To find the Fort Bend Women Center is an easy location. Directly down FM1092 or also called Murphy Road next to Wendys. Easy access to drop off items. Once you walk into the thrift store you can find items by location setup. I do know that there are volunteers who help to put items out on the shelves. What a tremendous help they are. I do know that there is a procedure anyone can come an volunteer.

Tina was very helpful and personable! She would be an asset to any company! This is a great organization and important cause. Regardless of where you are in the Houston Area, this is worth the drive.

If you want to get your shop on for a good cause, then this is the place. Love how well the store is structured. Items are clearly marked. Great bargains and everything a dedicated re-shopper could want. Never any junk. Beautiful home decor and fantastic clothing, shoes, furniture,paintings,accessories. You will want to make this your regular go to.

I havent been there in months and I was very impressed on how the shelves were coordinated with merchandise in groups of color. I definitely will continue going there.

I went to dropped off several bags of donations and got a beautiful crossed stich of the Virgin and baby Jesús. You can find super nice stuff.Customer service is great!

Only because I had to rate. Customer service was terrible! I literally waited, out of respect for the person in front of me, to get checked out. I did not interfere with their transaction. I know the cashier seen me at the jewelry counter to inquire about something at the case yet she addressed the next customer. When I did address her she assumed I was there to be checked out as she stated. Clearly she seen me. I have a special needs son who I addressed multiple times to place the freely pick up pieces to put those back. Therefore she knew I was there during her initial transaction yet stated after people are known to stand there to get checked out. There is clearly a sign that states the line process and I addressed her pointing to it! Strike two. Once she finally assisted me I did find an item I like yet afterwards she asked me to stand in a line. At this point my son was irritated (Autistic). Please train your customer service people to identify diversity! I had $100 worth of items I walked out on because I was NOT waiting in a line of people who I was I front of to immediately purchase something! I will not return!

Everyone is very nice. The store is clean and welcoming I will make more trips to this store.

Great deals and friendly service. Check out the daily deals and walk around the store and find 8/9 items you like and that would fit into a very large store bag then buy a resale bag - fill it up for 50% off! Clothes are very nice & name brands.

This is a very busy place... from the time it opens until the time it closes......They have nice people working here but they need to understand that all their stuff is donated 2 them.....as soon as it is delivered its priced and put on the floor....THEY are very pricy for the most part....Act more like its a Macys or Ashleys than a thrift store.

This is one of my favorite stores couse every Wednesday they have all the clothes at 50%

I’ve been shopping here for a long time and today was the worst experience I had ever got. I came in early when they 1st opened and saw some silver cups behind the register and told the manager I wanted to buy them. I wanted to do more shopping around the store and they wouldn’t let me walk around with item’s that was behind the register so I told them that I will pay for them after I was done with shopping in the store. Thirty minutes later when I was done around the store and went to the register to pay for my silver cups this old Spanish lady told me that she had sold them to another customer. I couldn’t believe it, this same old Spanish cashier was there thirty minutes earlier when I told her and her manager that I was paying for them. This same old cashier was very rude to me when I asked her what happened to my cups, instead of holding my cups for me and she was the cashier that sold my cups she copped an attitude, raised her voice and spoke to me like a person who never had a elementary education. This is no way to talk to a customer and this same old woman should not be allowed to work when dealing with repeat shopping customers. She is not good for a business that promotes helping women when she herself is the type of woman I would never want to help. This woman and employee is very very bad for Penny Wise and it’s sister stores because I will never spend another penny at any Penny Wise store again as long as this woman is still employed there and no customers and friends of mine should ever have to go through this terrible experience that I did today. Penny Wise should hire employees who have better manners and employees that have respect for their paying customers if you want my business...!!!!!

Saturday I went shopping for furniture here at penny wise and witnessed a woman asking how much a chair cost and the lady behind the register said $10 and the store manager Tamara came up and sayed no it’s not $10 it’s $50 and the lady asked why and the store manager sayed because I sayed so. The lady left very disappointed. I witnessed Tamara take the chair and walk it to her car without even paying for it and leave. I do believe that is considered stealing. This place is so unprofessional and there store manager Tamara is very rude, disrespectful, and a thief. The only reason I shop here is because it’s suppose to support women of domestic violence. I will never shop here again and I will be telling my friends and family about this. You’ve officially lost a customer.

I havent received any services here. But I literally tried months to get an appointment for counseling only to be told they are always booked! And the days they do have available are during the middle of the day, very inconvenient for a working single mom. After calling them, for what felt like the billionth time... I quit!

WOMEN ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! They mistreat volunteer workers. Not allowed to communicate with customers, not allowed to ask for assistance from other volunteers. Disrespectful employees even from store manager. DO NOT COME TO PENNYWISE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE
