The receptionist was extremely helpful. I was new to the area and needed new tips for both of my devices and she changed those out. She then showed me how to clean my devices and asked if I wanted additional tips to replace them myself or told me I could come back and they would replace them for me. They did more for me in just a few minutes than the place where I had purchased my hearing aids. I will definitely go to them if and when I need to purchase new devices.

This was an awesome experience for getting my dads hearing aides. The receptionist has an amazing personality over the phone and in person. The lady that helped my dad was over the top nice and helpful with all our needs. Very prompt service. I would highly recommend Enhanced Hearing!

Tried to use my 5000 dollar insurance allowance for hearing aid first ordered resound hearing aid in canal ...Enhanced Hearing Center is not BBB accredited ..got ear plug that stuck out of my ear had no volume controll would not pair with my phone...was told to buy new phone that would pair cost was 5000 dollars for this hearing aid.....i checked with resound companys pricing this hearing aid was not available because they quit making them but the price was less than $1000 for this outdated hearing aid that they were trying to sell me...my insurance said there was at least 6 different companys and pricing they could have sold hearing aids from and they were suppose to show me all choices and prices they did not do this.....they would not take my phone calls or call me back...my insurance company called them with me on the phone they said they are releasing me because they dont have time to bother with me.......so beware take the cheap hearings aids they recommend and dont bother them......when I use they this means enhanced hearing center

I just wanted to thank the girls at Enhanced Hearing for doing a great job on my hearing aids. Ive been having some problems with them for a while and just havent had the time to get up to Springfield to have them looked at but today I was coming through with my big truck and I called them and stopped in an they fixed them right up in about 10 to 15 minutes and now I can hear again. Thank you so much for your help keep up the good work you get a Big 5 from me thanks again.

The folks at Enhanced Hearing have always been very helpful. Even though I didn’t purchase my current aides from them, they help with cleanings and told me about closed dome versus open dome attachments, which was a game changer. I’d been to other places for service, but they by far are the best. When I get a new set of hearing aids, it will definitely be from them. 😊

I would like to truly endorse Enhanced Hearing Center! My 83 year old mother dropped her hearing aid she got from the hospital specialist and it split into two pieces. Was out of warranty and was probably going to be two weeks or more to send to the factory for repair. We were able to get an appointment with Enhanced in one day and upon arrival we were treated very warmly. We tried some newer hearing aids but they were not able to fit mothers very small ear canal. Grace Gateley who was working with us tried several different things to get mom hearing again, to no avail. She said she would talk to her boss and she if he could repair her broken aid. After just a short time she came back into the office and said it was fixed! We spent a little over an hour in their office and even ran a test on moms hearing, but on presenting the repaired aid told my mother that there was no charge today! Of course they could not make any guarantees on the broken one, but the way she was treated when this one breaks again we will be happy to purchase a new one from here. Thanks again Grace and the folks at Enhanced Hearing Center!

I had an awesome experience here! Had moved to the area from another state and had issues with my hearing aids. Even though it was a brand that they didn’t carry, they went above and beyond to find parts in their stockroom and repair my device. Then to top it off, they refused to take payment! I’ll definitely be back!

I brought my aging mother here as her hearing aids were hard on batteries and did not seem to be sufficient for her hearing. I highly recommend Enhanced Hearing Center as they are courteous, professional and we got mom new hearing aids that work great and internal rechargeable batteries. I’m am so lucky I was able to get help from these great people. I got a terrible right ear infection & after getting it cleared, I was able to get help from them really fast. Had a very good experience with the people here. They got me hearing again. The hearing aid I got is adjustable through an app on my phone. It makes it easy to adjust the volume for every situation I am in. It also has buttons to push that choose the setting you are in. Like Restaurant and Music. It makes the hearing aids even better. You can not ask for a better setup than this. I have another review out there for this company that I posted in error. Please ignore it. It was for another company that I thought I was posting for. If I find it I will delete it or correct it.

I love Rowdy Concerts, I have Tinnitus, & I get bad vertigo if water gets stuck in my ears when I swim laps. I thought I was too young to be visiting with hearing specialists.
