This is an easy one! When you schedule an in home appointment at the store based on the recommendation of the rep; he sends you a calendar invitation at that moment with the date and time; and he fails to show up or even call to acknowledge the screwup, you certainly earned this one. Dont waste your time thinking this Magnolia store wants to earn your business. If I thought zero stars would register, they would get that.

I consulted with them to have a whole house electronic install on a property I am building. They were nice enough and even met me at the property to survey the situation. The main objective seems to be to get the customer to leave a refundable deposit on the project even though a thorough proposal has not been given. The proposal I got had thousands of dollars labeled miscellaneous and had few if any model numbers specified and a whole lot of extras thrown in that I had never requested. Although they were always pleasant, they were unwilling to give me a proper proposal on what I wanted and so I decided to go elsewhere. They have a decent speaker room to listen to equipment before you buy it at the Springfield location.

Chance from Magnolia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the best television within my budget. I haven’t received this type of excellent customer service in a long time.
