It’s 2021, and there’s a ton of useless stores and people in this industry- but these folks deserve an award. If you’re interested in witnessing for yourself what terrible service, pricing, and the opposite of helpful employees look like then this is your stop. If however you want to go somewhere professional that has any knowledge of what they are doing, and has any willingness to be helpful I’d highly recommend going pretty much anywhere else. Poster child for everything wrong in the industry.

This is a pretty neat place. The owners are very friendly and down to earth. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about their products and hydroponic production. Their prices were very reasonable too, I was genuinely surprised! Ill for sure be back for all of my hydroponic needs.

Colin acted like he knew what he was talking about, barely letting me finish asking the question before answering. I noticed he was completely wrong as soon as I opened the box at home, then he was rude when it was returned.Will not be returning.

The guys in here are great, very knowledgeable, and they helped me save ( not 15% on car insurance) a good deal of money on several products i was going to get off Amazon. Best part was all the advice on how to proceed with my new hobby and knowing if I need help they got my back. Amazon cant beat the service and knowledge received here, Ill definitely be back.

Great products but, sadly this giant jumping spider was the nicest staff I met.I was checked out with distain... he was totally put out and only rang up my items and said the price I owed, no thank you, no is this your first trip? Nothing...I have money for a set up and was scouting out who to buy from. Absolutely loved the set up in The back and was ready to get the whole deal and he didnt ask if I wanted anything else so I didnt give him my money, there are many local stores I want to stay open in this time, and I want good people to benifit from my money.
