CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! We werent planning on visiting this business till late April. We were out to lunch one day in late February and came to visit the shop. We wanted to get a feel for the pricing and the quality of embroidering they provided so we could have some shirts done. Now in March...we had a last minute event come up and we needed some shirts done ASAP!!! I had sent Paul a text message and an email of what our situation was and in five minutes time he was already calling me with what he could do to help. Paul and his associates rocked it out in 24 hours time!!! I am still shocked on how quickly they took care of us...but more than anything how awesome these guys are!!! They are straight forward with pricing and quality of service they provide is impressive!!! We will definitely be going back to have more services done with Paul and his associates.
