This is very close to where I live, which is very convenient to me as I am always baking some type of pastry. The staff there is very helpful and they have a bunch of things I need from tips to colors.

I recently took the basic cake decorating course over 3 saturdays. The classes were fun and very helpful. The instructor is awesome and patient with everyone, helping one on one as we try new techniques. Recommend!!

As a professional cake decorator, this is THE shop to go to for professional tools. Hobby Lobby, Michaels and JoAnns do not have the tools I need to do gum paste flowers such as cutters, veiners, wire, impression rollers, dusts, etc.Her lessons are top notch...Sheila is an amazing cake artist so if you are considering lessons, take them from Sheila. You wont be sorry!
