I was recommended to this shop and not impressed with the service. After several phone calls and two trips into the shop, I walked away to get my car serviced somewhere else. The second time, I had made an appointment to get work done during my lunch break and communicated that was my only free time. The appointment was at 1:00pm and they didnt show up at the shop from lunch until 1:20pm- only to tell me they couldnt do the work during my lunch break like we had agreed upon the visit before because they had lots to do. I never received an apology, was never clearly communicated to and left feeling frustrated and mistreated. I will not be returning to this shop.

You cant go wrong working with Tad and his crew. Ive had a few car repairs done with them. They have done a great job both times. If youre looking for a hometown auto body shop that you can trust, this is the place to go!

This place is just awesome. I highly recommend. Jeff was prompt in checking my car, gave me a great price, and took the time to explain what went wrong with my car. Nice, straight forward and willing to go the extra mile. Im so lucky my car broke down where it did in Springville! It can be a little hard to find because its behind an inspection station, so make sure you look further back down the driveway.

I was not fond of this place because I called them several times with nobody ever answering the telephone. No answering machine or anyting....

My brother owns this shope he has been s mechanic for over 20 years he is the best around and his prices are very good I wont go anywhere else so if u want to have your car done right and great prices go see Jeff peterson at Peterson automotive in springville ut

They have had our car since the first week of October. It’s now the first week of December and every time we call it just one more day one more thing. So if your okay with repairs that take 10 plus weeks go ahead and use them. If not I would recommend finding someone else to fix your car.
