The store is very clean, neat, and organized. I went in there looking to purchase the Emil 360Air fryer, but they were out of stock. I ask a salesman about it who said the store would have more in stock next Thursday. The salesman was friendly and courteous. I shopped around and decided to purchase two queen size pillows, the ones I wanted only had one on the shelf. So I asked a young sales lady that was near the department who checked the inventory stock room, but none were in stock. The salesperson, Abigail asked if I would like to order the pillow, so she assisted in placing the order online and said itwould be at the store in an hour. I came back in a hour and completed the purchase. Abigailwas helpful, friendly, and customer focused who provided excellent customer service.

The store format has changed since I last visited. It is nice and they have a nice setup. I would have liked to see more variety in bathroom accessories. Overall a nice store. Employees at checkout were very nice.

5 stars for the service desk!I was patiently waiting to make a return when a manager offered to help me at one of the registers! There were 3 people in front and I wasnt in a hurry, so I REALLY appreciated the prompt customer service.

I came into this location looking for duvet covers. I asked a floor sales associate (Kiki) where they were located, she vaguely pointed in the direction of the back wall. Didnt assist me in no way. As a matter of fact...she walked away. WILL NOT BE COMING INTO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE SAD PART IS...THEY WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THAT ENTIRE SECTION

Very expensive. They give you 20 % discount but pricesare 30% higher than competitor. Home goods have better prices for same brand kitchen items. Otherwise nice people no traffic in store all check out lane was closed. We checked out at online pick up booth. The place is neat and cleaned n nice people but no traffic.

Staff very unfamiliar with store policy and merchandise... Curbside pickup... Sign outside says check in to pick up merchandise by email or app... Checked in thru email and nothing... Went into store and clerk says no you have to do the app... Change your dam sign outside... Never get any of my business again...

They moving store around, they carrying all types of shampoos and conditioner, hair colors, liked a small pharmacy, ➕ all the other unique products that sometimes is hard to find.

Some items are incredibly overpriced but others are exactly what I was looking for. Fruit bowl, paper towel dispenser, cheese slicer, ironing board, they have it all and beyond. Ill definitely be back.

Store is very nice and spacious. Everything was easy to find. Checkout was kinda slow but the one cashier was very nice, greeting all customers as we walked up to the counter. Guess I chose a good time to shop.

Awesome new look great staff! In past hated to go there was not pleasant. Today totally blew my mind!!

With over 6 or more employees it took over 15 minutes to finally have someone work the register and check people out??? 2 employees were even on their phones while in plain sight of the line that was forming and no one thought to call someone to work the register. Staff changes or proper training should be put in place to ensure something like this doesnt happen. The experience here was that ridiculous that Im actually leaving a review. (I never write reviews or at least until today. )

I was waiting outside. My wife went in and bought some bed sheets and pillow cases. Later we went back to return them for some other brands. I guess some brands have better quality. So be selective. No Hassle return.

Lots of empty spots, still expensive and i didnt find what i needed. I had to go to Walmart and Home Depot to buy better products and price too.

Changed the bath rugs in the master bathroom and they look great with the marble and copper colors. Dont forget to sign up for their coupons for additional savings.

The store was clean and well organized and I found what I was looking for. I took off one star because there were quite a few items I looked at that had no price on them, nor signage re: same. I didnt feel like seeking out a staff person for help, as the only staff I saw in the store were up front at the cash registers and returns desk.

Not happy. Went into stafford store last week found a Hamiton Beach single serve coffee pot, price was right. Only display was on shelf. Asked a sale rep and was told they are out of stock, some would come in in the next few days. They took our information and told us they would e-mail us when they arrived. Recieved the e-mail today. When to store to get item, no one new anything about them, told me none were in stock, didnt know when they would be in. Come back another time.

I went to the store and ordered a wax warmer which got delivered 2 days before the scheduled date (a plus) but then when I opened it and could clearly see it was used. Theres melted wax stuck to the bottom and a drop on the side. I paid full price for a new warmer not a used one.

Bed Bath & Beyond got tons of stuff from wall to wall and from floor to ceiling. Impressive. Not! I cant find anything I want to buy. I was looking for chopper with slicer. They had one really bulky. I have no choice but turn to their online store.Speaking of online store, they offer things not found in stores. So, why am I here? I was also looking for a bed cover. I found aisles of bed covers. But they only stock two bags per shelf. The ones that were on sales only has a sign in front of empty shelf. The ones not on sale were BEYOND my budget.Worse part of my shopping experience was missing price tags. Some merchandise has price tags, some dont. I had to search for the shelf that came from and the price sign on the shelf.

Purchased the best vacuum ever. It was Shark absolutely LOVE it. You never know what you might find.

I cant say I recommend a place thats such a mess it appears to be going out of business.Poor clerk training, charged twice for the same item, then had to stand in another line to get a refund.Even management seemed overwhelmed.

I visited the store to look for lower priced beds, to my surprise, the agent I asked said they dont sell beds, and he was kind to search for the address of a nearby store. And, I thanked the agent for the information and walked out. The agent was nice, he took the time to search for the address of nearby store and I gave a four star.

This is the only opened store near my home now and hope it wont be closed next year.

Store is very cool. But needs to be kept a little more organized than it is. I can tell the store is not maintained well. Lots of displays were very off. Looked like right after Christmas. And lines are always too long.

Employees not following social distancing. When I told an employee she needed to keep her distance she laughed at me and continued to get within a foot of myself and my mother.

Went in and immediately got asked if I needed help. The young man was super polite but at the moment, I didnt need it. I looked around and found something I loved! And tried to find him again but the only person who was near by was Susan. I work in retail my self and Im just so disappointed in her way of speaking to me. It was rude from the moment she looked at me. I asked for help and she didnt even answer and when she did finally answer she was sarcastic and rude about it. I asked her for help on finding a comforter set and she very rudely said Well, its a duvet, you have to look for it and Im I then asked where I would find the rest of the sheets they had with the bed on display and she said You have to look for them, theres so many!Worst experience Ive had and so unprofessional about it. She simply didnt want to help

It was very messy and cluttered. Could not thorugh the aisles with my handicapped cart.

Staff were overwhelmed with a weekday shopping crowd. Shorthanded? I think more shortsighted without a plan. They were too overwhelmed to take stock in what the priorities should be.

I went to pick an online order and decided to go shopping. I was so frustrated 4 of the 5 items I had to go look for the price check scanner, no price on the items no price on the shelf. I just ended my shopping.
