Update: Natural Stone Gallery was being very responsive and got in touch with us quickly after we pointed out the issue to them. They took responsibility and made sure that we got taken care of, even though it was the contractor’s fault. I appreciate you reaching out to us and provided excellent customer service. We look to continue working with Natural Stone Gallery in the future. Thanks!This review is for Jose Coronado with Coronado Granite, a countertop contractor referred to us by Natural Stone Gallery. Our experience was HORRIBLE!!! Jose Coronado took our marble plus $500 deposit for the labor and refuse to do the work or return our money back. We’ve had to make 5 trips to his place with no results (and our house is an hour away). We’ve had to make multiples call until they no longer pick up our calls. They now said that unless we give them $300 more deposit, they aren’t returning us our marble or money back. These people have no integrity and thought that they could get away with taking others’ money easily! We are going to sue them in small claim court, so please save yourself from the huge headache that we are going through.

I went to their showroom on a Saturday morning and I was there for 30 minutes at least, no one helped me. I really liked the quartz slab they had so still decided to use them. Big mistake. It took a week for them to finally come and install the quartz. My husband called them the day before to confirm them coming, they told him yes and then called the day of at 10:00 to tell him they weren’t coming. They were blaming the fabrication company and basically going around in circles. Job was finally done and the quartz was chipped. No one is taking ownership. They still have not resolved this. I would never use them again.

From the receptionist, Laura, to the salespeople Philip and Ivan, we could not have been more satisfied.Their products are beautiful, there’s no high pressure sales, and the prices were more than competitive. I picked out a piece of quartz from a their showroom samples. Ordered it and paid for it. Paid for 3 sinks. Paid their fabricator. It showed up and It was totally a different color. I called and they agreed. The sample was old and had been updated. The next day I go their and they had quick changed out the samples.The man took my sample and threw it in the trash can. They gave me another slab of quartz but refused to pay for sinks and installation. Terrible place. So they sold me something that DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE. Than made excuses and didn’t reimburse me for all the costs.

I love the service and the selections. They have great quality as well as the best pricing in town. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back for my next project.
