Went in at 1pm on a Friday, there was two people in front of me. I observed four people working but only one helping people at the counter. It took me 45 minutes to get to the counter then about 10 minutes to purchase two small sections of hose. The employee was nice and worked to match the hose I needed. The good news is that they did have the host I needed at a price that was cheaper than I could get online. I’ll be back when I have plenty of time to wait.

They’re very knowledgeable, and they do quality work. But they seriously take forever. If there’s one person in front of you in line you can expect to be there for 20 minutes. They need to have more people working at a time. It’s the same thing every single time I go there. I’d recommend finding another place that you don’t have to spend a bunch of time waiting. One time I was literally there for an hour and there were two people in front of me. The lady that’s always working when I go in is awesome, she’s very nice and helpful, and she does quick work for what it is. they just need more people working at a time.

Really slow and kind of boring . Im used to a little bit more faster pace. But its ok.

Eriks is rad. I had 100 feet of 3/4 max grade full port hose, and a 5 foot piece of 3/4 max grade full port hose made. It was relatively inexpensive for what I received, and they fabricated it in less than ten minutes. They also had any fittings that I needed. This is a one-stop-shop for anything hose related. Whether its pneumatic, or hydraulic, this is the spot.

I went in here to get 2 obscure hoses made for the refrigerant system on my truck. I put a newer engine in an old 70s truck and had to get custom hoses made.Sharonna was extremely patient and helped me find the correct fittings and made my hoses. I had no idea what to ask for but she was able to figure it out and get the hoses made for me. Much thanks again.The wait was long as I think it has to do with COVID stuff and the counter workers seemed like they could have used another person helping out, otherwise great place to do business.

Hi. I have been here in the past . they were very helpful. However my latest experience disappointed me. I went in to get 2 short hose for my washer. The employee suggested 2 2feet prices of 3/4 inch garden hose. They said that is way they used. Well when I put this on it crimped so water could not go through the hoses. I went to see if I could return it but I was told since it was custom made they could not return it. So I am out $27 because I went with what the employee suggested. Yes it cost me $27 for 4 feet of hose and 4 fittings. I paid less for a garden hose that was longer than 4 feet.

If you say your opened at 7:30 you should open at7:30.

This is one of the only places you can go to get custom hosing. They have a large amount of fittings and other various pieces for hose. Typically there is a wait just because people get things custom made. Overall good experience.

These folks are knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Thank you for the great service as I repaired the hydraulics on my boat.
