If I could give a lower rating I would. Worst possible customer service—the wait times are ridiculous. I bought 4 new tires; 3 with extended Hazard warranties. Those tires had to be replaced @ 15,000 miles with little to no proration honored. ( Not that I wanted anymore of their products). Be warned, and be smart don’t go there!!!

I had a appointment. With in five minutes of my appointment. My vehicle was been pulled in. Ivan was very informative, although it was a lot to absorb for me. The wait was longer,than I expected. But I was packed with patience. I will be going back to resolve all of my vehicle issues gradually. Thanks Ivan 😊

At first they were helpful. Unfortunately they forgot to check my air pressure. Also they forgot to put the tire cap back as well. So, I had to make 1 more trip to the store.

I made an appointment for 8:15 a.m. three days in advance and arrived slightly early to get an oil change and tire rotation. I waited over an hour and a half before the man called me up to tell me that my battery was failing and I needed a new one. I told him I had bought one from them previously so he looked it up. I bought a new battery with a lifetime warranty from them two years ago. He said it would only cost me $23 for installation. I said I would think about it and just wanted the oil change and tire rotation. He said the car would be ready in a few minutes. I waited another half hour before it was ready.Their prices are just as high as the dealerships, their service is incredibly slow and they try to sell you things you dont need. I visited a Firestone on Hwy 6 for my state inspection and encountered the same problems. I wont be going back.

So they are nice here, but I had to go in 3 different times just for my alignment and spend 1/2 of my day in there lobby on a hotspot. but they did get it done on the third time and I do appreciate that.

These people are thieves! Went to get an oil change on my new truck. Since I had waited too long to get it done I was in a panic to having the oil changed done that day. I was charged me over $600 which I thought was high priced being that they arent even a dealership shop for my type of truck. Eventually after I shopped around and most place were ranging from $500 and below. I ended up getting my next oil change for $300 and it didnt take as long as this place did. Yes, the Firestone employees were nice and professional but thats because they know they are taking your money already.

I got all 4 tires, an Alignment and a oil change for a great price. The wait was long but well worth it. And my car

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable and informative of potential problems with no surprises. If they discover a problem thwy will call and discuss it before doing any work. And there are food places wirhin walking distance.

I made my appointment in the middle of the week for Sunday at 11 am. I brought the car in at 9:23 am When I arrived to pick it up at 4:30 the time they said to come back they had not started while I waited for the next two hours all these people came in to pick up their cates who had appointments after me since I had reserved mine 4 days earlier

I wanted to repair the tires. They said they couldnt repair them but they could only change the tires. A tire costs more than $300, oh my! I later went to a Mexican repair shop for $10 and it was done. The gap was too big. What kind of service quality is this?🤔

I took my car in for an oil change, which led to a much needed alignment.The technician, Rafael, noticed I needed new brakes and rotors too ( this I knew because it had been YEARS since I had them changed).Francisco at the front desk was professional and great at explaining what was going on with my car.Two weeks after the oil change, I took the car back to replace the brakes.I left my car at the shop for a few hours until it was time to pick it up. My car rides so much better.Great service, team, and attitude! Thank you!

Really disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I was told no more than an hour wait time over the phone to get a wheel alignment done. Yet, I had to wait over 3 hours and watch people that came after me finish before me. Definitely don’t recommend going here to anyone!

Great experience, i visited 5 car shops before a pay them a visit, i was looking for someone who could explain to me in detail what tires was the best for me according to my budget and performance requirements with a no rush, no BS, not just wanting to sell me something experience ; well people THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS, you will be 100% satisfy just like me, ask to Nathan (service advisor) he will take excellent care of you, what he promise he will deliver, very easy, friendly and acknowledgement guy. The store was very clean, it did surprise me also they had fresh coffee (at 5pm) and plenty cool water. Great Job guys!!!

This is my go-to for oil, tires and basic car upkeep. Theyre very busy on the weekends so appointments or drop offs are a good idea. But they were great this weekend and squeezed me in for an oil change in under an hour despite a full house. Check for coupons online before you go in, and also, they send good coupons by email. Free water and coffee in the wait area, pretty no frills inside but usually friendly staff and good service. I recommend.

I Would come here every time for certain service on my car that needs it and believe me they get the job done . Correctly and efficiently. Yeah they are a bit high in price, but it’s worth every penny.Now with brakes and tunes up I can do that myself, but for the right technicians to fix your car . Firestone on Murphy rd is it !

They were able to work me in on a Monday morning. I had a dead battery and needed an oil change. They checked my electrical system and a rattle that concerned me. Gave me some discounts and some things to look at in the future. The service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to use them for my primary care of my car which is five years old and no major mechanical issues in 97,000 miles.

I would give this place a negative. They are the rudest, most irresponsible, and incompetent folks ever. I had basic maintenance on my car done, but their was leakage and smoke after I picked it up. I took the car back and they had it for a week. When I called to check on the car, they kept saying they didnt know and kept passing me around. The store manager Francisco got on the phone and talked to me defensively, but never said his title and I have never dealt with him or met him. I went to the store and Fransisco once again came at me aggressivelyand I responded. Francisco ignored me and nobody would tell me if the problem was solved. I drove away, but the car still smells like smoke. I filed a complaint and will be seeking advice because my car is now unsafe to drive.

Nathan is a superstar I cant even start to explain! He took great care of me right before closing. I was stuck with 2 flat tires and dont live anywhere near Murphy road. He impressed me so much that I will forever drive an hour just to come to this location to work with Nathan! Thanks bro

Very slow. Had an appointment also. I just wanted to get a couple of tires. That is it. I sat there over 3 hours. Lol ridiculous. Needless to say i will never go back to Firestone.

I had my tires replaced. Guy tried to make me think I was getting a deal but this isn’t my first rodeo. Paid twice as much here for new tires than any other place I’ve been. Also wait time was ridiculous. Was quoted a hour and a half but spent almost 5 hours waiting.

I feel like this place is really honest about their work. I think a lot of automotive shops get a reputation for trying to swindle you and making you get repairs that aren’t needed, but I felt like Carlos was really thorough and even let me see the vehicle in the garage. He laid out some things that were recommended, but not absolutely necessary, and I appreciated the honest conversation we had. He even helped me learn more about brakes and rotors. The price seems fair. I’m sure other places could be cheaper, but at what point are you sacrificing quality of work vs. saving money? I had a positive experience today, and I know where I’m going next time for maintenance.

Ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years. For the most part theyve been pretty good. However in my last experience, I was quoted over $2,100.00 JUST TO REPLACE A CONTROL ARM. On top of that the service agent said theyd have to PULL THE ENGINE in order to do it. Seriously???? Yup!Most shops charge less than $600 for that simple job. Ive actually done it before and put the aftermarket one in there (that now needs to be replaced) 5 years ago. You dont have to pull the engine.This was a surprise to me from this place. Thank God, Im mechanically savvy enough to know better. I think Ill frame the quote. Lol

Good group of guys working at this location. They were busy but the rep was able to get me scheduled and worked in pretty quickly. They took care, put down a mat and wheel cover to keep my vehicle clean while they were working on it. Ill go back when I need service and recommend them.

Today in morning around 10:00 o’clock I just drop my car and they said me it takes long and I ask how long ?? It takes an hour, after two hours I just stop by firestone to take my car back but they didn’t service it yet, I took it back I was very disappointed by the location, I would suggest you if you want to Win customers do the stuff on time don’t waste their time that what happened to me today. Normal oil change takes only 30 minutes, but they taken two hours.

OMG, where do I begin? So I have been a Firestone customer for years and I always get my oil changes and inspections done at their stores. I moved to a different part of the city, and wanted to try one closer to my new home. Well that was my FIRST mistake. So I booked an appointment online for an oil change and an inspection. I go in for my appointment and the guy up front was shouting at the TV.... OK... So I tell him my name and that I had scheduled an oil change, but I wasnt sure if I needed it yet and if they could check for me. Well he gave me all kinds of attitude and eventually pulled up my file and said I did need an oil change. Ok whatever. So he takes my keys and I go to sit down. Whenever my car is getting worked on, I always stay in the shop. 1) Im nosy and I dont trust people with my car and 2) I always bring my laptop so I can get work done or watch videos. Once I sat down and went to plug in my laptop, I noticed, not a single plug in sight. Whats the point of advertising that you have free Wifi if there is no plugs? So finally my car is done and the guy tells me they didnt do an inspection. Apparently they have been having trouble with their machine. Why wasnt this mentioned at the beginning? Why was I originally quoted for an inspection if he KNEW the machine didnt work? Well it doesnt matter if the machine doesnt work, because my check engine light is on. EXCUSE ME??? Yeah apparently I didnt notice because its kinda hidden (and also because Im a woman). I ask whats wrong and he says he has no idea. I ask if maybe they did something during the oil change that could have messed up the sensor and he rolls his eyes and says thats impossible. I finally talk to the manager and he says he doesnt know whats wrong and they cant reset the system for liability concerns. So I leave and drive to a dealership. The second a service representative steps into the car with the device that reads the error, the engine light turns off. Seriously I was there less than 5 minutes. So basically, Firestone messed up my oil change to the point where my check engine came on, forcing me to drive all over the city to get it fixed, oh and also, they DIDNT do my car inspection. NEVER GOING BACK. Save your time, save your money, and STAY AWAY.

Visiting from Memphis and needed an oil change before getting back on the road. I called another location and they suggested that I call this location because they couldnt get me they were booked. This location got me in and serviced my car with a smile. Im very satisfied with the level of service.

Good place to get tire changes, oil changes, and any other small things. But you gotta remind them to do some of the work you asked for, like replacing the battery in the tire pressure monitor, or theyll forget. Wait wasnt so bad either

Good service here. They need to fix their online appointments since that didnt seem to work, but they were very accommodating in helping me set my alignment the way that I wanted it since I have aftermarket suspension. My truck now drives straight!

Dont trust their warranty. I bought 4 new tires, it supposed to have 3 year warranty after 3 years should get prorated price if have to replace any tire. It worn out quickly. They guy told me that I have to show the proof of alignment and balance every year from their store or it does not cover. Totally BS. Dont trust them once you give the money .

Simple oil change takes 2 hr wait and when asked them about delay, tells me your next. So they pulled my car in the back and parked it. So I would think its being worked on. Crazy day.

Horrible service. They keep telling me to come in on a different day so they can work on my car even when I had an appointment! I had a purchase order so they can work on my car. And they refused until they talk with some guy to give them a purchase order. So they wouldnt take the purchase order I had for Some odd reason. They didnt even attempt to take my PO. They tell me to come on this day, and when I show up they tell me we cant work on your car today. What kind of business is this. They tell me we will call you when we are available to work on your car After he said that I left... I will spend my money elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive had to take my truck back 3 times for ac problems. Each time I left they said there are no leaks. The next day, ac blows hot so I take it back. Magically, they find another leak. I dropped my truck off at 730am yesterday after having them fix the leak on Saturday (2nd time) and they didnt even touch my truck until 4pm. Then they tell me theres a different line leaking the day after i had it serviced and that the part will cost $300 alone (i looked up the part number and its only $89). I have already spent $350 for an ac that they cant even fix correctly. I will be taking my truck to my regular shop, Davids Auto Central, from now on. Firestone is full of crooks that just want to bleed your wallet dry.

Set an appointment. They said they would have my tires. Got here. No tires. Been here 1 1/2 hrs. Tires got here. Still not installing tires. Making an appointment does no good.

EXPENSIVE and over pricy but at least they got my breaks working up to par and the break check was free as well. Service could have been faster though, waited 4 hours and monitored an hour or so that they weren’t working on my car.

Talk to Lonnie Lavalais, he can give you a good deal on tires and other stuff and is willing to price match other companies on identical tires.

Over-the-phone lifetime alignment is $190 but when your little brother goes there in person then all of a sudden theres a sale for $120... but the funny thing is they used that same exact line on me 6 years ago and I owned my 2007 Nissan Altima. When you accept the one time alignment they will try to sell you the lifetime alignment for cheaper than they first initially quoted you. #ConArtists

Took my truck because the AC wasnt working and they gave me a quote for $2,500. I took it to Bernies auto care down on 90 and they fixed for $750. Also, they always try to sell parts not needed when you go just for an oil change. They always try to over charge for everything.
