Good products, good service to me the customer and when they service the equipment I bought from them (home lawn mower). They obviously deal a lot with professionals not just home owners.

The service is what keeps me coming back here. I was having a Generator issue and Eric was not able to look at it for a couple hours. Which normally would be no big deal but I had to have it right then. He told me what to do and check. And thanks to him and get the job done on time. If you want service this is the place to go.

I have used their services several times and have been very satisfied each time. On one occasion, they were able to match the carburetor on my generator with one from a different manufacturer and it works just fine.

GREAT service! I have been going here for over 10 years. They just fixed my 12 year old echo weed eater and it runs great. Took my 11 year old Toro lawnmower in a couple of months ago and they got it up and running. I asked how much it costs and they are quick to give you the price and do excellent work.

I recently had a unfortunate experience here, however when I say they have went UP AND BEYOND out their way to correct the situation and stand on being a PROUD family owned business. I must say I almost made a horrible misjudgment about this company that I wouldnt want anyone to feel about mine without due diligence to make up for the mistake! The owner has personally spoken and reconciled and rectified it! I have my own business as well so I can see how things can be quickly misunderstood! I decided to follow the same course of action as the company to NOT make it personal and to take the bigger more human route! Great customer service.Dropped of my generator around 4:30p on Thursday 8/24 - Hurricane Harvey on the way and they called me at 8:30 same day to tell me it was ready. Dont know of many companies that would work overtime to get this done for their customers. Reasonable price for how quick they repaired my generator.High praise for Action Sales.

Asked if they repair pressure washers and they said that they do. The engine was repaired but it still wasnt working properly. Now they said that they dont repair the pump side.....question came to mind that we asked them do you repair pressure washers so I asked why would I bring it to you guys if I am not sure of the problem and you said yes now you say only the engine not the pump side so they dont fix pressure washers only motors.

My son and I just returned from our first trip there. Big shout out to Eric. He was incredibly helpful!!! He gave my 15 year old son great tips on maintenance of a lawnmower and edger. I took my lawn mower over to Eric at Action to get it repaired. He helped me unload it. I expected to have to leave it a couple of weeks. He squirted some stuff in the carburetor and did a few other things and had it going in five minutes. He gave me some hints on how to store the mower over the winter. Very nice man, Eric and I will return.

I went in to have lawn mower repaired and the gentleman gave it a good look before advising me to buy a new one, because it wasnt worth repairing. Its hard to find an honest business these days that look out for the customers well being as opposed to making their wallets fatter. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs repair or new equipment.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went with my brother to pick up a repair that they refused to repair and the person at the front desk was rude and had no professional manner to his name, he was rude and arrogant. I do not recommend them at all take your business some place better.

My EZ start Craftman lawn mower started having bad starting problems. They got it back starting, but not much rougher then before the trouble started. Paid $82, but in a few weeks my mower would not start. Took mower to Petes in Richmond, TX. 2 days later my EZ start Craftsman was back in EZ start mode. Pete did a long list of repair items including replacing bad parts of the carburator. Action told me they did not look at carburator. I wasted my money and time at Action.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.
