Great bagels BUT they put on so much cream cheese on it’s ridiculous. It’s almost like the person who made the bagel has never eaten a bagel. Don’t eat and drive.Toasted everything bagel with cream cheese is a recipe for disaster behind the wheel.

They never have bagels. They run out of bagels at like 9A. They’re skimpy with the cream cheese and you have to make your own iced coffee. Would not return. Not sure how this place is still open.

The staff is nice but there’s only about a 50% chance they get your order right.

Good selection and quick, friendly service. The only real drawback to the place is the small and tight parking lot. Or maybe its just the people who seem to always be there on their first attempt ever parking a car.

The bagels are good and the staff is really friendly. Not really set up for cappuccinos though. All said, I would go back and be a regular for bagels if I lived in the area.

The bagels at Village Bagels are fantastic, however there were some issues with cleanliness, especially during this time with Covid. They didnt have one of those plastic screens, which I was surprised about, though it didnt really bother me. What bothered me was that they were wearing gloves, got and prepared our food, went to the register, took our credit card, then went back to prepare the next customers food all with the same pair of gloves. Theres no point of wearing gloves if theyre not going to change them.

They are not following proper mask etiquette. I visited on September 1st. I had to ask the older woman working to put her mask above her nose while preparing my food. When she turned to give my bagel to me her mask was below her nose again. I told her to keep it because she was not wearing her mask properly and walked out. This is not a safe place to get food from.

The overall customer service experience went well, everyone was very kind and welcoming except for this young women who gave us an attitude without realizing that we had a large order.

Since its remodel 3 years ago Shop Rite has become the main draw, the shopping center has improved greatly. Other stores appear to have responded by remodeling as well. CVS is refurbished and a good Asian restaurant has opened. Finally an efficient self serve gas station has opened across the street.

Bagels are always fresh and you get a variety of cream cheeses. They also make specialty breakfast sandwiches and fresh squeezed orange juice.

This is the only Deli in Stamford that not only has wonderful fresh bagels but Nice Tasty Sandwiches. I just got a Cob Salad and the chicken & bacon were nice and hot. Cant wait to try a new sandwich or salad every day.

Great Bagels, used to be a regular when living in Stamford. After moved from CT to NJ came again recently, same tasting bagel with Coffee and picked up a fresh Orange Juice. Staff experience is hit or miss ( 80/20)

Great menu, friendly staff, always very fresh. Ive personally never had a bad experience here for as long as theyve been in business. Limited seating, but great place for breakfast or lunch.

The bagels are great, but it seems like they only have microwavable eggs (if you were to have a bacon/sausage, egg and cheese. It would have been at least four stars if the staff were a bit more friendly over the phone. Overall the bagels are good, along with the coffee.

My family and I love the fresh bagels and cream cheese varieties from here however my rating would be higher if the customer service was better. Early this afternoon when they were not busy the lady helping me was rude, did not smile one bit and tried to rush me as I was quickly deciding what to get for my family that we have not tried yet. I was quick to decide and always said please and thank you but the service I received was not too kind or welcoming. Unfortunately I could not get a name of the individual and I was never offered a receipt either. We love the food here but today I did not feel too welcome as it seemed she just wanted me out the door like I was personally bothering her. In the end I said “thank you very much I hope you have a great rest of your day” and she just walked away without a word. I understand people have bad days however there is no excuse to treat a customer like that.
