Actually told us that a Massachusetts ID is invalid in Connecticut, and couldn’t communicate a solid explanation as to why she couldn’t sell us an 18+ product (mind you and 18 year old was purchasing the product- which was just allergy medicine)

If youre looking for expired products at non expired prices, then this is where you want to go! No matter what expired product youre looking for, Im sure they have it on their shelves! I was there yesterday and saw THREE items expired. Since Im not into that, I had to go to Walgreens to get unexpired product. Happened to my husband twice too. State inspectors would have a field day here. Check your products before purchasing from this location.

The staff are friendly, but today is the second time Ive had to specifically call and ask for a scrip to be filled after the doctor sent it over, as opposed to them just filling it automatically. I used to work as a pharmacy technician, these are not prescriptions you just assume the customer doesnt want.When I called this morning I asked if my scrip could be ready in a couple of hours, they said yes, and Im currently sitting in the DT after being asked to come back around because it wasnt ready. I waited in a long line of cars to get to the window, and almost 10 minutes at the window before being asked to go around.Based on other reviews I see on this page, Im not alone in my frustration. As I said, the staff are all very nice, but something needs to change.

The 3 stars is for the front check out workers. They are always friendly and helpful. They don’t mind lending you a hand if you’ve got a ton of coupons. I am not pleased with the pharmacy. They can’t seem to keep track of prescriptions and give an attitude when you show up to pick up a prescription. I’ve gotten notification that a prescription is ready, and when I arrive there’s nothing. You really have to keep on top of the pharmacists to make sure that your prescription is ready. It would be nice if it didn’t take them 20 min to answer the phone because I can drive down in that time.

This is hands down the worst CVS that Ive ever been to. Their pharmacy department is the absolute worse. I will never go there ever again.

This pharmacy needs to be evaluated by upper management . I waited a day for two rxs. They said they got one and asked me too come back because they hadnt filled them from the day before. My dr confirmed they sent two rx. And because I waited in line 15 minutes the first time to be told they were not ready, they didnt offer to CALL MY PHYSICIAN. I had to call and go back and be told 20 minutes again, when all they had to belive the CUSTOMER ..QUALITY IS NOT THERE

The staff here are so incredibly helpful! They are sweet, kind, personable, and treat you well! I have a few prescriptions I pick up monthly, and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile!Quick anecdote, one month (a while ago) my insurance didnt want to cover what they normally do, so my prescription was much more expensive than I am used to. The CVS Pharmacy technicians were able to help me out by giving me a coupon to discount my medication! These people care about their customers!

Good CVS wish they were 24 hours though it would have been helpful!

They are expensive ...but decent service

I am there all the time because it is so close and more convenient than going to the grocery store. The pharmacists are very helpful and sweet.

This is the most expensive CVS out of all the surrounding towns. My Pharmacare card gives me a discount on CVS brand products in every other store, the Stafford location it doesnt even work on half the items I bring to the register. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this location.

My dog had consumed d-con bait and I needed help. You assured me that d-con has an ingredient that makes you puke. Well you were right, thanks again.

The store is nice and clean, but my on going problems are with the pharmacy. Ive been given expired items, have waited over a week for refill to find out when went in person it was there all along. Recently started me on 90 day refills, and getting 6 month worth. Then on a number of occassions my meds are suppose to be refridgrated, but have watched the techs pull from baskets on shelves, so then have to wait for it to be filled again. Should of done it months ago, but will be transferring prescriptions else where. Enough is enough.

Had problems a few years and the pharmacy would never receive the prescription sent by my dr. Now having the same issue with the pharmacy again with a different doctor. This is the only cvs pharmacy I have had trouble like this with. I think I’ll drive a little further to another cvs

Its okay. Better check the expiry dates on the products before buying them.

What a Great CVS always clean and such nice staff

Not quite as good as Riteaid. The staff is great. But, due to Caremark, the stores rating MUST suffer. Caremark dictates that all scrips must be generic, until you file for an appeal.

Pharmacy is completely unprofessional, save yourself the time.

I received a flu shot in the Stafford store on 12/23/16 and received a 20% off shopping pass. I tried to use it at another CVS today & they told me it had already been redeemed in November. Not happy

Pharmacy is slow if your waiting.
