I was lucky enough to try two ice cream flavors (pumpkin and maple bourbon) which Crave made available at the annual A Gathering of Chefs fundraiser for The Bradley Center, and its definitely the best ice cream Ive had all year. The pumpkin in particular stood out for having a perfect flavor balance between sweet and satisfying. Highly recommended.

Ordered the new bubble tea, and unfortunately do not recommend here. It doesnt make sense to have this in a ice cream store. It took 20 min for two drinks, and while the staff was nice and were doing their jobs, it seemed like it wasnt fully a part of the main menu there, hence the long wait. I would probably ever go back there to try their ice cream, but will definitely not order the bubble tea again.

I had a matcha latte with star boba and it was surprisingly really good, especially for an ice cream place! The matcha tasted like real matcha and the boba was also good. The worker made the drink really well, but it was around a 5+ minute wait. I had some ice cream here too and it was also great. They have an extremely wide selection of flavors! I want to go back!

Very good ice cream and even better gelato! Better than anything else youre going to find in this area. Note that the ice cream scoops are larger than the gelato scoops. However, gelato scoops traditionally are smaller. So the people complaining about small scoops apparently are unaware of this fact. I thought the ice cream scoop was actually pretty generous. Pricing seemed decent. Workers were friendly. Decor was cute! They lose 1 star due to the $1 swipe fee if your order is less than $10. A $1 swipe fee is majorly excessive. I understand putting the swipe charge on the customer but this seems greedy. Im pretty sure each swipe doesnt cost them that much.

Highly recommended. This is very high quality ice cream. You can tell it’s home made from the quality and flavor, very rich and fresh. There’s a great variety of flavors, some totally original to the store. Service was great, too. Will be back to try more flavor.

Always great quality ice cream and the nicest people

The other clientele was rude- took forever as I waited with my child. Is it the area? The staff was nice but never apologized for our wait. The vegan ice cream is very icy, but good! It was ridiculously hot- I felt nauseous. And the vegan soft serve they advertised by covering a whole section of their menu witg a poster about it? They don’t have it. To me, it wasn’t worth the wait. Sad :/ and there’s no baby changing area in the women’s bathroom.

I ordered online and went in to pick up my order. I stood there for 10 minutes in the mobile pickup line I was the only one there before anybody waited on me. There were six girls they look very busy but they were waiting on people who walked in and taken orders over the phone while Im standing there. My order was done for a while I should have got it right away. I suggest if you go here youll get better service if you wait in line then order ahead of time.

I have been looking for an ice cream shop in the suburbs with vegan options other than vanilla (when you want ice cream, you want it to be special!). Finally came across Crave Creamery in a furious search in preparation for a date night with my non-veg partner. When we arrived, we were greeted in the friendliest manner. To my surprise, there were FOUR super fun vegan options to choose from (all made with almond milk)! I chose mint chocolate chip, my ultimate fave, and it was better than any store-bought pint. Worth the calories, the price, and the smiles on our faces in knowing that we could both enjoy a sweet treat without worry! I will be going back anytime I need an ice cream fix.

My girls wanted to try their tea. And this was our reasoning for visiting. Very clean atmosphere. Staff was prompt, nice, friendly, and was able to teach my girls and I exactly what they were having and where it originated from.

Some if the best ice cream I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. But I cannot forget the gelato the also sell. It’s rich, creamy, and delicious. The style of the decor is amazing and a perfect place to take your kid when you want to congratulate them!

Just found this place and absolutely love it. The woman serving us was very pleasant and friendly. The gelato was amazing and my kids loved their milkshake and ice cream.

The gelato is very good..strawberry cheesecake is wonderful. The regular ice cream prices are so reasonable ! Try the peach, strawberry, or choc. Peanut butter. Quaint seating, friendly staff. Ask for a sample of your favorite first. Enjoy! Save me a scoop...

They have really delicious Ive cream and gelato flavors alike. I wish they had a few more simple gelato flavors. All of the flavors are complex and dont allow for pairing except for the fruit ones. I wish they had a changing table in the bathroom. Great place. Tasty frozen treats. Glad we stopped here. BTW, the French Toast was delish!

Yum! Crave has been open for maybe 4 years. We began visiting last year. Great ice creams and gelato. Im finding it difficult writing this review and staying put at home! Will have to visit today. Their ice creams are so creamy and rich. They have standard favs and also creative alternatives. Flavorful gelato with a good variety. The staff are friendly folk. Its always a fun outing when we visit.

Gluten dairy free vegan ice cream

Decent selection of ice cream but go for the gelato. Parking can be a challenge but dont let that stop you, youll want to walk a few extra steps anyway.

They said they would open at 12 on sunday so me and my volleyball went to get ice cream and it said they open at 1😭😭
