THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I got my 2011 Monster 796 15k mile service (valve adjustment and belt change ect). Usually when I go to a mechanic I am skeptical about the actual service required but these guys are honest and hardworking which earned my complete respect. Jason and his wife are amazing dealing w customers making each person feel extremely valued. The time it took to get my bike back was accurate and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend taking your Italian Stalian to these professionals.

Fantastic service and professionalism from this shop. In my experiences, Jason has walked me through any service questions or general questions I have had about my bike and all work was performed with great value. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Any Ducati fan would love to see the bikes they are working on and upgrading, as well as serving a great Italian espresso before you hit the road. A unique and first class place for sure.

What FasterTwin *thinks* I came to them for: my 2014 Ducati Streetfighter 848s Desmo Service.What I *actually* came for: bribing the shop dog with treats in exchange for pets, being featured on their Instagram, and, since Im actually a twin, now I can truly gloat that I am, as Ive always said, the faster on.But yeah - Id been taking the bike to the Ducati Dealership (yes, youre right - I just really love spending money), but its kinda inconvenient that by the time you drive there and back to *get* an oil change, youre probably due for your next one. I needed something more convenient.As with anyone who is cheap as dirt, I then attempted to bribe bike bros to help me with repairs, and whatever a desmo service was. Their smiles morphing into looks of horror and pity told me that this wasnt childs play.I found FasterTwin through a Google search and their five-star reviews convinced me to give it a shot. From day one, they were super responsive (unlike some of the other bike shops in the area - people, Im literally trying to GIVE you money (in exchange for nearly taking this bike apart completed, but thats beside the point)).They set my expectations on turnaround and delivered the bike right on time - even managed to send me progress photos on the bike when I asked (along with shop dog features - I really just wanted shop dog photos). The master tech attempted to explain to me what hed done, and while it sounded nearly poetic, he may as well have been speaking a dead Latin language. Still - valve shims will be a phrase I randomly drop into everyday conversation from now on.And when I have a teeny tiny issue, they squeezed me in the next day and comped it - even though Im absolutely sure it was my fault.10/10 will hate when I have to get this service done in another 8k, but 11/10 will be taking it back to the boys and gals at FasterTwin.PS - please pet the shop dog for me. He can shake his paw, but only if you have treats. Otherwise, youre dead to him.

Absolutely brilliant team of dedicated Ducati Specialist. I brought in my damaged it came from craigslist of a Ducati, and they were able to not only isolate and repair the issue with the bike to get it to work. They went way above and beyond with giving the bike a look over and offered recommend service for my machine. Service like this is not something you find so easy in the DMV, I recommend above all other motorcycle servicing centers full stop.

I love this shop. Have been going to Raffaele since he opened his shop a few years back. Customer service is always #1, detailed, precise, to the point and provides detailed bills. Used to take my Ducati to a nearby dealer and the prices always seemed extravagant. With Raffaele I always know what to expect: professional, honest and exceptional service. He’s personable, always greets you with a gregarious smile and takes the time to explain the mechanics on your bike. He also has a great little espresso machine at the shop and you can have a coffee while he talks to you about how awesome your Ducati is! He is the only person I know that talks and walks faster than I do (must be all those espressos.)

The guys are here are legit. I respect and trust everybody who works here. I thought they were honest, but my experience was far from perfect.I have two negatives from my experience working with them:1) communication is subpar. I had quite a big job to do and was waiting on parts for some time, but they would go weeks without updating me on the status. I tried emails bc I didnt want to be annoying by calling them when I know theyre busy, but replying to emails once every few weeks seems to be difficult for them.2) they were about $1500 off from the quote provided to me. I was told the job would be about $3k +/- the cost for parts. After reviewing the receipt and scope of work, the reason why it was so much more expensive was bc the job ended up taking longer due to complexities in an engine rebuild so the cost difference was all in labor. It was very upsetting to see the price difference when picking up the bike. Transparency wouldve been appreciated.

Best Ducati master tech in the country probably - Rafaele is such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, honest and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of the way it should be.

Great level of service.Ducs are a rare breed and it is hard to find a tech you can trust. I have followed the owner because he always takes the time to make sure I understand what needs to be done. Location is a bit of a challenge, and services are expensive but so are all other Duc shops in the area. Will keep going to Raf as long as I have my Monster.

Raffaele epitomizes the persona of a Ducati Doctor. The Master Tech is professional, honest, engaging, calls you when he says he will, you immediately recognize he is passionate about his work, and his shop feels like it was sliced out of the Ducati Bologna factory. Ok, I have no idea what the real factory looks like, but I couldnt ask for my dream bike to be taken care of by a former Ducati race tech who is just as down to earth as a casual rider.

Very detail oriented, great customer service, exactly to ducati manufacture specs, trained and certified. Raffi built me a Ducati 1199 R SBK that made over 200rwhp. Reliable fast and a winning bike. Thank you for building me something no other local virginia shop could make.
