Less than desirable selection of juices, not always stocked in the coils I need, but a pleasant environment and one I continue to come back to.

Nice shop friendly staff but I think its has a small selection of juice thats the only reason for the 4 stars and alil pricey

Will never come here again. After employee told me there was a 30 day return policy he wouldnt take back the return an hour later. He told me the mod was really strong and I looked up reviews and it is not. So instead of returning the $90 now the company will lose over $100 a month.

Knowledgeable employees who are more than happy to help their customers. From picking out the right mod for me, to setting everything up, the staff at Vape Game always provide me with great service. Not to mention it is nice to hang out and chat with the personable employees. Vape Game is my go to stop when I’m in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Really disappointed with the service I received from here. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with this company buying juice and pod replacements. I purchased a vape juice from their company and the juice was terrible. Tasted like metal, it’s the worst juice I’ve ever had. They didn’t allow me to do a refund or even offer me store credit. What type of company is this? The juice is not good don’t buy their juiceWaste of money

Experienced and helpful! It took a couple of visits for me to feel like part of the vape game, but these guys know what theyre talking about and are happy to help.

Best vape shop. I refuse to go anywhere else. They have a wide variety of delicious quality juices and the most friendly and helpful employees.

Not the best store in town. Thats for sure. Coils and juice selection is dismal at best. And the mods they have are overpriced. Majority of the time they are out of stock on juice that isnt their own. Or simply stop carrying it. The in house juice is good, service has went downhill quite a bit in 2019.Update October 2020: went in for the first time in about a year. Just to see if selection has improved. And its even worse than it was before. How they are still in business? I do not know.

Never had a bad experience with Vape Game. Great environment, great customer service, and they always make sure you understand your setup before you leave. Love these guys. 5 stars hands down, wont go anywhere else.

One of the best Vape Shops in the area. They make a bunch of there own great flavors plus a wide variety of others to fit your vaping needs. Their staff is always present and helpful and always point me in the right direction.

Probably the only actual customer service interaction I have ever had in Lane County. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, interactive and not at all pushy. I stopped in for a bit of juice and some coils this evening and was sad to find out that they did not have my coils in stock. I asked one of the staff members what they would recommend to replace my mod, and he didnt reach for the most expensive thing in the store! He talked me out of a couple of the more expensive items and we settled on something that will definitely work for me going forward. And they threw in a free bottle of juice, which I was going to buy anyway. Ill be doing business with these folks again.Also, their Dead Sea Salts are delicious. Try the Siren. :)

Look, I have been to every shop in town, and Vape Game is simply the best. It seems like other shops have garbage products, and employees who are either snide, stupid, or both. At VG they literally know everything about vaping, and are super cool about telling you anything you want to know. From their products and facilities to their knowledge base and customer service, no one else comes close. JUST GO IN ONCE… you can thank me later

So I cant say enough good things about this place. Bought a mod and there was a malfunction in the chip. Took it back in and they replaced it no questions asked. And the employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The juice they make and sell is high quality and theres plenty to choose from. VGL Reserve is a honey tobacco that they recently came out with, and its amazing. Ive been to many vape shops locally and around the nation, and this shop is on par with the best. You wont be disappointed.

Great service, helpful staff, and a wide variety of flavors and brands. They have a points program to earn free stuff, and weekly email specials! It is a few miles out of the way for me, but I am picky about my vape fluid.Oh yeah, they have a big screen tv, an xbox 360 (i think) and a couch to hang out on. They also sell sodas.Only negative is their location, as it is nowhere near downtown and is located in a strip mall in Springfield.

Not a good place to go. The person didnt know what she was selling and talk like she read from a script. She was not a nice person to deal with. Also I asked for a 50ml of vg and she handed me a 30ml. Also there flavors are flat tasting and not that good. I will never go back there.

Went in there a few days a go to get a 0.5 clapton coil for my my kanger subox mini. The sales rep that helped me was friendly and quickly assisted me. I asked for a single kangertech 0.5 clapton coil and he tried to sell me this off brand generic coil. The funny part about it also was he didnt even tell me this wasnt a kanger coil and probably thought I wouldnt notice. I told him that this was not a legit kangertech brand coil I was looking for but he assured me it was basically the same thing. He said they tried to order the clapton coils earlier in the month and Kangertech had sold out on their website so they decided to order a batch of generic coils from another business. I forget the name of the company the coil came from. But he told me that it was a buck cheaper then the kanger brand and worked just as well. I should of followed my gut instinct and walked out but decided to purchase it anyway. I was already running late to work that day and and didnt have enough time to stop at my local vape shop at the point. So after using that knock off kanger coil for 2 days I noticed a few things. My subtank mini had gotten hotter then usual from vaping. Like if I touched the tank after firing my mod it would actually almost burn my fingertips. By the end of day 2 my subox began to leak massive amounts of juice from the tank. I ended up stopping by my local vape shop and purchased a legit kanger 0.5 clapton coil and now my subox is vaping perfectly. Safe to say I shall not return to Vape game. If their kangertech generic coils they sell have the potential to make my subox mini heat up like a ball of fire or let the tank spill e-juice out like a faucet then that makes me think about the integrity of the store and the products they stand behind.
