I’m giving 5 stars for two reasons, one for the amazing service and two for the amazing product. I’ve been to this store twice and both times I have been treated more like family than like a customer. The same worker helped me both times and he knew the products extremely well and was able to give me supplements that would help my workout plan. He also recognized me and even remembered what we had talked about last time I was there which was over a month before. The products I got here weren’t cheap, but they are the most impactful workout supplements I have ever taken. I will recommend this store to anyone searching for quality service and quality products.

This is the first non-chain nutrition store I’ve been to in this state. There’s an amazing range of products for all facets of improving mind, body, and spirit as well as providing top-notch employees. These employees are skilled in their knowledge in each of their products and what works well with the body type desired. The store isn’t crazy expensive with their products either. I try and go whenever I’m in Springfield for new products and I can have the previously bought products delivered to me. This is honestly one of the best nutrition stores I’ve had the pleasure of visiting

These guys know their stuff! I know it seems intimidating walking in, out of shape, trying to change your life. These guys make it comfortable to ask questions, they build you meal plans and help with supplements! You walk in they usually know your name very welcoming and knowledgeable!

The staff is friendly and encouraging. I have never been made to feel out of place or uncomfortable when I am asking questions. They always help me get back on track when I need the extra encouragement. I strongly recommend stopping in!

Great experience as always. These guys always listen first and then provide incite. They never try to just “make a sale.” If something is more affordable but still provides you with what you’re looking for, they’re honest about it. That’s all you can ask for at a place like this. As a coach at a local gym, I will always refer athletes that approach me about supplementing their training to these guys.

Every person I’ve ever met at a supplement superstore has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. It’s a company full of people dedicated to helping you become the best version of you possible. They’ve taught me a lot with regards to my health, and they always have an answer to any question I have. If you’re looking for help with regards to your own personal health/fitness, there’s no better place to go than supplement superstore. You will feel right at home there.

I love coming in here and getting their advice. It’s more like a family than a company. They notice when you haven’t been by and try to keep in touch. They truly care about your health and well being. That’s hard to find. They won’t ever sell you a product you don’t need too.

Went in asking for a certain kind of protein bar and which they don’t carry, BUT they not only directed me to one that was very similar and suggested I try it, they also gave me one for free to try of a different flavor.I have been coming here for about a year and half getting my pre-work out, and it’s a great store. I was skeptical at first because I figured they get commission and I just don’t like places like that. But they are nothing like that. They are kind, helpful, and don’t over push product on you. They just want to help you out.

Staff is very involved, very helpful. They want to make sure you have everything you need to achieve all your goals! Very awesome store! Definitely recommend getting in touch with Dayton!

Every time I visit, I feel welcomed but more importantly, I dont feel pressured. Each associate has shared education with me but supported my choices. I dont want to drop a paycheck on supplements and they understand that. I want to ask questions and they answer them.

This was the best help I had ever received in terms of dieting. Every employee is extremely knowledgeable about S2s Products. My favorite part about the experience was that the body weight scan and diet consultation were free. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything that I didnt feel like I needed, and I will definitely be making routine visits to continue working on my goals.

Of all the Supplement Stores this one is by far the best!! The staff are always kind and help you with whatever you need. They are knowledgeable and know what supplements you need to reach your goals. I highly recommend this place mostly for the staff but also the wide variety of supplements!

I had a great experience at Supplement Superstores. I walked in 10 min before close expecting to get basic info and a protein shake. Gabriel spent close to an hour walking through a plan personalized to me. I look forward to going back to track my progress and getting more supplements/ shakes to help me succeed.

Great staff! Id only been in once prior and the person that helped me was also working when I went in the second time, and he remembered my name. They offered guidance without pushing product on me or offering unsolicited advice. I appreciated that. I asked a few questions and did my research before hand. Their advice was solid and reliable. I will continue to return and use them as a resource in the future.

Every time I visit this S2 location, I leave there more informed and motivated. The team there is always so friendly and easy to talk to. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are always so kind to me whenever I come in, it literally makes my day how sweet they are! I have to brag on Drake specifically! He was so helpful getting me started with a weekly meal plan, and setting up my new fitness goals. For the longest I’ve struggled to find a great tasting vegan protein powder, and he pointed me in the right direction to one that I absolutely love now! Staff did not attempt immediately sell specific products. They took the time to ask me about my goals and outcomes. They were had solid knowledge about the products they sold and recommended only the things I need to accomplish my fitness goals.

I went in to search for a product called Harmony. Dayton helped me find it, then he educated me on how much protein I should be getting and gave me lots of helpful tips on calorie consumption and whole foods. He even took the time to mix up some 1st Phorm protein for me to sample. The customer service was superb!

Went in for the first time today checking out preworkout and protein. I had done some prior research but was looking for a second opinion. John was such an excellent help and took time out of his day to not only help me find the right preworkout, but also helped me formulate a diet to achieve the physique I’m after. Coming from Cali, my husband and I didn’t know where to go for our supplement needs. We first went to vitamin shoppe since it was familiar but we knew we needed a supp store that was a bit more targeted to our bodybuilding needs. One of the employees from vitamin shoppe actually suggested this store to us so we quickly went to go check it out. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Josh and he gave us the run-down on the store. He was very informative and friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He recommended a new protein brand for me and I also walked away with some goodies. I plan on returning to this store for my future supp purchases and I’m very happy we found it!

Springfield north is a phenomenal place. I’ve shopped there enough with Josh to the point where when I walk into the store he knows exactly what I am coming in for and begins to gather it. He also will recommend new products if they are new or he has heard that a different type is working better for other people. I also always stay 10 mins after to talk with the guys about whatever. Fantastic group of guys there and will continue to shop with them.

I am new to this whole “working out” thing and the guys at supplement superstores made me feel right at home. i worked with Kenton for about an hour, and he was nothing but helpful, talkative, and informative on everything. we worked out when i should be eating and what certain things i should eat to get me to my goal weight. he and the other workers informed me on their favorite flavors of protein powder which was essential because i wanted something that tasted great. Kenton was so amazing, that he let me try his own personal protein powder for a taste test, and of course i walked out with that flavor. after walking out of supplement superstores, i can genuinely say that i made friends in there, that are waiting for me to come back so they can see how much i’ve improved. they WANT to see my improvement! it just makes it awesome because you already have the support of someone that you didn’t know 30 minutes prior. so THANK YOU supplement superstores (and everyone who works there)!!!

Never an issue when I go into Supplement Superstore. Always friendly, eager and helpful staff as soon as you enter the door. The prices for 1st Phorm tend to be cheaper at the store versus online 1st Phorm website so that’s a win-win for me!

I have been a customer of SS for several years and have always felt like i was dealt with honestly and with my best interest as an athlete at heart. Over the last couple of years I have worked extensively with Adam and his customer service, welcoming and friendly approach and knowledge has been a great benefit.Additionally, I have recently began using the body scan services and found that information vital for my improvement and a fantastic free benefit...if you do nothing else, purchase nothing else, do this for yourself!

I am 58 years old and recently started going to the gym to try and tone up. I went to this S2 store to inquire about workout supplements and get recommendations. Adam was super helpful, very patient and understanding and gave me some excellent advice. He spent lots of time with me, explaining the differences and benefits of several different products. I was needing some 1st Phorm M factor, and the last two times Ive tried to get it was unsuccessful...I called the one on Campbell across from Planet fitness, and they had a shipment come in that day...They went out of their way to see if they received any from that shipment...Which they did receive it and I was able to get it that day, and was really thankful for the helpful staff...Will be going there for my supplements for years to come... Always nice being greeted when you come in. Josh was great. They always go into great detail about products, dieting, all the do’s and dont’s. They didn’t try to make you feel like you have to buy stuff, which is a huge plus. Best place to go for product and they will help you with all the knowledge that you need.

Went in to do an inBody scan For the Operation Transformation and was assisted by Dayton. I ran through my goals and he was very knowledgeable, gave me a personalized food plan, and then recommended various products to me based off of my goals. I love Supplement Superstore! They are my go to for all my supplement needs. One thing I love is they always take time to answer my questions and recommend the products that will work best for me. My favorite items are 1-db goddess fast pack and the 1st phorm protein. And you cant beat their prices!
