He then threw the product on the floor because he was mad I said the word out loud. I will report this and tell all others, including the law enforcement he was scared of, if this is not corrected. Overall its been a pretty good spot.I come in to exchange a $10 item that is somewhat defective. Id like to upgrade it to its $15 version. Well, no can do. No returns or exchanges.Ive spent so much $$ at this place. And I was in there to spend more $$, but instead, they lost my business over something so small.Just too many shops in the area with lower prices and better return/exchange policies.

This shop was actually on the bottom of my list of shops to try but it was the closest so I went here first. From the outside it doesn’t look like anything special but once I walked in a was given a warm welcome and given great help in finding a gift. They had a great selection with good prices, made it very hard to choose. I ended up coming in for one gift and left with a gift and another for myself!Will definitely return!

I started shopping here a little over a year ago and I have to say that this shop is by far the best shop that Ive been to in Houston.
