My husband has been waiting for a walker for over a month. We called and finally got someone on the phone who said they had one.My husband described which one he had a prescription for,with 4 wheels and a seat.Yes they would send it out. It got here and was the wrong one. The driver said I will bring the right one back tonight. 5 pm they are closed. No walker. Really bad customer service
Company is having real problems. Rude on the phone. Big turn over with drivers. No help.
Weve been going to Lincare for over 9 years now without a single problem of any kind. My husband uses a cpap and as of a year ago he started needing oxygen. Everyone from the front desk, to the customer service reps, drivers and respiratory therapists are highly knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. We wont go anywhere else.
Lincares online CPAP supply shows no pricing on components. You can find pieces for your CPAP much cheaper elsewhere, and from a more reputable company.
I had to use Lincare home oxygen products a few years ago, and they were quite prompt and helpful at all time. In 2014 my husband was diagnosed with Lung Cancer, eventually needing home oxygen and several other items, Lincare folks were again very helpful and polite. I wouldnt hesitate using them at all for myself or family members needs.
I have dealt with Lincare twice both times I have felt like I went through a battle. to get an appointment. To give them the benefit, maybe there are other guidelines they have to deal with that don;t get explained.
TERRIBLE! Just spoke to on call therapist, Jessica. Not helpful. Did not want to listen to what was going on with me and my machine. Cut me off when I was talking. Basically yelled at me. Horrible customer service, tone of voice, and no empathy to my situation. I am new to CPAP & she could have provided some kindness and better understanding. I guess by yelling at me to have a good day probably makes her think she was kind...NOT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LINCARE.

I had to wait nearly a month for an appointment, but once I got in, everything was smooth and professional.
Go elsewhere for supplies...my doc ordered certain things in certain sizes, and when I got to the appointment they didnt have the proper size of the stuff..they said to try this out, and I have 30 days to exchange..well since I got it, I have tried to call numerous times about the sizing, and exchange and no one ever calls back. Now Im stuck with these items. Horrible horrible customer service. Im stuck with them because of insuranc. Go elsewhere if possible!!
I have made over 500 calls to Lincare in the last 7 months, 32 of them in the last 10 days. I have a 4 year old on oxygen. We have orders for a POC and insurance approval. Lincare still has not got a POC for us. I have called dailyy usually multiple times a day about this. We have been with the company over 2 years and its always stressful. We went 3 weeks in January 2017 without oxygen tanks because nobody showed up. I would call and Shelly would say Ill let the driver know. Well guess what Id call again and still nothing!! Anyways back to the POC, Ive called at least 10 times this week. Ive talked to Allison, Shelly, Debbie and had John in the background also our driver who came on Tuesday who even wrote a note on our paper that they turn in. Everytime Ive heard we will call you back. We are working on it. Ive had a flight on TUESDAY 4 days away scheduled for months that this POC is needed for and in 7 months we still DONT HAVE ONE!! This is ridiculous. Ive called cooperate twice also and nothing has been fixed. This needs to change. We went through a similar experience January of 16 also. We had a make a wish trip and Lincare also fought getting a POC for that trip and the foundation paid for it out of pocket. They also received the wrong one and had to get the correct one in. We finally got it the 8 hours before getting on a plane!!
After several years of dealing with this difficult company Springfield I have surrendered and gone elsewhere. The past two years is very poor customer service - understaffed it seems. I have been without a mask due to poor, very slow service. The last time I visited the rep seemed hostile. What?
Wont return calls they are not at all professional go els ware any were but there there not at all professionals they wont be in business long .
HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SUPPLY SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH!! WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I FEEL LIKE IM TALKING TO A TRASHY ATTITUDE RIDDLED INDIVIDUAL WHENEVER I CALL. IT REALLY SUCKS. RUN!

Have to call multiple times to get refills on tanks. They say they will be here on a certain day, dont show, dont call. To set the service up in the beginning was a headache with multiple calls to them and also to the doc to see if they knew what was going on. Im looking to switch to another company.
