We just moved to the area and ordered from Sicily after a friend recommended. Everything was absolutely amazing! The only thing is they didn’t bring us the dessert we ordered. Other than that it was amazing! Will definitely order again.

NO THIN CRUST!!! 5 stars for the taste. It’s a good pizza BUT I’ve order from them 5 times now. First time I ordered regular crust, everytime after Ive ordered thin crust but always get regular crust. I’ve tried ordering in person, over the phone and through the online store. The receipt always verifies my order order of thin crust but it always the same old regular crust. I’ve tried ordering the thin and the Italian thin, always regular though upon pick up. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a good pizza but LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dominos thin crust!! Sipipa’s online picture of their thin crust looks amazing but I can’t seem to get it in store. If I could get a true thin crust from them with their delicious sauces and toppings it would be the perfect pizza. Guessing this is just an issue with the location close to me in Stafford. It’s a shame. If you want a true thin crust go to Domino’s (New York style is perfect!)If you want a nice change of pace from Domino’s but am okay with regular crust all the time I would still recommend trying Sicily’s. Posted a pic of their online thin crust and actually crust for comparison.

I ordered a coupon deal which was a large pizza two toppings a 2 L bottle of soda and 15 wings they didn’t honor my 15 wings even though they just left a coupon on my door. I was told it would be 40-45 minutes for my order it took 70 minutes to get to my house when the food arrived it was all cold I had to turn the oven on heat it up and then put the food back in to reheat it the way it should’ve been delivered to me. I’m very disappointed for ruining my dinner tonight. I’m not sure I will order from Sicily again but I have ordered 100 times in the past and it appears that the quality and service it’s just not there anymore.

Best pizza in Sugar Land! Amazing crust that is perfectly chewy but not “bready”. Excellent sauce that is a great basic tomato sauce base with their own custom seasoning. I worked there about 17 years ago and met the chain owner one night in the kitchen. He showed me the bags of custom blend of seasonings he used for mixing the sauce and showed me how to mix it. It’s makes for truly a local unique pizza experience you should try if you’re a pizza lover! Every other dish they make is done in flawless Italian cooking style too!

My fiance often gets me sandwiches from this place, and they are often times just okay. This time around, I had bitten into the most uninspired and uncultured chicken sandwich. The only condiment on this thick, crunchy outside, and soft bread sandwich was mustard. The chicken was dry and cheap. The tomatoes and lettuce had no texture and were soggy and not fresh. The raw onions were strong, which I dont mind individually. But the mustard and the onions were the only fragrance and flavor profile the sandwich had. I ate the whole thing because it was not particularly terrible, even though I saw reviews on how they dont have the best covid-19 precautions and knew the fresh ingredients in my sammy were handled. Simply put: there was no culture, drive, or depth to the sandwich. For me this sandwich was the worst part of 2020.

Pizza in past was good! Ordered large pizza today & it was saturated in grease. Not appealing. Grease soaked down into box. Taste was yucky! ... pizza was cold.. Waste of $ on that large pizza... decided to ordered Dominos!Will NOT recommend Sicily Pizza!

Ive eaten here for years, has always been my favorite Pizza place. I hadnt noticed any difference in their pizza since the change of ownership to Sipipa.. Until today.. The pizza seemed lacking in quality and defiantly lacking on the toppings & cheese. And something that was also different is the toppings actually separated from the crust while eating. Just didnt seem like my favorite pizza at all... Also to add I have co-workers who love when I bring them Pizza from here. They also noticed the difference today...

Very good pizza with lots of ingredients that you can see, taste and enjoy. I have some photos of (Pizza In) back in the day, the 1970s loaded with ingredients. I wish I could show it to the American public and they can see what a pizza use to look like. You pay more now for less. I can count the ingredients on my pizza of any other (3) top chains in America. Its highway robbery.

Loved the pizza!! We ordered the special large pizza with wings for $20 and it was amazing. The pizza is not too greasy like other places weve gone to and the staff was super nice! Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite.

This place is terrible. We had three different items: a sandwich, ravioli, and pasta pomodoro. All were bland/under seasoned, and the pasta dishes were overcooked, rendering them mushy and nearly inedible. I will never order from here again.

This is my very first time ordering from here (the constant flyers on my door have gotten on my nerves) BUT I was shocked at how good it was! The Greek salad AMAZING! The pizza rolls 👌👌 got pizza for the kids and it was all GREAT! The price was about like any other around. The guy who took my order was helpful, the deliverer was friendly overall GREAT EXPERIENCE! This place is close and the prices are great for a pizza pie and wings. Historically, I would order a cheese or ground beef and mushroom pizza, but Ive recently changed it up to chicken and artichoke. Add lemon-pepper wings and a soft drink and youre set. There are several locations around town and the ones Ive been to have a consistent taste across the board.

I havent had a bad experience here with both the food or the customer service. Very friendly staff and great happy hour. I love their pizza.

It has been a couple of months since Ive had a Sicilys sandwich Its going to be a very very long time before I waste my money on another one! I have always loved the ham and roast beef sandwiches with mushrooms and grilled onions and cheese but to day I got 1 it had 1 paper thin slice of hab 1 paper thin slice of roast beef 4 mushrooms and sparsely sprinkled with onion the bread was even the wrong bread for the sandwich I am so disappointed! I have been going there for over 20 years that I have lived in the meadows.

The negative revues here are trolls - trust me. Ive eaten here regularly for over 10 years, and I dang sure wouldnt go back unless it was the best in our area, and a great value. Im not trying to get people stacked up in front of me by writing a good revue, it just bothers me when I see stuff that I know for dang sure never happened. Go there or not, but know that its high quality on a budget.

Ive had their Cheesesteak before and it was always great - except today.Got a foot long Cheesesteak. Hardly any cheese and steak - but lots of bread! Use to be a good value, but they have cut down on the food. The values not good, the sandwich - much to be desired. Will not go back. Have eaten here for many years. Not anymore. Take my coins somewhere else.

After being disappointed by the chain pizzas I remembered Sicily for what a friend recommended : the meat lovers pizza. Its called Meat Amore, and I have been smitten. It was so tasty and thick! It tasted different yet so perfect.

Waste of money. Pizza is full of grease. When you order pasta the sauce tastes like it comes straight from the can. One order of ravioli came with 5 and the rest was runny cheese sauce. When I called and informed them that I was not happy they didnt care what so ever. Needless to say they will not get any more orders from me or my house.

My wife and myself had cheese steak sandwiches from here. The bread was good, the ingredients fresh, and the special italian dressing/mayo was awesome. Thanks!

I had a horrible experience with them today. It was my first time ordering with them and it will be the last. I ordered through uber eats and a gave specific notes for no cheese on my eggplant and spaghetti and they thought that meant to cheese and no spaghetti. Why would I say no spaghetti, I would have just ordered plain eggplant instead of paying the full meal. And they didnt bother to call and ask me they just made it the way they thought was right. Then I call nicely to let them know and they tell me that they can deliver but I have to pay for them to deliver, I told them I have already paid for my meal and the delivery. I told them it was their mistake, I asked to speak to manager, Ben and they refused to put him on phone. They told me to call uber eats to handle it. I tried but couldnt get through. I called restaurant back to ask for manager and they told me hes not in and I said ok have him call me back, left my name and number and he never called me back. Truly disappointed on my first experience with them. Very unprofessional.

Most of the negative reviews MUST be trolls as weve been regularly ordering for 4 years now and never experienced anything close to these complaints. Food is always super fresh, appropriately hot or cold, well packaged and low priced (especially considering the quality of the ingredients). Delivery is always quick (30 to 40 minutes) and staff is friendly and polite. When we call they know by caller id its us and whether its for home or office.Only had a problem once when a new woman on the phone was abrupt and messed up our order. When I called and complained, the manager generously and graciously compensated for the inconvenience by giving us full credit on our next order and apologized profusely. The woman was immediately let go because of similar complaints from other patrons. My favorites are the Greek salad, Margarita pizza and strawberry cheesecake. Others here in the office and at home have their favorites too...too many to mention.
