Great delivery and easy to schedule.Delivery scheduling can vary from a couple days or longer, but most of the time we have gotten what we wanted within a week. They are good about delivering your materials where you ask them to and are accurate about their delivery times, so you can expect them when they say they are coming.

Okay so these guys have great delivery drivers. Just had an AMAZING experience that solidified my business with them for the future. I was waiting on some gravel that was out of stock. They called me and caught me sort of flat footed when it was available. I had not put down my weed fabric yet. When the driver arrived she saw that I had frantically tried to get it down and calmly shut off the truck and waited for 20 minutes why I finished. This meant she could dump directly on it saving me HOURS of shovel and wheelbarrow work. GREAT WORK! I own multiple rentals and now you have one my business yet again!

This place is awesome to work with. The prices are really reasonable, and they let you come pick it up yourself or deliver locally for a really reasonable rate. We have bought everything from gravel to mulch to play sand.

I ordered a load of topsoil and was impressed with their process. They were very accommodating to my needs and very professional. I will not go anywhere else for my future landscaping needs.

Very competitive pricing. The only thing I can say is make sure you know what you are ordering and take some with you to compare on delivery. I had a small mix up which ended up working out but it could have been bad to the tune of $860 if i wasn’t able to use what they brought. Great customer service and I’m sure if I were to have made a big deal about the issue they would have fixed it for me.

I usually work hard not to leave negative reviews. But when I constantly go there and really have to work hard to get somebody to help me I just have a negative experience every time. Their prices are always more expensive than everywhere else and they always act really put out when I ask for some help.

Yes, these people are busy. My guess is that to keep costs down, they probably only keep one person onsite who is helping customers, answering the phone and loading material. If you can be ok with having to wait just a bit, you will get good material for very reasonable prices. I drove my truck up there, picked out the landscaping rock that I needed, they helped me figure out how much I needed, it cost much less than expected. I pulled my truck back, they loaded it into the bed of my truck with their tractor, and I drove away. Simple, quick, straightforward and left a few bucks in my bank account.

We got their 3/4 minus gravel. It looks great!

Ordered a bunch of screened 3/4 stone but they delivered a mix of 3/4 and a lot of tiny stones mixed in. I even found a large amount of plain sand mixed different color, in too. This was not the quality screened rock I ordered.UPDATE: Owner turned up at my home, un-invited, un-announced to shout at me for posting a bad review, did not try and fix anything. Looked at my yard and said, looks great... Of course, it looks good now, I manually screened it to get rid of all the sand, dust and tiny bits.Let us be clear, the total amount of sand, dust and tiny stone mixed it was about 15% of the total order, so I had to manually screen and haul away about 0.5 to 0.75 CU YDs of rubbish.To give you an idea, I have attached some photos. This was all supposed to be 3/4 stone.

Top soil has a significant amount of small rocks in it, so I wouldnt use it to rake into grass. Weve also gotten playground wood chips that worked out well. Prices seem reasonable. Id call before going there to make sure theyre open.

Weve ordered a lot of rock from woodstuff this past month and havent been disappointed in the slightest! They were the least expensive place around and were great to work with. They even delivered on the same day I put in the order! I really liked that when we went to look at their rocks they had a garden area where you could see what the rocks would look like in a finished project. I also liked that I didnt feel like I was in a contractors only area when I went to look at the rocks like at some of the other rock places. It is really open and they have a lot of options. Overall weve been very pleased with our rock from woodstuff!!

Sadly, way over priced and non-existent customer service with the majority (but not all) of the employees. Its been this way for over a decade. If there were competition, they would be out of business. This feedback is left so that maybe they can chose to improve- but often the lack of customer service is simply their personality (& they really dont seem to care because people continue to go there...because there is no competition). Competition can be a great motivator. So, choices: be offended and in denial, or, become better. (No prices on the website often indicate too high of price!) Also - the closest competitors are in Nephi and Sandy/SLC to compare pricing (& see what I mean).
