I have been contacted to order new breathing machine supplies, they told me I was eligible for some items. Then they sent me a bill about 2 months later saying my insurance did not cover them because I have not met my deductible at the time I ordered. I talked to them, saying I would not have ordered them if they were not covered. So I asked them for a shipping label to return the items, which they did in the past, the billing department said no, they no longer sent them out. I dont believe it. I think they have very poor service, they dont care for your business.
