I used to love this brand and the quality was consistent however over the past 5 or 6 months the quality has steady declined and now every pouch I buy is literally half or less potency compared to other brands. I hope they get their issues fixed

Lady pulled out a bag of kratom and a roach crawled on her hand. She then proceeds to swipe the roach of her hand as if she is used to them crawling around the store. She then played it off like it never happened. She was unprofessional. She had very had little, to no knowledge about their products. What their retail store mostly consists of is, old product that has been sitting on store shelves and returned. Not what I expected

I used to carry their products in my store and the owner was very rude when I stopped carrying their products. Bad mouthed the company I carry now, I was more than nice giving him all his equipment back which was all in perfect condition and he was very rude to me. I didnt understand the hostility. Good riddance.

If you are looking for honesty or integrity you wont find it here. There are other, better kratom options out there. Find one that wasnt written up by USAToday for having nasty bacteria in their products.

Got very sick from this product. Only took one capsule of Kratom. Fighting cancer looking for good products to help me along. Don’t waste your money. Just my opinion.

Most expensive Kratom I’ve ever seen and not any better as cheaper alternatives. 60g for $21.99 Bumblebee brand and you sell 25g for $14.99. No thanks, first and last time.

When it comes to kratom it can be hard to find not only the right strain but also the right company. The fact they offer a free sample is awesome. Try it first then you know what your getting.

I purchased Kratom from this Company through a local store.Being a Kratom user, you are not representing the product correctly.You need to specify your reds, greens and whites.Any company that is actually for Kratom would be doing that.Apparently you’re just in it for the almighty dollar!!

I LOVE this place!!! Mike is amazing!!! Very concerned and helpful. They mainly sell kratom here and genuinely care for the customer. This care includes your budget. I go here once a week minimum and am currently desperately trying to work there lol.

I was treated very rudely by the lady who distributes to all the store here in bend Or. I purchase about 50 grams of there products for over a year I work at one of the stores where this is sold and as the cashier knows nothing about Kratom he comes and gets me to explain what kratom is and what kind to buy. I always recommend they buy sunstone as it is what works best for me. That being said I was genuinely saddened when I was just asking if they had samples of white vein avalible not asking directly for a sample myself and she rudely told me that if I wanted kratom I could go and buy some which I had already done that day and was going to tell her that when she slammed the door in my face. All that being said it cost me 26 dollars for 50grams of their product when I could get a kilo for as much as their 50 grams but I like the product and would have liked to be able to say I was a valued customer to them as I recommend this product to anyone buying kratom at our location but as of now I’ll will not recommend this product to anyone, not so they can get rich off of others pain/misfortunes. VERY DISRESPECTFUL people. I’m gonna try to get our store to stop selling this product.
