The entire process - from just looking to delivery was phenomenal! I truly felt like a VIP.Phil introduced me to Dustin & Dan who answered all of my many questions. Dustin made sure the bike fit me and they even matched my budget.Becka helped get me the gear I needed to be safe and was so patient with me. She was honest and even taught me a lot - like trusting her with sizing! My helmet felt too tight at first but she reassured me to keep waiting a little bit because it would loosen up some and she wanted me to be properly fit so that I’m protected. Sure enough, she was right! All my gear feels perfect now!Financing and the paperwork with Daniel went smoothly and again, all of my questions were answered.The whole time I had my 2.5 year old who is fascinated by motorcycles. Towards the end he was getting tired and was hard to keep up with. But with the help of the Republic team, I was able to seal the deal. Nobody ever complained of my wild one and in fact, they made him feel welcome, too! He’s already looking to purchase his very own. ;-)The learn to ride class was also a blast! John & Sam made sure to teach the class in a way that everyone could understand. It was tiring but oh so worth it! I really enjoyed my buying experience today. I purchased a 2021 Pan American Special from the dynamic trio at Republic Harley Davidson. Scott was a dynamic salesman providing helpful information, a no-pressure sales approach, and multiple trial rides allowing me to pick the bike of choice. Matt made the negotiation of price a straightforward and friendly activity while still maintaining a responsible company approach. Daniel made a pile of documentation and purchase add-one options understandable, sought answers when needed and gave me a great primer on the operation of the new and very different motorcycle.

Hello my name is Michael Moore I went to Republic Harley about maybe three weeks ago bought a brand new 2021 trike the sales person soon as I walked in the door I never seen a guy so cool and calm and confident about himself. My sales guy his name is Alex Martinez real cool guy I came in to get a shirt .Smooth talked me into buying a Harley and even after I brought the brand new bike he still keeps in touch with me. I have never met a sales guy like him.the way that he treated me made me feel good he just wasn’t trying to sell anything he was a guy that asked questions about me what did I do what did I grew up at and that goes a long way with me.

I came to Republic back in January for help on parts with a bike build. Due to covid parts became harder to find, but thanks to Chris in the parts department My bike turned out better than expected. Chris went above and beyond to search and find the parts I needed. Called other dealerships when parts were on back order with the factory and made sure everything showed up as fast as possible. My bike wouldn’t be running as great or looks as slick as it does without his help. I will always use republic for parts because of there customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer.

I had an awesome experience with The Republic. I have been looking for an older model V-Rod for some-time - having a difficult time closing a deal because of trying to stick to a specific budget. Went in looking to trade up to a Harley from a Suzuki Boulevard. Johnathan was our salesman and was extremely helpful. We found and fell in love with a beautiful blue Road Glider. Johnathan wasnt pushy but still a salesman. He was knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend. We noticed right from the start that it was the right choice to trade up. The dealership also has the capability of testing out a Harley so you can feel the comfort of them. They had beginning bikes all the way to tricycles. As well as different seat accommodations for the the right comfort. We personally went with a wider seat to fit my hips a little better.

I went to Republic today for the 15K service on my 2020 Triglide Ultra. I called and spoke with Edgar the other day and made an appointment for 900am. I got the a few minutes late but that was not issue. Met with Edgar who confirmed what was going to be done. He promptly took the bike back to the service department. About 2 hours later, the service was complete and the bike was brought around. Not only was it serviced but it had been washed as well. Edgar explained what was done and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. He definitely makes sure customers are taken care and satisfied. But not just Edgar. I have dealt with others in the service department before. They all provide excellent customer service.While waiting for my bike to be serviced, I went to the parts department inquiring about a driver backrest. Danny helped me out today. Told him what I wanted, he worked some magic on the computer and moments later came back with the backrest and hardware I needed. Since, I was not in a hurry, Danny took the to talk to me about LED lights for the bike. Im not talking about under glow lights either. He was should me some LED lights for the turn signals and the brake lights. Not only do these lights look great but they are very functional making riding safer.Danny and Edgar are the only two I really interacted with today. However, I have interacted with a number of employee over the years and have never been disappointed. Edgar, Danny and the others at Republic Harley-Davidson provide excellent customer service. Republic Harley-Davidson has been and always will be my go to dealership. Thanks again for the great work you all do.

Man oh man what can I say, 2 bikes in 3 weeks. I bought a street glide in November 3weeks later went to the customer appreciation day (wife won on a raffle .... way cool) and as I get out of the truck with my family i seen an orange goddess sitting so pretty and shiny it was instant love. Went in and everyone from the sales department (Michael, chris, daniel) all came over shook my hand called me by name and was asking how I was feeling. I was even teasing Mike that I see how theu did the whole hocus pocus orange bike front and center to tease me. Mike took me out we talked about the bike went over the features of the road glide and the benefits of a fixed fairing. I walked around the dealership looked at clothes and talked street glide parts with the part guys but I kept thinking about that road glide. My wife said if yo really want it go for it..... boom it was on. I talked to Daniel and told him I was interested in trading my streetnglide in for the road glide. These guys worked me a deal where I only had to put $500 down and my payments stayed the same as my street glide..... I got my extended warranty, gap insurance and all the things we were worried about and my payment was the same! I got the deal done quickly papers signed and set up delivery of the road glide and pickup of the street glide. Treat you like family. Any questions we had were answered. Great staff and great bikes. Shane helped us look at many bikes till we found the perfect one for us. Shane was very knowledgeable about the bikes we looked at and even took time to just get to know us and what our preferences were to help us find the best bike for us. He didnt try and push a certain bike on us. The whole experience was great.

I had to go in to replace one of the engine studs on my 2014 Fatbob. The parts guys were helpful, and Carlos even bothered to walk me through on what to do to get the new stud on. I definitely recommend them over Mancuso off of US-290.

I recently purchased a 2021 Road Glide from Republic Harley. This dealership is very professional with no pressure at any part of the process.I also received a fair trade in value for my BMW, which Im sure they probably dont want to fool with but did anyway. My Fit specialist Dustin was excellent, knowledgeable about the product and helped the process move along in a timely fashion. He explained all the features in detail since the electronics are much different than the 2008 Road Glide I owned before.Another great part about the process was meeting the Parts Staff, the Service Staff and the Apparel Staff so you essentially are familiar with everyone you will work with after the sale.So if you are looking for a Harley in the Stafford area, or traveling through with service or parts needs, I highly recommend Republic Harley-Davidson!!

Great customer service. I was annoyed at the fact you support the military yet you don’t give a military discount. I find it to be a contradiction. A discount for us who served shouldn’t be a far cry if you really support us.

Just stopped in briefly, as I am considering trading my sport style bike in for a larger frame bike. I spoke with Mike who was extremely knowledgeable about the different frames, motors, options, and recommended a street glide based on my riding style and height. He was sure to ask questions about how I like to ride before just jumping to trying to sell me, which I definitely noticed and appreciated. He then gave me a tour around as we continued to chat about bikes, work, travel, etc., and he showed me a 131 they had on the showroom, which I didn’t know was possible! Overall, although I didn’t leave with a bike (this time), I did leave with a new friend and a lot more knowledge about Harleys. I cannot recommend this store, or Mike, enough!

Have never like the pushy salespeople, so I refused to buy from them. Figured that was enough punishment, but maybe I’d at least use them for service because they are closer to me. NOPE 👎 My dealer wanted $350 for first service on my new ride, but today Republic wanted $594 for the same service, and some bs about having to ‘tighten’ my spokes. When I asked to at least me me half way on the price, the guy just laughed. Failed for sales, and now for service. I will NEVER, oh wait NEVER EVER come here again for anything.

I was just coming to browse because I have been thinking of getting my motorcycle license. Its always intimidating walking into a high pressure sales situation. But here, it wasnt. A gentleman, John to be specific and give him props, met me first and he was so polite and helpful. No pressure, showed me around, and even answered my questions no matter how silly I thought they might be. I ended up really loving the look of the 48 sportster. Believe me, I will be back!

Honestly my sales guy, Michael, was nice but my experience was not all that great. He is the reason why I gave 2 stars. After I schedule for test rides, I simple ask for prices. This is when the games started. Why the sales guy have to go back to speak to someone else to find out the prices. They came back with the most expensive price on all the bikes I ask for after I waited over 40 minutes. Where are the prices for the other bikes?? I got restless and left the location. Tell me why they still havent contact me about the prices on the other bikes yet!

I have been there numerous times and Sarah is always so helpful! If I can’t find the correct size she orders it for me! And calls when it arrives! From the very first time I walked in and even when I had to make unplanned trips they made sure I left there with what I needed or with an answer to work towards what I may have needed. If you need any thing make sure you ask for either one of these fine gentlemen they will get you what you need and on your way!!! Super professional and personable!!! Was looking for a 2021 CVO Triglide Orange/Black. I worked with Dustin at RHD. What a great experience that was! He made me feel welcome and spent time answering my questions. I recommend Dustin highly as well as RHD!!

Today was my first time at the dealership, and I was impressed! I was greeted immediately by a friendly sales associate (Shane) who was very patient and listened to what kind of a motorcycle I was looking for. While there, I was able to ride 4 different motorcycles (no other dealership has let me do that so far), and another sales associate (Shane) rode with me to make sure my trip was safe and sound. Although I didnt buy a bike today, I really appreciated all of the time these 2 gentlemen spent trying to help me find the right bike. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Don’t know how I’ve missed stepping foot into Republic Harley-Davidson before today, but man have I been missing out. Came by for the big customer appreciation day and surely discovered one of the best Harley Dealers in Houston. Great bikes, new and used Harleys, plus an amazing selection of Harley gear and merchandise. So many great gifts for those riders in your life. Also just learned they have classes for new riders. Looking forward to coming back for a closer look again soon!

Great staff welcomed me and my family in. Gave us a excellent price on our trade in and got us on the 2021 street glide special we were set on. Also parts had our seat up grades in stock. Recommend if your in the market for a new or used bike go see this guys and gals

Republic Harley Davidson showed truly World Class Service. Great team providing a great product.

This place will go the extra mile for all their customers. They have the knowledge and are really great people.

First i call and talked to the service guy and told him what was going on with my bike, which was a fuel line check valve. I ask him how much it would cost to replace the line or two, he said 275. Now thats very high but i felt like getting it done at the Harley shop would be a good thing. They picked up the bike and the next day Edgar the service guy call me and said you have a bad fuel line, i said i know i told you that before you got the bike. I ask him was the price the same or less, he told me it was now 340 plus tax or 318 without a new fuel filter. Also they didnt have the parts in stock i had to wait a few days. I end up paying 380. The sad part is they get your bike there and tear it down and change the price and if you say no i dont want the work to be done, they will charge you so much until you are forced to let them work on it. Not happy with Republic Harley Davidson !After speaking with the Service Manager, which i can say was very thorough and understanding. We realized that it was a misunderstanding and Im happy and Republic Harley Davidson has a customer for life.
