On my second airbrush with this company. The new one I got is called the Breeze and its portable and rechargeable. I can use it to travel with as it fits nicely in my purse. Really love this product

The absolute worst customer service they do not listen to you, do not to try to save their customers or make things right, JAESON CZ was the rep i spoke with who wanted to charge me a processing fee to send correct shade to me while being so rude and very unprofessional!!!….ABSOLUTELY NOT!…now you want me to pay another charge for a shipping label to return it after already dishing out nearly $50! NO i am done NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!🤦🏼♀️😡😤
After My Wife completely cancelled over a year ago to my surprise they still charging 4.99 a month try to rectify this a long time ago and they acted like they had no idea what it was because its not in their system so they play dumb and thats only if you can get ahold of them. I have no doubt they do this on purpose and as part of their overall scam. Do not ever give them your credit card number there is no such thing as a free trial. And theres nothing special about their makeup.
The Breeze product is amazing and easy to use.
I spoke to an agent a few months back about cancelling my subscription and I was told it was cancelled. Fast forward to 5/15/21, I get 2 charges on my account each for about $43.25. I called and someone answered, and I explained my situation. After placing me on a long hold, the call dropped, but when I called back, the system now said, sorry were closed (my paraphrase). I called the following week on 5/17/21, and was promised my refund within 3-5 business days. It is now 6/7/21, week 4, I have yet to receive my refund.
I was happy with the product. I am not very happy that Ive paid almost $500 now. I have called customer service but it just hangs up on you. I have tried to live chat but it doesnt work either. I have went on my account I made just for auto subscriptions shut off button not to be a clickable option. Im not even sure what Im being charged for? I got the machine with liquid and have never received anything else yet Im being charged $50.95 once a month and $30.95 once a month for over 4 months now. Maybe this review will help me actually speak with someone
Make up is hard to apply and gets over everything easily pilliw cases. Bed sheets. Clothes etc. Hate it

The only reason why I rated luiminess two stars because of the advertisement it says $19.99 but when you call them they tried to add $20 for something $20 for that and it should tell you on the TV. Luminous is really hundreds of dollars and if you add all the other things that they take out every two months at least be $800. Yes I have brought the product and still havent used it because Im thinking about returning it because its just so expensive they take out $54 SM change every month until March then they take $21 and some change every 2 months and before you know it you spent about $600 to $800
Easy returns and refunds
Have had difficulty getting correct answers and responses from customer service. Havent been able to find my credit, and when I called in regards to it. I was told my account would just be credited the $ instead. Yet here we are more than 2 weeks later and NOTHING.Not saying the products arent worth a try. Just make sure you follow the small print on returns. Otherwise you might find yourself in the same situation
I just tried this product for the first time. Was very happy to receive it but was completely disappointed. The machine kept shutting off, the color was off even though I followed the instructions and the foundation itself made my face feel itchy. Turns out all their make up included with the kit are made in China. Ive always used make up made in France or good old USA. I called to return the item right away, didnt receive their email on how to do so. Called again to ask for it and I just read it; I am to pay to return their bad product back to them. Not very customer oriented. Your product gave me an allergic reaction...you should be paying me! I just hope they dont ignore my request and actually CANCEL my entire order!PS: I dont think the reviews are legitimate, as this make up airbrush is NOT convenient to carry anywhere. It didnt even come with a bag!!!
These people are monthly thieves. Then play stupid on monthly charges. Do not give credit #. Go to Walmart, trust me, its not that special.

Horrible customer service. You have to actually get angry to get a response that you need. I tried this product for the first time and it burned my skin. I tried to return it and the man I spoke to talked me into trying a different type of foundation. I have that never opened. I am scared to open it. I called again to get a refund and since I got the system in April they said it was too late (I got it before covid and never had a reason to use it again) the women that I spoke with was not nice AT ALL. She was awful. She just kept saying “we can no longer help you, you have one payment remaining” over and over. I finally asked to speak to a manager and at that point she said ok we can take off the last payment. So I now have a makeup system I can’t use and I’m out a couple hundred bucks during covid when I have no job. Luminess is a messed up company.
This is a total scam! They do not send a return label with the package. Probably because everybody wants to return it. Please do not perpetuate these thieves.

Please cancel my subscription. I did inform you that you couldnt find my skin tone match. I never heard anything from you after I told you that the new colors you sent me didnt match either. Im very disappointed and I want my subscription canceled immediately. Please do not deduct anymore funds from my account. I want to send everything back so how would I do that? How come Im having a problem sending this email?
