The delivery of equipment was punctual and exactly what I ordered.

I like the sense of urgency that my order was taken. Delivery driver was courteous with calling ahead and leaving unit right where instructed even without anyone being on the job site. I will continue to use UR.

Lied to on time that a tech would be here. Wasting time and money on a faulty machine. Before you rent be sure to look at the history on the machine. This one has had the same issues over a year and they continue to send it out. Ridiculous for the biggest rental company in the US to send out junk.
