Takes advantage of new riders. Sold a bike with massave damage to a brand new rider that didnt know what to look for and sold it off as premium and in flawless condition. A week after starting to ride it started leaking oil. A puncture in the crankcase and cracked up starter motor is going to cost another 2 grand if not more to fix and already cost close to 5 for the bike. Wish they would have been honest from the start and help rectify the situation.

Impossible to deal with. Tried to return a seat after some confusion, in return I was insulted and harassed over email and text.

Went to see if they had a part I could use. And before looking, Mike was willing to try and help fix my part. Great guy and very nice. Ill check with them before ebay next time as it is local.

Went over there to check out a Bolt today and was really happy with the experience. Unfortunately we couldnt come to an agreement but Brock was very helpful and just a really cool guy to interact with.

Brock was awesome. I drove down from salt lake checked out the bike I wanted and was able to get all the paperwork needed for the purchase. They even held my bike for a day til I could come get it. Awesome place!

I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else. Brock is great, upfront about prices and very reasonable.

Took my bike in to get an oil leak and an electrical issue fixed. Brock was very honest and up-front about how electrical issues are difficult to locate and it could be very expensive. Throughout the repair, Brock communicated with me very well and kept me updated. Both repairs came in under budget, and Brock stayed late so I could pick up my bike that day. He texted me after making sure the bike was still running good, which is something that not everyone does. Customer service was awesome, and communication was great. Ill definatley be back.

Brock is an easy going, knowledgeable guy that loves motorcycles. Very fair too. Had a couple issues that popped up after I rode off, and he made good and helped me fix them.

Stopped by to see what they offer. Was treated very well even though I wasnt there for any service. Will return when our OHV needs service.

Ordered a cylinder for a honda fourtrax awhile ago and still has yet to send it out. Tracking number is made but shows nothing when I click it.

Great company to work with, had them fix the electrical problems on my Polaris, works great now. Will work with them again, great communication.

My husband and I got a bike there and we go out cruising on it all the time. They had a bunch of bikes! We were glad to get one at a good price.

Do not order parts from here. Ordered parts and when they finally arrived they were bad. Horrible Business! Order from Rocky Mountain in Payson they are cheaper and your parts will be new!
