They replaced my cedar fence and built new gates. The fence and gates were beautiful but the gates did not hold up well. The original gates lasted 15 years and were still functional but these gates have completely fallen apart and are unusable. I contacted the company and Troy came out to look at them. It took several calls/texts to get him to look at it. He originally thought they could be repaired but when he came to repair he said they couldn’t be repaired and it would be a total rebuild. He said it would be a few weeks and he had all the measurements etc. He never came. I have contacted him several times over the last year, sometimes he would respond, sometimes not. He continued to tell me they were very busy and it would be a couple weeks but he had the measurements etc.The gates completely fell apart 3 months ago…I texted Troy again and no response.The initial product was good and I recommended this company to my neighbors, some who also used the, but the customer service after the fact has been awful and I would not recommend them again.

Great prices and service. Prices far better than Jerrys. Paid $2 a board for the cheap cedar boards that were still thicker by about 2x that of box stores. We used it to enclose the soffet and underside of the back patio. Worked out great.

I would suggest not wasting your time or money with this place. Had to call them three times even to get a return call. Asked if they can meet or beat local box store prices, I was told, “you better head for Jerry’s”. That I did.

Lost Creek replaced the fence at my home. The Lost Creek team did an amazing job from start to finish, and offered a competitive price for a custom made fence. I had about 120 of standard privacy fence installed and about 30 of picture frame fence with one gate. The gate went above and beyond my expectations. Lead time was less than two weeks, and installation took 2.5 days, which is very very quick! My house and yard look beautiful with the addition of this fine fence. Something was different about my yard when I walked through upon the fences completion- the Lost Creek team also trimmed my grass (no where near the fence) and cut back a wild mound of mint in the middle of my yard. Overall, they were a very professional crew that goes the extra mile. I look at my fence and think oh my gosh, I cant believe this is my fence!

Was told by who I am assuming is the owner, that they would come by to give me a bid on a fence. They never called or showed up. I called them the next day and was hung up on and ignored when I attempted to call again, thinking bad reception. Extremely unprofessional and rude beyond belief.

Had the same experience as the other one-star review. Called and made an appointment for an estimate. Nobody showed. Called back twice and left a voicemail. No answer and no explanation for the no-show.
