Nice store with a wide variety. Usually go to Table and Vine. But this is just as nice in my opinion. They dont have the specialty foods but if you ate looking for a place to by your alcohol this would be a good place.

No one greets you. No one around to assist you. The cashiers are not welcoming or friendly. Customer service is BAD! Miserable place to shop...

I was not happy to see a employee without a mask on while I was inside making a purchase. I spoke to her and suggested she should set example for other employees. She replied I needed a brake form it.Sorry I wont return to your store... I dont feel its safe.

Great selection. The liquors 44 group stores set themselves apart with great selection and typically great competitive prices. Wished it was closer to my house. Its my usual stop if Im anywhere close or headed in that general direction.

Very impressed! I do not spend a lot of time in liquor stores so my review is based on first impressions as opposed to a comparison against other liquor stores. The aisles are clear and easily accessible. There were plenty of staff on hand to answer questions, etc. The store was clean and visually appealing. They seem to have LOTS of variety but again, I shop for liquor once per year!

This place has one of the most extensive liquor collections I have ever seen. From wine, to craft beers, to liquor. I could spend hours in here. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, always shop here when I need to stock up or want to try something new.

Went there because of the rude manager at Chicopee ..wouldnt let me and someone I took who had hip surgery come in to return bottles only one was aloud and the place was empty .when I asked for his name he refused and told me go to springfield ... Well I did and they were not to happy with him....

This was one case when the customer was treated badly and I always thought the customer was always right no matter what the situation is. Maggie is not a good manager for your store very badd customer service Im and talking about She was very rude from the beginning. Theres a very good possibility that we will never come to your store a again. She was rude to my friend and show no respect. Tried to give her a chance she just does not get it I have no idea how she is a manager of your stablishment. I will also fall a complaint or corporation and the Better Business Bureau. Very sad sad day for the Liquors 44!😡👎🏽

In and out no hassle

Clean store had what I wanted but the service was bad. Asked if the checker was open after sitting there she said I wouldnt be standing here if I wasnt.

I went to the store today and the customer service was fantastic. Brian was the first person I encountered and he was very helpful. I always want to try new beers but don’t always know where to start so Brian asked me what I usually drink and my preferences. Really happy with my purchase and will be returning soon.

Decent craft beer selection

Great selection of wine, beer, and liquor. The store is very clean and most people who work here are very pleasant, I only had one rude cashier, but I havent seen her in a while so Im pretty sure she gone, or Im just lucky enough to miss her. Either way it was 1 isolated experience, and I dont even remember her name, so it does not change my opinion of the store.

Decent selection and prices for spirits and wine. Not crazy about the layout. Beer is in two locations- coolers at the back and towards front. Essentially a reversal L shape wall of beer skirting the outside of the store.

Great new location with a nice selection of different beverages. The beer selection is nice however the size of the store you would expect much better. Great for everyday shopping but if you want something special or rare, White Eagle in Chicopee much better selection of the good stuff.

Best malt liquor prices in town

As I walked in the store today I could not find what I was looking for with three employees in my area not one offered to help me. I then found my item on my own and one employee let me know that the store will be closing in a minute as I was on my way to the register and I replied I will be done in less then 30 seconds. He then replied with “well we’re closing at 11 and my registers shut down so you won’t buy anything.” I could not just believe what I just heard. It doesn’t take rocket science to know that is poor customer service. As I arrived to the register and let the cashier know her co worker was rude she also reply’s with an attitude as well we close at 11. I understand it will be 11 and I am the last customer but don’t treat me as I am worthless customer.

I like the variety and most staff are friendly and helpful. Took off one star because the cashier, a very Old woman with the long gray braids is pretty rude and judgmental even after she sees my ID. I mean, I guess thats why shes working there at her age.. Ohh well.

Really big so can be a little overwhelming if you are just trying to run in and grab something. But had a nice wine tasting set up and was able to find a vodka we discovered in PA and were having a hard time finding locally

Selection is nice but way overpriced! These employees and managers have that what do you want attitude. I spoke to a so called “Phil” about customer service and he said there are other liquor stores in the area.

Alot of variety and helpers. They do samples of certain drinks sometimes is done here in case youre interested in trying something new or getting the usual at a great price.

This is a huge package store and they have some good prices its worth the visit.

Great place to shop for Booze and their Redemption Center accepts all store brands as long as they have a $0.05 deposit on them
