As a seller of network equipment, I tried their services & for the most part was simple & straight forward. I have been trying this with a few companies in order to find one that I feel comfortable with when it comes to communication, convenience, & offer fair market value. That said, the communication between the purchasing dept. & myself were great, emails answered quuckly, & very simple process when it comes to recieving the labels and shipping. Which falls under the convenience part. Also a plus. Then the offer was made, although the equipments value is double the quote, I decided to proceed hoping that the quote wouldnt change once the ktems were received. I was quoted an amount, I agreed on it; the description was for 2 New access points, new never set up, programmed, or even plugged in, including all hardware, documentation and connections. After recieving both NEW access points the quote went down $75 & I knew this wasnt the company for me. I wish them all the best in the future. But from now on guys you should read description of items thoroughly before quoting on them. Or at least SPECIFY, that if the items are not in the original sealed manufacturers packaging, then the offer would droo tremendously. Both items were brand new, & exactly how i described them. Its All good though, loke I said I wish them all the best and hopefully the feedback will help them in the future when it comes to purchasing. God bless and may your day be copacetic.
