The only T-mobile site I will ever go to. The customer service is excellent. Alberto was friendly, super helpful, and awesome. I went there from work, in Middlesex county, just to have them help me.

The store is spacious and clean but the 5 stars are because of the person who helped me.Ross is very experienced and really knows what hes talking about. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all my questions without once turning into a salesman trying to sell me something like every other place would!

Worst T-Mobile I have ever been to. I do not understand how they can treat people in this store. The fact of the matter is that it wasnt even the employees it was the manager itself who was the worst. This place deserves 4 stars for the employees they were awesome and very helpful. But I have never been so disrespected by upper management as I was in this store. I have a so many lines with T-Mobile and I would suspect they want to keep my business as I spend more then $2,000 a month on phone service. Long story short came in to add a line employee couldnt add it so I called business line and they were able to add it Manager jumped in and this is his exact words If we dont add the line then you are just wasting everybodys time here what??? Im wasting your time because you arent making commission off me? seriously? Never have a heard upper management speak to a customer like this I would understand if the employee was upset but for the manager to just come out and speak to a customer in this manner was unacceptable. I own my own business and have dealt in the customer service business for almost 10+ years and I have never treated a customer the way I was treated. This man should be fired and someone with customer service experience should be put in place. Horrible 0 stars for management 4 stars for employee that helped me

I love only this Tmobile. All the workers have good customer service. I like Shay and Brittany. Brittany is so nice and helpful everytime I go there. I would recommend this place because they all know what theyre doing.

Absolutely amazing service and much faster then some of the other TMobile stores in the area. This is a cooperate location so count on them to get everything done the right way the first time. When you go ask for Brittany, she has a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful personality.

Great place with great friendly staff. Very helpful in making the right choice for switching from any carrier. Shivani is one of the reps there who helped me in the past in switching from Sprint. Till this day I still refer people to this store to either deal with her or the store staff there. Ive switched over 4 years ago and never looked back! Keep up the good work TMobile! Dont let me down!

The staff at T Mobile on Route 22 in Springfield is fantastic. Great customer service and product knowledge. Id recommend them to anybody shopping for cell phones.
