My experience with Kimberly was excellent at Backyard Leisure and I highly recommend them. COVID has caused delays in product shipping to some of their competitors but Backyard Leisure had tubs in stock. I also got lucky with my installation date and was able to enjoy my hot tub much sooner than expected.

The service we received from Bakyard Leisure was great! From sales to installation.The installation crew was top-notch! Cory, Tyler & Jamie were fantastic. Polite, accommodating, professional and personable.They even took our good-natured teasing well.

We had been researching hot tubs for a long time and finally decided to purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted and found that Backyard Leisure carried the therapeutic hot tub of our dreams. What we didn’t know was that we would get such a professional, but yet friendly online sales person as Brian. From the very beginning he was able to answer everyone of our questions which were a lot. He was so quick to respond back and kept his word when saying he would call back at a specific time. In my working life I was an online sales person and have always appreciated it when I have such a positive experience. I highly recommend this company and feel very comfortable that Brian will be there to take care of us.

With the pandemic we were having a hard time finding a hot tub. Well our search stopped at Backyard Leisure. They found one in our price range and made it as easy as possible to set up delivery and install. The two gentleman who came and did the install were also great! If you are looking for a hot tub, you can stop looking when you get to Backyard Leisure.

I dont like to throw around the word exceptional around, but customer service and communication is beyond EXCEPTIONAL! Im getting my hot tub delivered tomorrow and me and my family are so excited! Josh has been amazing, from day 1 when we inquired about getting a new spa, through installation and even beyond with helping us get our water stabilized where we want it. I cant Recommend him and Backyard Leisure enough. I was Not available to be home while they installed it but the installers video recorded the entire process of working the spa and controller. Such a great team!

The delivery team was awesome. They deserve a 5, they were very helpful with the hookup, however the amount of guidance from BL on the electrical setup BEFORE the tub is delivered was awful. My electrician had little to no resources to fully understand what my tub needed. We bought a Bahamas Spa through Backyard Leisure, but there is no info on how to wire bahama tubs on their website?! I eventually found a 60 page document through Bahama that had 5 different possible wiring options. Of course, we chose the wrong one and my tub wouldn’t work when it arrived. I now have to purchase more electrical and hire another electrician to come back out and rewire the mistakes.Backyard Leisure NEEDS to provide more obvious directions for what each tub needs prior to delivery. This whole “you figure it out before we get there” mentality doesn’t work. I shouldn’t have to search the entire internet for help on the wiring specifications.

We ordered our hot tub from Kimberly Heggy at the Springfield Backyard Leisure location. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.Delivery by the Terre Haute crew was smooth and efficient. Earl Michels has been an absolute professional to work with. And we are thoroughly enjoying the hot tub! Very excited about the acquisition. Highly recommend Hot Springs and Backyard Leisure!

From the start of the buying experience till the end it was an easy and great process. The people at the store were awesome. The delivery guy Kevin just dropped off my spa and he did a fantastic job he took time to show me all chemicals and what to do and the the control panel. The entire experience was awesome I would recommend to anyone wanting a spa. Thank you for great experience.

I contacted the store manager after 730pm and he immediately responded and tried help find a solution. Although we weren’t able to that night, they immediately rearranged their schedule to come and address my issue the next day. Pretty impressive customer service. When I could not get any other place in town to come and fix my hot tub, Backyard Leisure was there. I had an issue with a hot tub I had purchased from another store which has since closed. Josh and Earl responded and accomplished a substantial repair in adverse weather conditions. Persistence, patience, and professionalism are the words I would use to describe their service. I would highly recommend Backyard Leisure for any of your hot tub needs.
