I went in looking for a chest of drawers. Spoke with Tony told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me the opportunity to browse without pressure selling. He went in the back and found exactly what I wanted. I purchased it, he promised me free delivery by 5pm same day and thats precisely what I got. Delivery driver was on time and very careful with my furniture. I tipped him and he was on his way. Excellent service is what Crown Furniture delivered! Theyre a small business but BIG on quality of product and service!

I will give 5 star for the furniture I bought, and it worth every penny I spent. They are very honest when talk about the quality of the furniture and do an excellent job choosing the right one for your need. Very reasonably priced. There are some real wood furniture.

The owner and his wife are exceptional!! The owner will work with you and give you his undivided attention when youre in the store. Because of Tonys profesionalism and charisma, both my mother and I frequent his shop. If you want a more family feel and selection, this shop is for you.

Mr. Tony the owner had no basic manners to talk to the customers. I just try to bargain a little for the furniture set and he yelled at me and said get out from my store I don’t want to sell anything to you. He was so rude with me that day for no reason at all. He even don’t know how to talk lady.He was saying me I don’t like desi Customer like you i had bought 7000$ furniture before if you want to run a business learn some basic manners.😡😡I highly not recommend for buying any furniture for this guy😡

An extremely pleasing and awesome experience!! Mr Tony and his wife (owners of the store) gave us all the information and time, we needed. Since we had very specific requirements for our buy, hence had to visit them multiple times. We always got the same attention and care. The pricing you get, for all quality brand furniture, which includes tax and delivery, will blow your mind. It’s always so much that we pay, when go to the big exclusive furniture stores. The Product that we got was exactly the same that we had seen in such a store. The furniture delivery and installation (by Jose), was extremely neat and clean. He was very courteous and answered all our questions, patiently. Now, for any future furniture purchase, we exactly know where to go and will recommend the same to our friends!!

We knew a bunch of people who bought furniture from Crown purely because they offered the best deal. When it was our turn to shop for furniture for our home we checked at many of the big name stores & actually liked some pieces. When we stopped at Crown and mentioned what we liked the owner quickly whisked out some catalogs & showed us the exact same set that we wanted & got it to us much faster than Ashley could & for way cheaper. I guess it helps when it is a family business & there is limited staff you have on the payroll and the savings get passed on to us. I feel the service has a very personal touch and we still go there whenever we need any furniture. The new location might be a tad smaller but it is easier to find & to guide friends & family over there.

The owner of the store Mr.Tony doesnt have basic manners on how to deal with customers. Please do yourself a favor, dont shop here and waste time. He makes you wait for too long, wastes your time and If you ask detailed questions, he will rudely say he will not sell any furniture. Dont fall for the trap of low prices for branded goods etc, customer care is the worst.

The prices may seem very appealing at first until they come to your front door with the wrong furniture. They came with a better mattress which was fine but with different color furniture and different style. I was very rudely talked to by the manager on the phone and I had to drive all the way there to get my money back. Horrible service, wouldnt recommend at all. Crown Furniture still has a lot to learn about customer service.

Great customer service, diverse selection of quality, attractive furniture. I shopped around at Ashley Furniture and Rooms 2 Go, but Crown Furniture offers the same options for cheaper prices. Its a cozy, family owned store with convenient location across from the Stafford Centre. The manager and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. They delivered my furniture quicky, moved it all in, and even stayed to assemble some items for me! I couldnt recommend a business more!

I have known Tonny for long and we always go there for real value for money. They spend a lot of time and are patient to understand our specific needs. Then provide the furniture with best possible customer service. Will always recommend Crown furniture!

Worst place to be looking for furniture. He says, most of his furniture imported from Italy. People who dont have money to buy it for that price, they are not belongs to be there. he walked me and my wife out from the store. I asked him, are you a staff or the owner. His respond was showing to the door to be out. How disrespectful person is that? I dont care who the hell you are. Respect everyone. I hope he will learn one day with the reality.

“Top brand options, much lower price and excellent service including delivery” in one sentence.Myself and my wife, we casually visited the showroom on Murphy Rd, Stafford, before we can finalize with other dealers, we ended buying our complete new home furniture’s from them.They have several options available for display in the showroom, but also offered catalogues and guided us through our selections.We visited multiple times, every visit same personal attention and time was provided by both - Tonny and Molly. Both are great people, they helped us throughout the process.All the delivers were on-time, in fact few items were even delivered earlyIm very happy with their prices when compared with big brand showrooms in the town.I will definitely use them again and recommend others to take a look, you will never be disappointed.

The worse customer service I have ever had in my entire life considering that I bought $6000 worth of furniture. If I spent this much money at any other furniture store I would have been treated like royalty. Unfortunately I got the worst treatment you can imagine from this store !! Very very disappointed!!

For a first time mover, the whole experience of dealing with people, offices and the nuances of shifting was killing, but meeting Tony and Molly drove 75% of our worries away. We were headed to the likes of Ashleys and Rooms to Go; which we visited for initial research. A few friends recommended that we visit Crown at Stafford before we make a decision. Me and my wife intended at buying a sofa set, but once we visited the outlet we ended up re-doing our entire wish list for our new home.We were touched and amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail provided to us at Crown. We provided our requirements and off-course the budget :) . Very prompt and swift service. The bedroom set which was said to cost me $3000 in another store costed me just $1900 at crown furniture. Also the delivery and assembly was free. Will recommend this to anybody who wants to buy home furniture as they have large collections and very friendly staff.

I had a wonderful experience buying furniture from Crown furniture. I got a good deal on my mattress and it was delivered promptly.

The prices draw you in but dont fall for it. The customer service is horrible and whenever we called for ETAs on our furniture we were insulted. This after paying all the money upfront. We had to finally call our bank and file a claim to get our money back. They sent us defective and furniture twice and when we called to inform the owner that he started yelling at us.They cannot get 90 percent of the stuff from Ashley so you end up getting stuff that is out of production.Word of advice.- DO NOT PAY UPFRONT. Only pay after furniture has been delivered and you are satisfied.

I am impressed with a way everything was handled right from showing all options to patientiely hearing me out to furniture setup. i was initially skeptical but i had relied on Tonys suggestion of going with specific furniture considering my requirement in mind and to my surprise it turned out very well. all those who have visited my house to check my furniture were very happy to see bed rooms furniture.i must admit that i took time out to decide and had visited stores multiple times to check if it is really worth it and it truly paid. most important pieces i bought from him were mattresses. having habit of sleeping on hard matteress, i was looking for one that really supports my back in night and crown is the only place where me and my wife could find that kind of matteress with reasonable cost.i will definately consider crown for my future purchases.
