Just went in a not one person said hello or can I help you. Not one!! There were 4 employees and I was the only customer. Never going back.

An incredible selection of indoor and outdoor lighting. My wife and I are replacing some fixtures and we were excited to see the selection they offered. Our sales person, Ian, said the store displays only about 5% of what they have on hand. Go online to see the full inventory. Modern, futuristic, contemporary, lighting systems, designer light switches, under counter lighting, ceiling fans, the list is endless. For several years this is our go-to lighting store. If youre not particularly adept at installing electrical fixtures, they have a list of electricians that can do the job for you!

They are no longer open on Saturday’s which is extremely inconvenient for people who work during the week. Also my wife has a serious health condition that requires extra oxygen which prevents her from being able to wear a mask. When we went into the store on Monday we were immediately asked to have her put on a mask. When we explained to the rude worker upfront that she has a serious health condition and has a legitimate exemption they refused to see it and told us we could not shop there. They just lost a customer for life and will not recommend them ever to other people in my industry.

Rude staff. Their hours of operation are terrible. They are never open on the weekends anymore due to Covid. They would not recognize my health exemption even when I offered to show my paperwork from my specialist, which is illegal! They are the only place in Springfield that isnt open on Saturday now. Harry Cooper has a great selection and is open on the weekends and has much better customer service. I will never give this company my business.

The Lighthouse Gallery provides not only a superior product selection, but also exceptional personalized customer service coupled with incredible expertise and knowledge about a vast array of technology and options that are now so readily available that there is no good reason to shop for lighting anywhere else in the greater Springfield area.

My husband and I used The Light House Gallery for our new build. We found beautiful lighting to complement most of the rooms in our home. We stopped by often to view indoor and outdoor lighting and to ask questions. We spoke several times with the owner Debbie and I believe both of her boys. Each time they were extremely friendly and sociable as they offered assistance in finding just the right look, even staying after closing when we arrived late. Debbie also allowed us to do an exchange when one room didnt come together liked we hoped. She never made us feel like exchanging lighting or asking a bunch of questions were an inconvenience. Building can be very stressful and frustrating but, if youre wanting a unique look with an enjoyable, relaxed shopping experience I would definitely recommend them. Grateful for all your help.

Love going into the showroom at Light House Gallery! Its so beautiful and so many options to choose from. Justin was really great a listening to what I was looking to purchase. He hand picked items from catalogs for me to look at that were in the design style I was looking for. Hes very knowledgeable about the inventory they have at the store.

This is one of my favorite stores to look around in. Their showroom is spectacular! Last time I was there there was a back room full of Art Deco lamps and crazy lamps I’ve never seen before. Made me feel like a little kid...yes, their showroom is that awesome!

The Light House Gallery has owners with huge hearts who have a continued relationship with Habitat for Humanity of Springfield!

Nice place to browse but everything is pretty pricey. Also, they do not give military discounts. There are better alternatives to shop at or utilize online.

Highly recommended! They were very helpful and courteous! Spent lots of time with us so that we found the perfect fixture. The wrong light got ordered, and they were on top of getting the error fixed asap. Very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely use them again.

I went into the store and was greeted immediately. Service was provided through the whole process of looking and selecting the appropriate lighting fixtures and fans for my reconstruction project of my home. Very friendly and didnt feel pressured into purchasing what I needed. I highly recommend them for any project.

I was just in looking for a 4inch downrod that is smaller then a standard size. He said they dont make them in 4inch. He said youll half to cut your 12inch down..he said wait here...went to his desk and pull out a 3 inch downrod that i needed and said i could just have it. it been in there for alongtime. So we dont have any use for it.. he could have charge $4 for it but didnt. Great cumstomer service right there.

Disorganized and way too expensive. Most of the employees is didnt have the slightest idea what was going on. Answering questions by sending them to their website when they were in the store to get help. Doesnt make much sense to me that you would send somebody off to your website when they were already in your store. And this was not just one person but multiple people.

Alan Evans was a joy to work with and helped us find and order just what we need.

Needed a lamp repaired, told me the guy only does it on Thursdays, might be this Thursday or next, dropped it off Monday, two Thursdays later called and it still was not done, could be next week they said. Maybe he should work on them more than one day if its going to take three weeks or more. Brought it somewhere else, had it within a day.
