Very disappointed with the birthday arrangement I had delivered to my mom on her birthday. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo.They put a lot of Kale into the arrangement that does not show on the website photo. Looked horrible! The balloons had already started to deflat. I placed the order on Sunday and for it to be delivered on Tuesday. It looked like they prepared it on Sunday. I will never order again from this location or recommend.😔***UPDATE*** Today(6/17/20), which is the very next day, my mom had to throw away the majority of the fruit because they were spoiled.

This is my second time dealing with Edible arrangements and their lack of customer service. Deliveries always show up late because they are waiting on their delivery drivers. If your drivers don’t want a job just say that. At this point you’re better off making the chocolate covered fruit yourself.

After a very bad first experience here, the owner reached out and apologized and remedied the situation. Thank you taking the time to rectify it, my daughter LOVED THEM! And I did too lol.

It’s Valentines Day and the driver Shannon calls me at 11:20pm to deliver my gift to my girl. I’m not even upset with him because he’s just doing his job. Of course I refused it and asked who I needed to speak with to get my refund. So I call this location in Stafford to speak to Scott. Turns out he’s the owner. I’m actually not even upset that my delivery was late but rather the fact that he thinks it’s okay to send someone out this late in the middle of a snowstorm coming our way. As you know most of the roads are closed and as a business owner you should be concerned of your staffs safety. When I questioned him as to why he felt it was okay he simply said he didn’t know how to answer that. That’s sickening and he should be ashamed that he’s taking advantage of Shannon, who I’m sure is out there trying to provide for his family at the expense of his own safety, which clearly Scott the owner doesn’t care for. This is the first and last time I even think of buying anything from there. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Total disregard for the safety of his employees just to make a buck. It’s disgusting!!

If i could rate 0 stars i would. This was not the first time this location has messed my order up and dont get me started on their SLOW and sometimes never show up for deliveries. On mothers day i ordered my mom and my step mom an edible arrangement but from 2 locations due to where my mom lives. The katy location was GREAT! but stafford?? DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY STEP MOMS ORDER MADE WHEN I PRE ORDERED DAYS BEFORE MOTHERS DAY. i do not care if i got a refund, i will NEVER come back to this location nor recommend it, especially for holidays! YALL SUCK and could have at least apologized. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and once the people who had received my gifts that I paid $100+ dollars for realized that it wasn’t theirs, they delivered it to my right address with one of the packages being opened already. In the current state of the country I find this unacceptable from any business. 1 star service, regardless of what the product looks like I expected the gifts to be delivered on time and unopened. Very disappointed and will find another place for my next holiday

Don’t waste your time go somewhere that values what a customer is. This store totally dropped the ball, I ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday that never made it but you can bet they took my money. I’m from Oregon where the customer is always right and when we drop the ball we make things right. Sending a few extra strawberries would not have hurt the manager. However she had to call the owner to see how she could accommodate me after waiting 72 hours to speak with the owner, he blamed everything on weather conditions and even tried to suggest all this was maybe my fault for not seeing a missed call from him days after waiting and calling over 5 times on his personal cell. This location needs a good lesson on customer service I ordered my grandmother one from the one on the other side of town about 14 miles from that location it’s best you do the same. I am beyond embarrassed and humiliated to not have anything sent to my mom for her special day to her I’m sorry for that. I asked for a refund I’m hopeful that is the end of the worst customer service nightmare.

Received my Mother’s Day bouquet tonight at 9:45pm. I can almost forgive the time, but there was no social distancing measures in place. The driver had on plastic gloves but no mask. Also a signature had to be given in person. Love the arrangement, but hard to enjoy.

The team at the Stafford store always do great work and are so nice! Whenever Im in the area, theyre my go to spot for some fresh-dipped fruit!

Needed an order that was very specific for dietary reasons and I needed it delivered by a specific time. This location took my order and had the perfect arrangement delivered earlier than I even requested, which worked out perfectly! My son surprised me with a Mothers Day/Birthday Day arrangement from edible. When I called him to thank him, I found out they did not send me everything he had paid for.. You people runined my Mothers Day..Then they doubled down and gave us the run around, not trying to correct it to this day.My son paid a lot of money to surprise me and this is the way you treat people once you get our money. unbelievable what mankind is coming to.

First time getting this service and it was excellent! It was for mother day and it was a last minute thing and they took care of me in a hour! Especially Tresa was wonderful. If I had to order online, then it would been after mother day. I would come back to this place again and go to this location vs. others!

I am grateful with this store and their delivery service, they made 3 delivery attempts until they found my mom at her house. Even though my mom asked the driver to leave the package at her front door ( mom didn’t know what it was) the driver preferred to return at a later time and they sure did, they deliver in the evening, it was probably their last delivery of the day.

I sent an arrangement to a secretary that helps me get real estate documents. She was thrilled, and assured me that I was free to continue asking her for assistance. Edible Arrangements are inexpensive yet thoughtful ways to show someone how much you appreciate them.

I had an arrangement delivered this morning and none of the fruit in it tastes very good. It’s all very pretty and the arrangement is pretty, but it’s not really edible. I’m pretty disappointed. I love fruit!

The arrangement we ordered was perfect! Fresh and delicious and the parents at my daughters birthday party were surprised at how much fruit was being selected over the “junkier” treats available! Parenting win in my opinion!

Ordered online from out of state. My parents loved it! No pictures as it was devoured quickly after, but I heard all the fruit tasted nice and the presentation was good.

Me and my sister place an order 5 days ago before mother days to have it delivered on mothers day on time I call at 730pm to check on status due to I had a reservation and wouldnt be home they arrived by 930pm with the fruit looking like it had been out and chocolate melting and they didnt used the truck instead used a regular car ruin my mothers day for my mom I wont ever order from this place again not worth the money or delivery charge

The Stafford edible arrangement store was clean, they are friendly, beautiful arrangements and they work with me on getting the arrangement to my wife in a timely manner because of her work hours. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

If there was a way to put less than 1 star I would have. I set up an online order to be delivered on Valentines Day and once I had placed it I called this location and made sure I told the guy to add to the notes that I needed it delivered before 5 p.m. following day I called to see what the status on my order was and that 9 a.m. they told me that it was in transit however I called 4 times 1st at 9 a.m. 11 a.m. 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. every time I called they told me that it was on delivery and obviously it never made it so I called and had to cancel my order and the delivery guy called my girlfriend at 7:30 p.m. trying to find her to drop it off at her house. If I wanted to be delivered at her house I would have gave them her house address will never order from this location again.

Like their arrangements. Too pricey. Prefer Cookie Bouquet. Employees are too loud and you can hear them out front and next door.
