I get off work at 8:30 pm every night and I have been wanting to try this place for months. BUT, EVERY TIME I GET HERE BETWEEN 8:30-8:45 THEY ARE CLOSED. Their sign and website says they close at 9 but apparently not. They leave early every night and even if I see the girl and guy inside, they cut the sign off and say CLOSED. WELL THANKS. MAYBE FIX YOUR OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES ON YOUR PAGES AND SIGNS. This is the last time Ill ever try going there. Good luck with your future business. Not to much customer service there at all.

Took my 6 year old grandkids to get expensive ice cream. My grandson ordered the bubblegum, but when he got it, he said it tasted bad and didnt want it. When I tasted it, it had a funny aftertaste that I wasnt comfortable with him eating. I took it to the counter and told them it tasted funny. They charged me full price (3.84) for a scoop of chocolate to replace it. Never offered my money back for the bad ice cream or even offered an apology. Just took the bad stuff and walked away. Not going there anymore.

Still the only place in Springfield with having both gluten allergy and lactose intolerance that I can eat homemade ice cream with no problems. Love this place.

I ordered a cake and specifically told them I wanted green icing and that it was for a BOY! I went to pick it up and the icing was pink. I left without a cake and was so disappointed. The order sheet clearly stated GREEN ICING. I won’t be back!

Wonderful ice cream !! I didnt try the food but will next time. Clean and considering how old the building is they did a good job with it. People were very friendly and helpful. They let you taste test of course. I wish they had a wall menu or a menu at all. Another group of people got their food and I sure would have order if I know they had food it looked fantastic !!

Really poor selection the ice cream did not meet my experience. Not did it come close. Had the mangoniada and had way to much chamoy an no mango flavor.complet let down😭

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We came to order a chamango and they didn’t have a clue what it was. Everything we tried to order they didn’t have. Finally we asked for a different item they did have, which they took forever to make. We continued adding to our order, you’d think they we grateful for our big order....instead, the rude guy at the register rolled his eyes aggravated and turned around slamming the partiton to go make our order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Well miserable with the ice crem test in my 36 years I never met someone so I asked for a test for my 2-year-old boy and he gave me a pittance

It is ridiculous they say that they will open at 9 in the morning and they close at 9 at night and it is a pure lie people arrive and leave because there will not be that time mentioned and the very expensive breads
