The staff has always been super helpful. They can sometimes be a little busy but they are still on top of things. Theyve always had what I needed in stock and if they didnt have what I need theyve been great at helping me get my hands on it.

I made my first purchase here last week and the item was the wrong size for my install. I didnt even take it out of the box or try to install it. I came back to return the item and they told me they dont do returns. I will never be shopping here again for my electrical needs.

I don’t know what happened! But they must have got rid of someone that was actually making it run! I swear in the last month or so it’s like they don’t have someone there that was vital someone who spent the time to get people to do their job correctly!!! And someone who can actually make good decisions!!!! They definitely need to figure it out!!I am so disappointed! Honestly I think I am going to start taking my business to platt!

Im not an electrician, but I called them about a part and the guy there helped me out so much! He took the time to ask me about my problem then even made a suggestion that could possibly have saved us thousands of dollars. Thanks for helping us avoid being taken advantage of by a large electrical company that had recommend we replace our entire electrical panel ($2500) when we in fact have a good panel that likely doesnt need replacing especially with an inferior panel (the brand they wanted to install)

Called twice looking for two different items, both times the receptionist had to transfer me to sales, both times I waited on the line for several minutes because the sales werent answering, both times the receptionist picked me up again and apologized and said she would go tell them to answer, both times they finally did. Unimpressed with sales people who are unwilling to answer the phone.They did not have either item I was looking.

They charge you more than Home Depot in many cases and they dont do cash refunds. At least get price estimates online before you shop here, otherwise you might get ripped off.
