My first experience at Copies Plus Printing exceeded expectations. I had read mainly positive reviews so had high expectations, to be clear. I had a project that involved some explanation and manipulating, but the employee was there every step of the way, consulting and making recommendations on paper type and weight and lamination.I asked for a proof to ensure it turned out and the employee was completely obliging. That also lead to some more adjustments/recommendations to ensure my project comes out as Id like.I didnt have to wait when I entered and was immediately helped, the employee was upfront about costs, and even brought up the sales theyre having to save me money. Overall a very pleasant experience. Im waiting on a call to come back later today when the project is finished, so quick turnaround even so close to Christmas.

I’ve missed this amazing local copy print shop since we’ve moved away; I would drive back if they were open on weekends again! I enjoy seeing a familiar face helping me. Can’t beat their prices for quality & service. All the employees are warm, experienced, and treat my projects with care. They come through on time, make sure I see proofs before running a big job, call me when it’s ready for pickup if it can’t be done while I’m in store. They’ve printed so many quality items for me in rich full color like custom invitations on card stock, 3 foot banners, laminated Bingo cards, laminated party signs, etc. They even printed 100+ Sacrament programs weekly. Self-serve copy machine works well, too! Always kind to my children who didn’t mind waiting with me. This place earns its 5 stars as a gem in Springville, thank you!!

What an amazing experience at this business! Love them! UPS/FedEx/Office Depot all wanted to charge me between 0.50 and $1.00 PER SHEET to scan in a 257 page document 😱. Copies Plus did it for $3. 🤩 I bought several reams of paper to try and make up for this steal of a deal and cannot believe how friendly they were! This is when you just LOVE local business more than all the corporations. Thank you for not gouging customers and taking pride in your work. Customer for life now! Thank you!!!

Normally I am very impressed with the people.Today I went to get some stuff hard laminated.This big lady with long whit hair come and wanted me to come back in a hour, she just grab my stuff and went in the other room, didn’t give me a chance to explain anything, when she came out, I looked at the stuff and didn’t like how she did it, she acted like sheDidn’t care at it, I would of done it where it didn’t cost as much as she did it. Terrible customer service, I was not impressed.I will be going in the morning from now on. I am more impressed with the ladies in the morning.

Copies plus is amazing! I am a graphic design student so I am constantly having to print things. I always go to copies plus in springville because they are efficient (usually completing jobs in an hour or two) and they do an amazing job, the staff is also nice and so helpful. I have had compliments from my classmates and professor about the quality of the print job of my designs. High recommend this place!

My daughter was getting married and everything was s hot mess. Hopefully I’m not the only one that this has happened to. The venue the in laws the couple. Everything was a mess. We had to get the invites done and ended up tweaking things. What seemed to be a lot of times.Copies plus was their every step of the way. We were a bit frazzled at times feelig the pressure. However copies plus saw us through it was awesome work. Thanks so much to Mike and the rest of those that helped us.

I am disappointed and inconvenienced after my first experience with Copies Plus. I was not able to see my job to the end because of poor customer service. On the day I needed my simple print job completed, I emailed the shop asking for an update about whether it was completed. By the end of the day I decided to give up on Copies Plus Printing and use my own ink and paper at my house. Less than 30 minutes before the shop closed, they called to let me know my print job had been ready for several hours. The employee I talked to reported that a call and message was left for me earlier in the day. I have no evidence of such a call.

The best place for all your printing needs! The owners are the kindest and must genuine people you will ever meet. The staff always works so hard and has great customer service. They are the best there is!

Ive been bringing my simple Church projects to Copies Plus every Saturday for the past nine months. Today, at 12:30, I was told that they were unable to do my laminating, since the machines were only turned on two times each day, and they would not be able to laminate my small project until Monday. The store closes at 2:00 pm. That is the first and only time they have said that to me. They have lost my business.

I went there for my daughters graduation announcements, I was told one price and when I got there it was $20.00 more than what I was told. I asked the lady why and was told the guy had to redo my announcements. They looked the same, but the resolution had to be fixed. I had my announcements done by a graphic designer and supposedly they werent good enough. He had to re-do them and charged me for it. then getting them the color looks like crap, one picture my daughters face is actually red (and shes super pale!!!).......I will not ever go through this company again, and warn others to take their business elsewhere!!!!

The first time I went here, the employee was super helpful and patient with my order. The second time, a different employee was grumpy and annoyed when she messed up my order. The computer glitched and she quit trying to help me. Next time, Im taking my business elsewhere.
