Called about a possible bad starter or battery. They told me to bring it right in right away if I was able to start the car, which I did. No one said anything about making an appointment. Pulled up to the service station and was asked if I had an appointment, I said no. Service attendant told me he was going to inform the service rep and will be with me shortly. 30 minutes later, and no one has come out to help me so I left. Took the battery to OReilly and they determined it was bad so I purchased a new one. Problem solved. Never even got a chance to build a customer relationship with Sterling McCall Nissan. Maybe its dealerships in general, or just the Sterling McCall business, but Ive also had bad visits with Sterling McCall Ford.

Their car wash machine is always not working. I am sure they are trained to say that. They tell you they will wash your car when you drop it off, but in the end, it is always not working. RIGHT

Good group of people, my second time here Alexandria Johnson was my service advisor very professional and informative. Truly helpful and cared about my needs and family. The only reason why I’m not giving my experience a 5 star is because the wait-times have been too long but overall I’m very happy with the service. Thank you!

Today was the first time I had to bring my vehicle in for service since I purchased it in 2016. Like everyone living in these times, anything that involves spending, causes one to experience a certain level of anxiety - especially when your pay/finances have been cut by 70%. I did not know what to expect as far as the diagnosis nor the cost for repairs but I was confident that these fellas would find out. When they told me what was wrong and how much, I wanted to cry. Money is tight these days as is with everyone but they showed me mercy and favor. They did not show pity for me but they showed their hearts. I thank God for them and thank God for sincere hearts that truly want to help their customers!

I recommend service advisor Anthony T.. He is a nice person, he is precise, he makes sure you can contact him during your visit time, he makes sure to get all necessary service done to your car within a reasonable time. Thumbs up. 👍

I had scheduled an appointment at 1:30 PM. I waited 30 minutes in line for the service person to check me in (absolutely horrible in my standard).I took my car to get diagnosed. They weren’t actually repairing anything. It was 6 PM and my car still wasn’t ready. Four hours to check an engine light??? Are you kidding me? When they finally had the results they presented “software updates” as necessary when in reality they were not necessary. I would advise that anyone taking their car for service to ask a lot of questions. They’ll try to rip you off and add in nice to haves and hide them from you. Overall response time head horrible and painful!

Got recommendation to change transmission @$3.6k without transmission fluid level check. They are interested to sell you new parts+labor instead of fixing the root cause. They provide only general OBD II codes. Dont waste your time here.

Had a schedule for oil change...Lady name Añne comes toward my car and tells me our technicians are on lunch break..your wait to.e is 3 hours...seriously. it was 11.10 am and lunch for technicians..I had scheduled online opening was for 12.00pm..why would they allow me to schedule..wasted my time from work to come for oil change...Goodbye to Sterling mecall Nissan ...no more my business and from family too..very dissapointed.

Do Not Take Your Car Here. They are clueless! $165 diagnostic fee, to tell me everything needs to be replaced when it was only one component! Get a second opinion before spending thousands here. I didnt even bother with management here, get a second opinion from another franchise nissan dealership.

Very bad experience response is not good.My car is new and under factory warranty and they ask me to drop the car for day or so but they dont provide Loaner car unless I have extended warrantyAs per the Nissan my car has 3 year factory warranty. Sorry I will never recommend to my Friend
