10/10 staff and great variety of instruments, definitely my favorite place here in springville.

Love this place! Gabby gave my hyper-curious son an tour of the shop and an impromptu musical instruments 101 course haha. Kayden is also a very skilled tech and all around knowledgeable dude. Honestly it’s great to just pop in here and buy something from time to time because of how personable they are and how much they appreciate your business.

We were looking for a 3/4 guitar for our daughter’s birthday. Not only was there a great selection, but we were treated kindly and the prices were competitive. Definitely won our business.

Cute music store on Springville Main Street. They have a wide variety of piano lesson books as well as sheet music. Super helpful staff. Also, they rent kayaks and paddle boards at a very good price!

Gabby has been so amazing helping my daughter find an wonderful instrument and fostering a love for music. She was interested in my daughter and listened to her cute little song she wrote. I needed piano lesson books for some piano students. They had everything I needed in stock, it was easy to find, and the store was bright and clean. The sales associate was helpful and friendly. She had several phone calls come while assisting me and did a great job making sure I was taken catenary of while also taking care of the person on the phone. The store has an excellent selection of music books and instruments. I will definitely be shopping here again!

The owner has always had what Ive needed, at good prices. We bought a ukulele there that still sounds great. All the staff are friendly, knowledgable, and will point you in the right direction. Their specialty is guitars, but they can order anything for you, including sheet music. They also rent band and orchestra instruments at a good price. Great service, love em.

I was looking for a Ukulele for a Christmas present. I had visited other music stores asking questions and decided to check out MRM before I made a decision. I found them helpful and knowledgable and patient with my barrage of questions. I was so impressed with them that I purchased the Ukulele from them. The cherry on top is the one free year of service.

I bought the black kala ka-15s online. it came with a tuner and a deluxe case. i was skeptical because the price was really good compared to others, but thought id give it a try. thank you, Mountain Rock, for sending my order as promised. on-time and just how it was described. i wish you were in California so i can bring in my daughter for ukulele lessons :)

Glad to have a music store close to my home. The lady that worked with us was very friendly and I appreciated that she was not pushy and let us take the time we needed to make a decision. I was glad she stayed out on the floor to answer questions that we had. They had everything we needed to get for the school orchestra class. They were quite busy while I was there and could have used an extra person at the checkout counter, but it wasnt a bad experience.

I have been in here a few times, rented some instruments for my family, and purchased a few things as well. Great selection, and good knowledgeable people. Pretty good selection of many things. I have purchased items that I hunted for on in the internet, and they beat the prices that I found.

We love Mountain Rock Music! They sell and rent, take trade-ins, offer lessons, offer solid brands at reasonable prices, and -the icing on the cake- they are great to my kids and dont make me feel like an idiot. Its not one of those places where you feel overwhelmed and intimidated; we have always felt comfortable and enjoy going there.

This is the best music place I have ever been to! The owner (Pascal) and all the employees are very friendly and proactive at helping me, it never takes long to find exactly what I am looking for. I had such an enjoyable experience when buying my Teton at Mountain Rock Music. The price and deals that came with it were great, and later that week when I was walking around another music store, I saw the same guitar for $100 more. I was promised the lowest prices and great deals to come along with it, and thats what I got. Ive continued guitar lessons as well and they have really helped me develop the important skills to help me excel in the future.

Very experienced staff. These guys know their guitars. The tune-up was like night and day on my guitar and they explained everything to me as they went along so that I can also pratcie good care and maintenance myself. I also got a killer deal on my guitar. I love it, and I would go back here for all of my guitar needs.

Nice atmosphere. Didnt have a big selection of what I was looking for.I walked in and after a moment of browsing they asked me if I needed help finding anything. I said yes banjo books. The man showed me the banjo books then left and he and his coworker were in the back of the store the rest of the time I was there so I couldnt ask them for help. So I just left. I was not impressed by the customer service. Ive had better customer service at Wal Mart.

This is my local music store. Pascal (the owner) is really helpful and their prices are honest. I have purchased an amp, an acoustic guitar, straps, strings, picks, a delay pedal, and harmonicas from Mountain Rock Music. I like that I can find a price online and they will match it. Why go anywhere else?

Ever since I started playing, Ive gotten all of my accessories from them! Even if you dont buy anything from them, they love giving you more knowledge on your instrument. They have great customer service and take care of problems. My friend got a sweet deal from them for 4 effects pedals and a pedal board, and when we saw that the pedal boards travel case was ripped, we just brought it back and showed them and they replaced it with a brand new one. Ive never taken a lesson from them personally, but many of my friends have gotten lessons and have not only enjoyed them, but have learned a lot from them.

Price match! And they will usually give you a few dollars off your purchase. Knowledgeable staff, Clean and not cluttered, fast ordering when they dont have what you are looking for. Went in expecting the standard small town music shop experience of ridiculous markup, bad selection, and employees that dont want to be there. Got exactly the opposite! Staff was ready to help, but not pushy. Prices were matched to online big-retailer prices. And selection was solid, if they didnt have what I was looking for they took strides to accommodate.

Minus one star for a screw up -- four stars because they made it right.Rented a PA system for a concert in my back yard and on the day of the concert I showed up to pick up the PA and nobody knew where to find it. Thankfully another shop had a PA for rent but it was more expensive. I asked for a refund to cover the cost of the replacement PA. The owner was hesitant but finally realized that this was their mistake and made it right. Kuddos to Pascal for doing the right thing. Im willing to give them another try because they understand customer service!

Mtn Rock Music in Springville, UT is a great asset to have in our community. Pascal and the staff are talented at music and customer service. We have purchased several instruments and many supplies from them. Our children have taken lessons for years and really enjoyed it. Its always a pleasure to stop by, browse the selection, and chat for a while or get some advise. They work hard to find products from good sources so that the prices are good without losing quality. They have never pushed us to buy more expensive gear just to get a sale. I would recommend it as great place to get a starter guitar, or to rent for a school music class.

I have been here 4 times now, for different instruments, music books, posting music lessons. The staff is always very nice, and prompt to help or answer my questions.

Took three days to put strings on my violin! Was told that they wojld have them done the following day. Went back and they didnt even have the strings in!!! I went back three times before it was completed. Purchased more expensive strings and paid in advance and got my instrument home with the cheaper string it was a 30 dollar difference and they didnt even tune my instrument. Wanted a refund but they only do in store credit. Not one bit impressed with them and not happy with their service would never reccomend them to anyone.

I won a local battle of the bands competition. This store was going to give the Grand prize winner $500. After we won we went to collect our winnings. When we got there the store owner, well call him Pacabel, told us it was $500 in store credit. We thought no big deal we need new gear anyways so we quickly picked out a bunch of gear we needed. When we got to the checkout counter Pacabel told us that it was $500 on MSRP so we could not afford what we had picked out. So after putting back some stuff we tried to just get one thing a snake. Pacabel told us he would order it and we could pick it up on a week. So a week goes by and I come back in to pick it up and Pacabel tells me that the whole band must be present to get the snake. So we all find time to go toghether and pick up our new snake. This is not a store to trust. It rips off kids (I was 15 at the time) it overcharges for lessons (I am now a professional musican) and it is famous in the music world for being a place to avoid. Im just passing along the word
