This store has a nice selection of furniture. It is a bit pricey, but with price comes comfort, larger size, and quality. After seeing my neighbor get some tiny online furniture my wife and I decided to go look for furniture in person. We fell in love with a set. Michelle our sales rep was awesome to work with. She was very helpful while also giving us space and time to look around. Kevin was awesome at setting up our delivery. We are so happy with our purchase. Thanks guys!

Bought outdoor patio from this place a year ago, they sold me a warranty claiming that the people would come and fix or clean the furniture if anything happened. Well that was a lie. We called the people and they wouldnt come clean nor fix anything. Then we went in today to try and just buy new cushions because they would never do anything about the original, they told us we couldnt buy just the cushion, that we would have to buy a new set or something different. This place is nothing but a rip off. Stay away you can find better furniture at a lower price than this piece of blank place.

Not a good experience...very expensive, not a lot of options and customer service was so-so.

I purchased a out door wicker patio set. I was told it required no Assembly the salesman picked it up saying see its one piece. Got home and not only did the table need Assembly the glider needs assembly as well. The table had instructions and was easy to assemble but the love seat did not come with instructions . I called both the ware house and the store . They didnt have instructions I asked if they had instructions on you tube, he said no its a new model and told me to look at Sun dales video as its similar. That video went by their blue print with numbers and letters. I was unable to follow . I called the store back and they told me to call the ware house but their furniture comes assembled. No answer, called the store back and was placed on hold for 15 mins . I hung up and called back and the salesman pick the phone up and hung up . I called back again he hung up again. I continued to call. And finally the manager answered. I told him about the rude salesman he apologized and said they are busy. I said I dont care his busy you are, you dont hang up on customers. I asked where do I bring the furniture back because I no longer want it . He said all sales are final. I asked for the store manager again he said he was the manager . I said you sound like the guy who sold me the furniture. He said yes . I then said why did you lie to me and say it required no Assembly? He said well 80 % is assembled, I said 80 % is not 100 % and you give no instructions on how to assemble it . I said you lied to get the sale . Bottom line I still dont have instructions, they are rude and have poor customer service. They create problems and dont resolve them .I will never patronize them ever again . please go else where.Update : The problem was an error of the manufacture .The manager did correct the situation. They do believe is quality customer service and satisfaction and I love my new patio set.

My experience with Lucas from Chair King was superior customer service. I had been waiting for my furniture for over 6 months. I called the store. I asked if I could switch it out for the American made furniture. He set me photos. Changed my order, gave me a discount for my trouble. Then to my surprise said he could get it on a truck and deliver it the same day! I am absolutely blown away. You never get that kinda of service now days. Thank you so much Lucas. Keep up the good work. Keeping the customer first.

Was visiting from out of town and saw Chair King near our hotel in the Stafford/Fountains area. We found some amazing pool floats. Shaan provided great customer service. I highly recommend visiting. Thank you Shaan for all your assistance. I’ll definitely be back soon!

No patio furniture for an apartment.....Everything is specific to a home with lots of outdoor space....Kinda a let down being they are located 1/2 a mile away from 3 giant apartment complexes that contain probably 56 buildings in all 3......and a few other apartments in a 3 mile radius of that Stafford location.....Get with the marketing Chair King....Dont let Amazon take ur business 😉

DO NOT BUY THIS OVER PRICED FURNITURE!!! We have been working with the previous manager and now Kevin Washington, the new manager, to get our warranty issue settled for close to a year now ... do not buy this overpriced furniture and most certainly do not waste your money on the warranty!! I’ve offered to exchange my broken furniture for what they have in stock or for my money back .... no resolution. I spent $4,500+ on furniture I had to push up against the wall so nobody sits on it and get hurt!! Every time we BBQ it makes me even more mad to look at it!!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our salesperson, Xavier, listened to our needs and gave us time to look around. We found the unicorn we were looking for. We were delighted to find this sofa was on clearance and they were able to break the set in order to accommodate us. We picked up the floor model the next day and they brought it out as soon as we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Chair King to anyone looking for quality outdoor furniture.

I went to Chair King Stafford with very specific goals for my small patio area. While there were several large conversation sets, I couldnt find one that would work for my space. The salesperson, Shanil found a set that works and that also fit in my budget.

My experience with Chair King has always been great. The salesman ( Kevin Navy ) was very much on point with sales and knowledge of the products in the store. I was so excited when Kevin produced what I was looking for,I knew my wife would definitely love it . The only problem I had was the store wouldnt take my personal check for the merchandise I was purchasing. I still purchased the merchandise, but not with a check. ( thank you ) Kevin Navy.

Chair King has really nice options for garden and pool furniture. We went to look at the backyard for the seating group and chose a nice seating group. I want to thank Kevin, the store manager. My wife wanted a cantilever umbrella for around our pool and after touring the store she had her mind set on the navy colored one that was on display. Unfortunately that color was backordered until the end of August. I spoke With the Kevin the store manager and asked if we could have the one on display. He said let me check with corporate and made a phone call and they said no problem we could have it. It was delivered in 2 days was a big hit for our Fourth of July BBQ by the pool.My wife was happy so I was happy. Thanks Chair King for helping make our Fourth of July BBQ more enjoyable.

The customer service at Chair King was pure excellence. I visited my local store hoping to see a sectional that o had pinned from the internet. Not only was it on display, JT it was available in more colors, which was awesome. Kathy helped me arrange pieces in the store that would work best for my yard and she provided follow up details as needed. The best part was that my sectional was delivered for free next day. We bought some outdoor furniture from Chair King for our vacation rental. They did a great job delivering the chairs and table as planned! They were timely and came right within the 2 hour window they gave me. The driver even called to say he was on his way. We also bought an umbrella and umbrella stand. The store we purchased from did not have the color of umbrella stand we wanted so the saleslady called the woodlands store because it was close to our vacation home. They were supposed to hold on to the stand for us to come by and pick up. Instead, they sent our stand to the distribution center. I understand that accidents happen, but Chair King was not willing to have the stand delivered to us that weekend even though it was their mistake. They wanted us to driveover to pick it up from 1960 and 249......NOT close to us at all. We had to cancel that item and go find another umbrella stand locally so we would have it for our Labor Day weekend. It all worked out in the end.....but only because Lowes had the stand we needed.

This Store is The Best! We were looking for patio furniture, Table and chairs and sofa sets that matched. They had half off for Black Friday weekend. Their patio furniture is beautiful from wicker to rod iron. When I first visited the store the two individuals I worked with were very helpful. I had my furniture delivered and did not notice the metal on the back of the chairs were different. When I noticed this I called the store and spoke to another manager, as the original one had left. I began talking to the other manager who never responded or fixed my issue. Fast forward to today, 6 months later, and there is a new manager who claims they cant fix my issue. If you value your money and want to work with a company that actually stands behind their products. Do Not buy from Chair King and spend your money with a company who cares!

I like this place. It’s massive with a ton of options for your backyard paradise.We had bought large outdoor furniture set years ago there and this time we opted out to a small bistro set add. Sugar Land Store (Fountains), Texas (June 30, 2019)The sales man was kind and patient. However, he would not give any pricing on the table set I was interested in until he spoke with store manager. The store manager was inpatient and pushy. The store manager finally gave me a price quote with discounts for pre July 4th sale. Upon asking for sheet of info to review further he refused to give me the sheet with information as he said he was breaking store policy to let me have this info as I could use it to my benefit and go to another Chair King store where they would not honor quote. He went on to say that if I gave him 25% down of the total amount I could have info sheet & if I decided not to purchase table then I would get my money back. At this point I refused to fall for his marketing tactics & I purchased the one chair I needed. (He did honor the chair price I had previously paid after I showed him my invoice & it came up on my purchase history. (Since Jan. 2019, I have purchased $6000 worth of furniture). In the end, as I was leaving the store manager decided to give me info sheet. Strange Behavior! I will purchase further merchandise from Chair King, but will look for another location.

I visited this store to see if they had dining room furniture. I soon discovered after walking in with my daughter that it was a store for patio furniture. We walked around the store for a good 10 minutes before leaving because no one seemed to be available to answer our questions. We were the only people in the store and the lady and older gentleman never said a word to acknowledge us. We then walked past them and out the door stating how shocked I was and my daughter stating that once again we have encountered bad customer service in Texas. The woman never even looked at us and the gentleman never looked up at us. They just ignored us and spoke to each other. We walked in between them and you would have thought we were invisible, they just talkedright through us. Worst customer service !!Sorely disappointed and will not be returning when we purchase our home. Sunday February 28, 2016 4:40pm.
