Had drive through only. But customer service was fast and courteous.

Drive-thru ladies are always friendly, even at oh-dark-thirty. If I get there in the first hour after opening, they often only have a few varieties that are ready to sell.

Great place for doughnuts. A great variety and super fresh. Restroom on site with plenty of parking and drive thru service. Friendly staff and great coffee.

I dont know why this Shipleys isnt a 5 star!!!Everytime I have been here they aim to please. I ask if they have hot donuts, if they dont they tell me to wait a few minutes...then BAM hot donuts just like that! I bought donuts at 10am one morning and they were perfect! Crispy, melt in your mouth sugary goodness. I just went at 7am and received 3 cold donuts. I’ve been dreaming of these donuts and now I don’t even want them. No one wants COLD donuts. And why do I have STICKY donuts but you don’t think I need napkins?! I’m super disappointed! We should’ve just gotten tacos from up the street like my husband wanted! 😡

Sweet, big, and AVERAGE! No distinct flavors in any donut I tried. Also, the lady seemed a little racist. Im a young black male that doesnt fit the description of a thug. The lady was cleaning the outside glass when she went inside, shut the door, then locked it when she saw me approaching. She then told me to use the drive-thru. Of course, they were only open for another half hour maybe but it was was still daylight and plenty of people in the plaza moving about. Crazy how non-Americans come to this country and act so pretentious. Its a donut shop, not a high-end jewelry store. Anyway, I still wanted to see what the hype was about. You wont miss out on anything if you dont try these. I wont be going back.

Disappointing when they try to think outside then box and make disgusting kolaches. They need to stick to the original kolaches or make more of it because they always seem to have run out so early in the morning

I love the donuts. They are fluffy and taste like a mix of 2 donuts. Strawberry and chocolate real good. Apple filling good.

Aside from the ladies inside who sometimes have an attitude its a fast, place, hardly no mess ups. I mean its hard to complain about this location its just perfectly located and everything is always warm and fresh. just a good store.

The kolaches are gross. The sausage and cheese is usually soft and steamy hot. NOT ANYMORE. It was cold and hard. Save your time and money.

Make sure you are super specific about what you order. They will up charge you to a big earl kolache without batting an eye and then give you their coldest kolaches when you call them out on it. Last time I’ll ever go to this Shipley’s.

Stale donuts hot milk..not bueno ..updatedSecond time coming 1/27/19 ordered half dozen mixed donuts actually came in mixed not just all same. Girl behind counter was not wearing badge but she was very polite and had a smile caint say the same for the rest of them but the place was clean and tidy. Restrooms were clean as if they were just done. Great to see these local places start to turn around and be as great as all the others.

This is the third time I go there before work and ask for a simple ham and cheese kolache and they didn’t have it, I had to go to work hungry because I didn’t have anymore time to go anywhere else. It was 9:45 in the morning and they didn’t have kolaches. I am done with giving this place a chance. Definitely not coming back .

The kolache was hot but all I wanted was three hot donuts and they were cold. So Im disappointed because it was 6:30 a.m. Donuts should always be hot and fresh.

The Mexican lady working their has no customer skills at all, she is very rude, she has a attitude, and I think she was making fun of our language because instead of saying cherry glaze she said charrie glazed or rageular glazed which me never go to that place ever again. Please do not waste your time at that location.

I entered into this fine establishment hoping to be served some mediocre donuts, but to my wonder there was no one here. Dim lights and the sound of silence where my companions as I stood at the counter waiting to be served. All of a sudden, to my surprise a light flashes above me and I was blinded for a mere moment. I was drowned in a chorus of singing and was stricken with fear for I knew not what was happening. Then an angelic figure decended from the light holding a box of assorted fluffy rings of pure bliss. The figure said, donut be afraid, handed me the donuts, and returned to the world whence it came. Great customer service, 10/10!
