Rob Terry Cabinets stepped in and rescued me after another cabinet maker no-showed our basement remodel at the last minute. Rob and his team delivered a better-quality product, for several thousands of dollars less than the original company quoted me. Once the cabinets (bar and bathroom) were finished, I asked Rob for two adjustments, which he gladly accommodated. In fact, his team came to my home two additional times to make sure we were 100-percent satisfied. I get compliments all the time on the design and quality of their work. I would highly recommend Rob Terry Cabinets to anyone building a home or looking to make home improvements.

Rob Terry did the cabinets for my house in Utah County in the Spring of 2017. Rob had the best price for the bids we received and met with us one-on-one to complete our custom design.His team was excellent at crafting and installing the cabinets.When we found a couple of things that werent quite up to our expectations, Robs team came out the very next day and made the corrections. They provided us with fast, excellent service and followed up with us weeks later to ensure we still liked what had been done.Id recommend Robs team for any custom home build.

Under no circumstances should you do business with Rob Terry Cabinets. Shame on us for not checking other reviews before using RTC. They were incompetent from the beginning. Here is an abbreviated list of the problems we had:• The original estimate was very misleading. Standard items like soft-close were not included and treated as an add on.• Color selection was an abysmal experience. We were told RTC could match anything from a picture. We would send pictures often and the samples we received back were nowhere near the same color. When we complained to the person we had been working with on the color she said “well I am not a color person”• When we finally come to terms on a color (after 6 weeks) we were charged a large upgrade fee.• Once we selected the color, we were told only then that RTC was ordering the material? We had already paid 50% down and selected the wood. Why hadnt it been ordered?• The installer, when he finally came, had no experience installing Euro style cabinets. He didn’t follow the plan. The entire pantry had to be moved, cabinets were out of alignment. When we pointed this out to the installer he said “it’s supposed to be like that.”• What were supposedly brand new cabinets arrived and were installed damaged. Huge scratches and dents everywhere. The installer tried to cover them up with more stain and l left rag marks and halos around the blemishes, only highlighting how damaged they were in the first place.• The new installer (David, who did good work) came out and confirmed the cabinets were installed wrong, that the some panels/doors needed replacing. Even after David came for the first time, it still took two more months to correct completely.

Rob Terry Cabinets has done a couple different projects for me and I look forward to working with them again! Their attention to detail was impeccable. I needed to match new cabinets with existing ones and other cabinet companys refused to try. Rob Terry Cabinets not only tried, but they match exactly! Great company! Amazing quality!

We were very disappointed with the service and quality of the cabinets. They took almost a year to complete a kitchen cabinet install. Their follow through and attention to detail is very poor. Currently our cabinets have been complete for 6 months and the edges are already cracking and the doors not closing correctly. We have built multiple home and will not ever use them again.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your cabinets. Rob is a nice guy, but his company is very difficult to work with. Their customer service is abysmal. If you know about cabinetry, and can tell them exactly what you want, you can get quality cabinets. But the service is extraordinarily poor. One can never get a hold of anyone there that can actually give you an answer. The service is EXTREMELY slow. I really should only give one star, but I think people take two star ratings more seriously. Believe me, you can do better than Rob Terry - easily. I think, at this point, Rob is just interested in mass-producing builder-grade cabinets. If you want quality custom cabinets, and the service that should go with that amount of money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Beautiful high quality cabinets. Price was better than another firm. Not too much more expensive than pre-made cabinets. A lot of attention to detail.

I am so disappointed in the quality of their cabinets for the money we spent. Most of my cabinets are solid white. Where the knots are in the cabinets, the paint is starting to crack. This is two months after they were fabricated. I get that painting wood with knots may be difficult to cover, but it should not start showing through and cracking two months after fabrication. My hidden pantry door was hung so it swung right into the shelving. I had to literally go in my pantry, shut the door behind me to get something out, then reopen the door to go out of the pantry. They did come out and fix it. All they did was changed the hinges and patch worked all the holes. Needless to say, this door that was $1500.00 by itself and looks like a two year old could have put it together. We were promised a cabinet that never got put in and I have yet to see a credit for it, yet they keep invoicing me for additional hardware that I had to fight them to come and do because I had already paid for. They kept putting my job off and pushing out the delivery date for several weeks. When it was all said and done I think they didnt have time to do my cabinets and rushed them out the door. The quality speaks for itself.. So sad that I put so much time and energy into my dream home and designing my cabinets to end up with these results. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for all your cabinet needs.

We have worked with Rob for over twenty years. He has never missed a deadline, provides gorgeous cabinetry at a fair price and is honest, with the customers concerns as his top priority. Building another home soon and looking forward to using Rob Terry Cabinets!
