact that they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I could count on them to set reasonable expectations, document them in a signed agreement and then meet them.

Do not waste your time with this company. I called several companies, including this one, that all had comparable reviews to get quotes on replacing an exterior door, along with the trim surrounding the door. All I wanted was for them to come over, look at what needed to be done, take some measurements and then get back to me with a quote. Simple, right? Not with these folks. They came over, asked to sit down and go over a few questions which I thought was pertaining to the actual job. Instead they had a sheet filled with questions that did not pertain to the job itself, but more like survey questions. Do you prefer a contractor who is licensed or is the price more important to you? Questions like that. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS, was all I was thinking. After they realized I was annoyed, they skipped the questions and went to work measuring the area, which is what they should have done to begin with. Thats what all the other companies I called did. After they were done they wanted to set up another time they could stop by to deliver the quote in person and then have me look over some samples. When I told them I would rather they email or text me a quote and then I would let them know if I was going to move forward they refused and said it had to be another in person meeting. GOOD FREAKING GRIEF!! When I told them I didnt have time for that and I wanted a quote over the phone, email or text, they again said it had to be in-person. Every other freaking company I got a quote from had no problem telling me over the phone or email, even text. Im guessing they just want to pressure you into signing something. I would recommend Fairfax Contractor. They were very easy to deal with and didnt play any sales games like Exterior Medics.

Exterior Medics responded promptly to my request, sending Luke out to inspect our roof and gutters. Luke provided a thorough review including aerial pictures from a drone. He answered all of our questions and recommended replacing our gutters to direct water flow more efficiently (I.e., reduce overflow in several key areas), prevent water from trapping at the chimney, and avoid further damage to the soffits. The cost proposal was fair and reasonable, and the work was performed in a timely manner. Onsite workers were professional, courteous and left everything clean and in order. We have already seen the difference our new gutters make. Poor customer service, this company has no regard to residents in the community. This company has been working in my community for over a year and it has been a terrible experience. The workers are rude, very loud and messy, they park in reserved spaces for residents. Debris is left everywhere and they do not clean it up. A project residents were told would be a few months has taken over a year and is still not complete.3 months later and they are still here. Debris is still everywhere when I walk out my door. The employees walk around the community without any type of face mask. They use the outside plugs and have the chords hanging around, I’ve tripped several times. There are no notifications when someone will be stepping onto your property. I was literally laying down on my couch when a man jumped onto my balcony. Visitor spaces are still blocked because of this company as well. This company has NO REGARD for the residents living here.

Worst experience I have ever had with contractors. I notified the property manager of Willoughby Ridge I had a roof leak on 2/27/2019 and she reported it to Exterior Medics the same day. They inspected my roof on March 7th. I was notified on 3/27 issue was resolved, they came shortly after that to repair the Sheetrock and cut out about 10 feet wide. Upon doing this the leak was still there so the workers reported it to Management and put a garbage bag where the hole was. Numerous emails for months were sent asking for status and I received an email from Joe Levecchi on 5/50 he would look into it and get back to me. That response never came, they did nothing until September/October. This is unprofessional. The only reason I gave even one star was the 2 guys who finally repaired my interior 8 months later did a nice job. Beware of this Company.

Eric Renfro was the person that came to my home for a consultation. Eric showed up a few minutes early which I appreciate and was extremely professional and courteous. Eric was doing a roof consultation since we had some really bad hail storms. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. My wife and I plan to work with Eric on getting our roof replaced. A+ service from Eric and Exterior Medics.

I called exterior medics cause I was referred by a friend. We needed to replace our roof. The estimator did an extensive investigation. He went in the attic and everything. They were a little more expensive than my other estimate but their warranty was far surperior! From start to finish my wife and I were very impressed with this company!

They re-sided, re-roofed and re-guttered my entire house. Its like an entirely new home from the outside and we love the results.

Terrible customer service. Just know that if anything goes wrong, its automatically your fault and your problem, and good luck getting anyone on the phone to even hear that much.I wasnt even bothered that it took nearly three months to get my doors installed. But once delivered I pointed out that the handles and locks are at the lowest mounting point that will meet code, which is much lower than any door in my house (the lock is a foot lower than the old one). When I actually managed to get in contact with someone I got about a thousand variations of thats how it is, you should have brought it up, and we cant do anything. Having never bought a door, I had no idea that it was necessary to bring up something like that, and there were no measurements specified in any of the plans. I think the experts should have mentioned it after measuring my old door.The attitude and disregard with which my complaints were handled were worse than the actual problem with the doors. I very much wish that I had chosen another company for this project, and sincerely hope that anyone thinking of choosing this company will see this review and decide to go with someone else.

Ive now been rescheduled three times. All three times I get a phone call after the scheduled arrival telling me they need to reschedule due to weather. All three days its been sunny out. This is now three days of missed work/lost pay for me and I still havent had any work completed.
