Luke is the Man! We came in wanting to drop a trailer off and even though he was busy, he Acknowledged us and made sure that he was going to take care of us after. Customer service was quick, professional, and helpful. Will definitely be stopping by here again for my moving requirements.

Great customer service, when picking up my u box. The girl had only been there a few weeks but she made the process easy. The guy hooking it up, loaded it up quickly while triple checking my load was safe.

Service: Truck RentalBottom Line: Helpful staff, quality van, clean van, good communication.I booked a van to have for 6 hours. The first part of that hour I was battling with the app because I had set up pick up with limited interaction. Anyways, it wasnt going well so the clerk took over and got it done in one minute. She was very helpful and up front with the products I also looked at while in the store.The van was of great quality and it was very clean. I didnt worry about putting my semi covered mattress in the back of the van because it was so clean. The cab offers comfortable riding conditions and well maintained review viewing equipment.I had underestimated the amount of time I needed the van. It only took a two minute phone call for her to extend my time which was much appreciated in the stressful situation.Since I extended the time, I was unable to get the van back before they closed so I used the app for after hours drop off. This went smoothly. I only had to double check the van and evaluate miles and gas and that was it. I dropped the key in the after hour box and was done with it.I do believe the initial battle with the app was user error so I was very thankful when the clerk was able to take care of it so fast and didnt seem annoyed by my ignorance.I highly recommend this place and I would use them again.

D-An is just absolutely amazing. My husband and I are moving to New York and ran into some issues with the movers. D-An worked stayed late and is opening early to help us. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to her and much I appreciate everything she did for us.

Did an online reservation- said I can pick up at 7am.Was there an hour and a half with no instructions on how to pick up the truck. No lock box code. Don’t waste your time, all the phone numbers will never be answered

DeAnn, Jackie, and Jason were phenomenal to say the least. Because of my schedule I came in right around closing time and they took care of me. Very easy and always quick to pick up my call. Can not recommend these guys enough. THANK YOU!!!

D-An is very sweet hard working women. Even though she’s the only one running the location, she still gets the job done. Had a problem with returning my truck with the 24/7 share after hours and she said don’t worry about it and took care of me. Will definitely come back.

The front desk lady is so nice and very knowledgeable about any services they provide. I have used this storage place 3 different times and will always go back!

Took ke 40 mins just to get propane refilled, the tram here look stoned and could care less about the guest. Never comung here again.

It was probably the worse retail experience I have had in my life. I went to fill a propane tank. After waiting in line for over 15 min the lady at the desk asked what I needed. I said propane and she said one min. Other customers were behind me. She started helping them and then looked at me and said that they were more important because the were buying boxes and storge stuff. Finally I was led to the propane area and she then told me she would not fill the tank because it is ten years old and the tank was expired, I Google the law and it is 12 years on propane tanks. I showed her this and she began to tell me that I was wrong. The company I am project manager for uses u-haul very often to fill propane tanks. I am now going to use a new suplier

The General Manager, D-An Smith is amazing and provided us with exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that we found the best solution for our move and short-term storage needs. I was also impressed with her staff and overall management of the property. I just recently used this service for the past 2 days I must say that my service at this location was BEYOND excellent. Miss Deann is the clerk who helped me. I came in last minute for a truck because I wasnt aware of reservations..its been that long since Ive used UHAUL. She was so nice to me and even shared pictures of her beautiful grandchildren with me. She made me fee like family. She relieved a lot of stress from my day whether she knows it or not. The next day I had to extend my services because my place was not ready yet. I called her to ask for an extension and she didnt hesitate to help me with that. I really appreciate the service she provided for me and I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you so much Miss Deann!!!!!!

I was looking for tow hitch reducer since early morning been to 6 stores didn’t find it but manager D-An helped me find one ! Best and the most kind service i’ve ever seen in houston area!

Very polite and helpful. Very easy to work with. Parking is difficult but not impossible. Extended our time by a couple of hours with no extra charge. I will be using them again in the future!

I get my propane tank filled here. When I first started doing so, the manager would help me out promptly. However, lately the other two guys in this photo have the responsibility. Seems theyre more interested in playing on their phones than helping out. I sat for 20 minutes before they finally came out. Next time Ill just exchange it at Walmart for the time I spent here today.

Went in for information about renting a trailer and met with a rude manager who was at the counter. Expect to give all your personal information just to get a price or information on anything. She was smiling, but had a rude demeanor and careless attitude. The kind that tells you Im smiling because I have to, so go love yourself. Obviously the customer did not come first at this location.Needless to say I never got the information and will never return to this location.Recommend going to an annex location instead. I went to the location near HWY 90 and Texas Park way. They were much more polite with great customer service and were eager to help.

Went to the store and was standing outside for thirty minutes. They closed the store early. That is completely unprofessional. If your hours are till 7PM, there is no reason that your store is closed at 6.

If i could rate less than a star i would. I recently went in to this location and was completely taken aback by what was going on. I walked in on the blonde lady(i guess she is the manager) talking down to and belittling the 2 employees that were in the office. She informed one of us will be with you shortly and walked outside with one of the employees to resume her lecture i guess. I was expecting to be met with awful customer service considering what was just said this man and i would rather no repeat it. Despite all of that, the gentleman was very very helpful. He answered all of my questions politely and professional. I would come back to this location only to deal with this Gentleman(Older black gentleman with scar on his arm) I dont know what the situation was when i got there but it shocked me that a manager talks to her staff the way she does. CHANGE MANAGEMENT.

Rude. Rude. Rude!!! My sister is almost ready to deliver her baby and asked me to retrieve a few items for the baby from her storage. Unfortunately she gave me the wrong code for the gate. I wasnt able to get into the fate, but the car behind me let me in. After I got the items, I was unable to leave the property because I didnt have the right code. I went inside to ask them for their number so I could have my sister call and give me access to leave. Before I could explain to the woman what I was trying to do, she gave me the NASTIEST attitude and kept telling me, Im not on the list and Im not supposed to be on their property. She wouldnt even let me explain she was SO NASTY! My sister finally found the correct code and I was able to leave. Because although the woman said she would let me out (after being super rude for no reason) she still didnt open the gate. Its really sad because my family and I have done business at this location several times and its usually okay. After this experience I will NEVER EVER set foot on that property again and I will tell everyone I know not to use their services. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service at this location is pathetic. It took me 45 minutes to pick up a pre-reserved pick up truck. I would seriously consider a different location especially if you are picking up later in the evening.

Been to this location twice, had an issue both times, went to location down the street from this one and had no issues. If you are a person of color go to the near by store,where you business is wanted.

Prior customers name and credit card info left on the screen for anyone to see. They let me rent a truck and never even asked me for an ID... they just used my phone number. I guess that anyone who knows your cell number can go in and get a rental. Ridiculous. Manager talked to the employees any kind of way in front of customers. Very unprofessional...

The staffs are nice. However the company itself sucks. We had our ubox delayed but no one can help us... we tried to call the costumer service but the lady just tried to transfer us from one place to another. Totally waste our time.

The representative I dealt has a lousy attitude, she is pushy and condescending. She easily aggravates. It was difficult to keep calm when talking to her. I would suggest dealing with another location, else take alot of patience.

I have been a occupants on this location for years now and, the Manger is very nice. She work with you on your rental situation, if anyone ever need a uhaul I tell them to go to this location.

I called and was treated like I didnt matter over the phone. So I chose another uhaul company. Obviously this location didnt want or need my business.
